Michael and his presenters are vey good at what they do and they do it without using the pressure tactics that one may find at other rug stores. We went to Room of Rugs on the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. The shop is relatively small but well stocked with quality rugs. Michael, the owner, is cheerful and knowledgeable. He does not pressure you to make a purchase. We took two rugs home on approval, selected one and returned the other. We saw two more interesting ones and took them home. Again, selected one and returned the other. Asked for a pad for one rug which have had ready the same day. No charge to the card until the end of this. Will go back the next time we’re looking for a rug.
