Got referred here by one of their employees. Needed them to do a small simple job that I just didnt have time to do myself. They were very accommodating. I was able to drop my vehicle off well before my appointment, and go about my daily business. Vehicle was ready on time, though I was late to pick it up on time. Staff was very friendly, and professional, and finished the job under the quoted price. That by itself blew my mind. 5/5 you should definitely drop your vehicle off here... Also theres a lot of eye candy there... Im referring to the cars.

They are good but it says they do custom tuning but they dont. They just download tuned files they cant custom tune a car to your preference. Also say they can manufacture parts if they dont make them but also they dont do that. They probably have the best diagnostic tools and forsure know what they are doing.. the front desk guy is kinda pushy. I guess it depends on what you look like.. but other than that they are good for car diagnostics and referrals to other shops

Took both my GTI and Jeep Wrangler for some maintenance and they were professional and extremely quick, even with the busy schedule. Highly recommend going to get some honest work done. Not to mention how SICK the lobby is!!

Had a buddy tell me they charged him for a alignment on a lift install and didnt do it. Had to find out after he left they didnt do it. Then call and fight with manager for his money back. They charged him $138. That also seems very high for an alignment.Not good for word of mouth as I was suggested to call them for a level kit install before his issue had come to light.They seem to be real strick on making sure agreements are in writing but seemingly dont adhere to their word.I will personally keep looking for a good shop to get my vehicle modded.

Anyone with a low car this is the place for an alignment. They have a flat drive on rack and know what they are doing..I made my appointment over the phone and was able to get scheduled in pretty quickly. Tyler was very professional and helped answer all my additional questions when I showed up. I am very satisfied with my experience from Eden Customs, my alignment was nailed first try and the service was great. I will be a repeat customer and definitely recommend them!

Just by talking to these guys over the phone. Have a 2020 GTI Tuned, been having some issues, and wasnt getting answers anywhere. I gave these guys a ring, too see what their take on it was. They answered every question. They were not short with me in anyway. Figured out that the tune I have is not ideal with some of aftermarket parts im running. So long Story short Ill be seeing these guys soon For APR Tune and DSG Flash.

Brought my car there for some work to finish putting in a turbo that I already started had like half the work done and they wanted to charge me some extraordinary price. So dont go here unless you want to be over charged for something you can get done elsewhere for a quater of the price. 5500$ is what I was charged found another shop for 550....

Edwin, Tyler and the entire team did a great job fixing up my 2000 Pontiac Firebird! They fixed all the leaks, new gaskets, hoses, replaced and overhauled the entire exhaust system, new EGR valve, all new brakes, lines and rotors, fixed driver side window, plugs and wires. They went above above and beyond to make sure everything on the car was accomplished very professionally!! 👍🏼😁 and they even washed it before I got the car back. 😁I drove it all day yesterday, and it drove spectacularly. I could not be happier. The new Magnaflow exhaust sounds awesome! I will definitely be coming back. These guys are the pros and they know what they’re doing. Great repair shop. Been in Tucson over 15 years and before finding them, did not find a single place that was honest or knew what they were doing. We all know the experience, you take your car in for a simple repair job, and then end up with more issues after the repair than before going in. And then its all goes down hill after that. Even though the shop specializes in high end vehicles, they can do everything. My 2 vehicles are both over 20 years old and Eden did a great job. Very reasonable prices too. Give them a try, I guarantee you will never look back!

Quoted me 600 ended up being 1600 had to bring it back because the parts they used weren’t good and broke. Charged me for an alignment I never asked them to do and the alignment is still off.. Eden Customs is by far, in my opinion is one of the best automotive shops in Tucson. Went in to have polyurethaning subframe bushings installed and I got my car back in a timely manner. Quality of work was great and they kept me up to date with the progress. They took care of my car as if it was one of their own. Eden Customs is hands down the best shop in Tucson. They handle everything very professionally and take their time in their work for a very honest and reasonable price. I took my car in for the first time because my AC went out. They took my car right in at the scheduled time and I was given a full run down and diagnosis of what was wrong and what NEEDED to be purchased. ( I went to a different shop and they quoted me almost double for parts I didnt even need) Ordered the parts and scheduled when to come in and a couple hours later I was driving away with ice cold AC.

I appreciated that the people at Eden were willing, and excited, to install aftermarket performance parts on my car. Even though I did not purchase parts from them, Spencer quoted me a great price on labor and they finished the job faster than expected. They only charged me for the time it took so it was cheaper than the quoted price. I even got to see pictures of the process which was pretty cool. It is also a good place to get a detail done by Zac.I live in Tempe now but I will be back in Tucson to get work done at Eden because it is hard to find a shop that you can trust like this.

Had a tune done at Eden Customs. Shop staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were in process of moving into the new location but took care of me. I am a bit ashamed of myself that I have not left a review before this one, but this shop is awesome. Make no mistake. I have been taking my car to Eden Customs for about four years now and I can not say enough good things about the shop and their staff. I have worked most often with Edwin, the owner, and Isaac, the Miata guy. Both are super friendly and knowledgeable.Their prices are totally reasonable considering the work they put in. Edens mechanics have been meticulous and thorough at every step of the way. I have never been caught off-guard by a bill that I have received from them. I have had my car at their shop probably a dozen times over the years and have never hesitated to bring the car back when I need to.If youve never been to the shop before, youre in for a treat. There are always cool cars being worked on and stored there. One of the best garages I have ever been to. I wanted to get work done on my 2011 Sonata, and the guys at Eden did a spectacular job. Charge SO much to look at your brakes that you HAVE to use their credit towards repair. Go to any decent brake shop instead. After they have your vehicle, theyre in NO hurry to get it back to you, regardless of promised time of job completion. These kids may know how to keep a good rating on Google, but their actual service isnt even one star.

In short, Eden Customs is a shop run by professional and knowledgable automotive enthusiasts.Went in for a brake fluid change, everything went well and I thought it was very nice of them to have a follow up asking how the brakes feel a few weeks later.The OEM Tucson service center struggled to understand why the brake fluid boiled, while Eden Customs was able to diagnose the problem as soon as I described to them what went wrong.

After extensive research looking for the best window tinting company in Tucson, I finally found Eden Customs. Since I used to install tint myself, I had very high expectations and I am happy to say that Eden not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. They also know their stuff when it comes to different types and shades of film and install only the best brand. If a quality product and flawless installation are important, look no further. These guys are truly top notch and Im looking forward to bringing in my other vehicles for some work in the future.

Honest, trustworthy, reliable service done right the first time, whether its regular maintenance or custom work. No job is too small (I just had some mudflaps installed while my tires were rotated, billed at only 3/4 of an hour) nor too big (theyve done major suspension and brake upgrades on our cars), and the price quoted is not only fair, it wont change before you pick up your car. Edwin and his team always keep you informed about whats going on with your car, and their craftsmanship and customer service are excellent. My only gripe is they need to get a drop box for customer keys so you can drop off your car on the way to work in the morning.

The process of finding my car shop can be one of the worst hassles a person can go through. Most of time you arent even looking for a shop until you find yourself with a car repair that is needed. This usually leaves you with searching the web for reviews and calling around to see if the shop will be able to take your car in and fix the issue(s) you are having; all while simultaneously thinking Im I being ripped off?, Can I trust these people with my car? and how long will this take?. Ive gone through this exact issue with a few shops around Arizona, but Im glad to say I have finally found my shop.Eden Customs is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a car repair/modification shop. Im so used to taking my car into a shop, just to have a mechanic come out hours later and give me the bad news of what needs to get fixed and how much that will cost me. Eden Customs on the other hand will not only inspect your car to see what work needs to be done but they will do their homework in finding you all the options you have to get the proper repair. Where other shops may only give you Option A to go with fixing your car; Eden Customs gives you Option A-Z. I say this because, when I first walked in, I was a bit nervous since it was my first modification shop that I had visited and they work on a lot of exotic cars. I was excepting the worse news when it came to pricing but was actually surprised when I was presented with better prices then the other shops that Ive already had gone too.Can I trust these people with my car?-Absolutely! As I mentioned before, the Eden Customs team works on a lot of exotic cars which expands their car knowledge further than their competitors. My car is a pain to work with and I have even been rejected from a couple shops before because they wouldnt want to work on my car. So its nice to finally have a place I can trust the people when it comes to working on my car.How long do repairs take?-Again, this all depends on the repairs/modifications you are getting on your car. Eden Customs also prides themselves on delivering you the best results. This is great because you wont ever feel like they gave you less than 100% and a unfinished repair/modification but this also doesnt mean they take forever to repair your car. If for some reason, it will take some time to get a certain repair completed (for example, waiting for a part), then they will keep you updated. One of my repairs did take a few days to be completed but that was because we were waiting on some parts to get shipped and the moment they arrived to the shop, they gave me a call letting me know they began installing everything. I never once felt lost during this repair process which was nice.This review has taken me a minute to post since, I feel we all have trust issues when it comes to car shops but after meeting the great team at Eden Customs and seeing the work they do with the passion they do it with, I just cant recommend them enough. If you ever do need any work done on your car, please check this place out.

I have done my A4 B8 APR stage 1 tuning at here around beginning of 2016. They helped me to decide what I need to put on my car, and they helped me get price match on all the parts! Went in the shop again today to do a stage 2 and downpipe upgrade on my A4 B8. The overall experience is fantastic. Edwin is absolutely awesome, and he helped me to get everything expedited so the tuning and installation can be done in only ONE day.Fantastic job Eden! Hope you business live forever!

Best car service in Tucson.Very good service without any problems. They are very efficient and friendly. They can do EVERYTHING you want. My car had a problem with coolant, but they just use two days fixed it. its very convenient. The most important thing is that they can do everything in low price. The people at Eden Customs did excellent work on my GTI. Upgraded to a bigger turbo, intercooler, exhaust, clutch and apr tune with no problems. Work was completed on time with no issues. They made sure to test for any possible problems and always kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle.

Ive taken my 2006 R53 here many times for different work and There is nothing negative I can say about the work they do. Most shops wouldnt even touch a MINI but they took it with no problems at all. The work is flawless and they have never had my car for an extended amount of time. This is my go to shop for sure. 10/10 will be going back for any work I need done for my car.

Edwin and his team do a wonderful job of servicing/modifying vehicles. I had them install a new turbo, injectors, boost gauge, manual boost controller, exhaust manifold, clutch and flywheel, and an ECU. I was charged a very fair amount and the work that was done looked great. They had even made a little mount for my manual boost controller. I will be coming back to have my other vehicles serviced.

Needed some lowering springs installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee in addition to getting a quote for the a full color wrap.Based on the astounding positive reviews on yelp i thought i go by Eden Customs and check them out. Gotta say that the whole progress was flawless. Person at the front desk answered my questions sufficiently and provided a very reasonable quote for suspension and the wrap. Even after i advised that the wrap will not occur for quite some time they said that is ok and would still honor the discounted price of doing the lowering springs still. I was delighted and they had no problem in bringing my own parts for them to install. Eden installed the springs in a very timely manner and very happy with the results.Looking forward to using them again in the near future.Thank you,D

From a small job to big job, Ive always been treated very well by Edwin and all employees. They have done headlights on my motorcycle and 4runner. They stand by their products and installations/work. They will not only do fantastic work, but they take the time to explain how things work. They have a customer for life and I hardly review anything, but theyre worth it.

I’ve taken my 370Z to many shops over the years that I’ve had it and each shop managed to do something that caused me to never go back to them a second time. However, with Eden Customs, I would take my Z there again for additional work. The cost for fixing my coilovers was affordable and professionally done. The fact that someone called a couple weeks later to do a follow up says a lot. It shows that this company cares about its work and what people think about them.

Went in to talk with Edwin about my MINI. He looked up on the internet the part I wanted, placed the order and called a few days later to say the part had arrived. Went down and was in and out in less than an hour. Very satisfied with the service I received! Would not hesitate to go back.

I had a very great experience in (eden customs) shop, clean and organized place, the staff are very professionals and knowledgeable, the owner (edwin) hes very kind and polite and knowledgeable person he explained everything for me before install the parts and he didnt try to sell me anything didnt need, after work done they packed my old stuff nicely ...Highly recommend them for any kind of work..

Ordered a part which I was told would take a week to arrive, ended up taking nearly a month. So when it finally arrives, turns out they ordered the wrong part because they were too incompetent to check the proper specifications and requirements of my vehicle which they themselves even admitted was their own fault. Keep in mind they make you pay in advance, not when the parts arrive and the job is finished. And during the three weeks I was offered no update on the status of my order and I had to constantly call and even go to the shop myself to get answers. So they ordered the part again that would fit, this time I was told it would be shipped and delivered the very next night, ended up taking another week instead. They then charged me an extra 20 dollars due to their incompetence on ordering the parts the second time because apparently this part costed a little bit more than the wrong part that was originally ordered. But In reality they charged me because they had to pay extra for shipping to arrive in 1 week instead of 3 weeks. The audacity of them to charge me more after all the inconvenience is still baffling to me. These guys will do anything to make a buck. I also had my coilovers that I bought myself to eden customs to get installed a few months prior to this. This experience was also a mess. I was promised 3 free height adjustments for my vehicle after they installed the coilovers and paid nearly a grand to these guys to get the job done. They promised labor for the coilovers would take 3-4 hours, ended up taking 8 hours so I ended up paying more than double the promised price. As you can see, they don’t keep their promises and are in no rush to get your car back to you in time. A few months later when I came back and asked for my free height adjustment on the rear of my car, I was told that I don’t get any free adjustments because I didn’t buy the part from them, even though in the beginning that was never mentioned. They told me the job would cost over 300 dollars and over 3 hours of labor. That’s right, a simple height adjustment that takes 45 minutes to an hour at most would cost me 300 dollars and would take 3 hours after I was told a couple months earlier would be completely free. I was wondering how these guys could maintain such high reviews on google, but then I get a phone call from them asking me to rate them five stars. Yea right. Don’t waste your time at this placeREPLY: The coilovers were not rusted, just the control arm was. And your job is to inspect the parts and let me know of the problems that may occur so that way I can make a decision on installing it. You informed me of the noise at the very end after everything was installed and you test drove the car not before hand. Stop lying. As I told one of the employees, the parts were used and you still quoted me for 4 hours. And regarding the control arm that I wanted re installed since the other one was making noise, an employee over the phone who barely spoke English told me that re installing the old part would be completely free so you can imagine my confusion when I come in and am being asked to pay 300 dollars. So my mother who dropped me off to pick up my car had to step in and put you clowns in check. You spent 2 days on my car? Hilarious, It was 8 hours and I paid for 8 hours. You didn’t do me any favors on pricing. Now for the tires, i didn’t complain at all when I came in for my tires rubbing, that part wasn’t your fault, I just said I’d like to order spacers to fix the issue Per my request. Also the wheels werent amg replicas they are tsw a known brand, nice try. And you also lied about my free height adjustments and wanted to overcharge me. Didnt mention that in your dishonest reply. I didn’t even mention how you wouldn’t give me a refund on an air filter order I wanted to cancel the same day I ordered them, just store credit. Lots of slimy business practices at this horrible shop with dishonest employees who never take any accountability for their mistakes. These types of shady business practices might be okay in China but not here
