We had an excellent experience at Rug Resource. Their rugs are high quality but not the high price I expected at this upscale location. Everyone was friendly and helpful and did not rush our purchase. We took 2 rugs home to try them out and kept one for a week with no pressure to decide. Walter authorized a very good deal on the rug, which is a flat weave based on a Zapotec design. We are very happy with the rug and enjoyed working with Martine, Walter and the extremely well-groomed salesman whose name we have forgotten (Nathan?). Highly recommended.
