Great place to get good paint and meet good people

I ordered paint over the phone and was told it would be ready the next day around 11:00. I was also told they would call and let me know it was ready. I stopped by at 12:30 and no paint. I was told they needed a base to make my color from a store across town. The delivery never came but was coming sometime that day, no time given. I got upset because my painter was coming early next morning. They told me they would drive the paint to my house when it was ready that afternoon. Well it finally made it to my house, but what a stressful day waiting.

Did curb side pickup. And the service was wonderful.

I think Sherwin Williams has great products and service.

You have kind and knowledgeable professionals. They take time to provide information. I recently had surgery. I kept attempting to come by to shop for additional paint, however I just wasnt feeling well enough. I finally was able to get a friend to run the errand for me. I sent a coupon from my email. Im on a fixed income. Even though the coupon had expired that very morning after hearing the story he (Carlos) let my friend use it. His kindness touched my heart. Your paint may be a bit more expensive but Ive always found it to beat the quality at big box stores. With compassion and customer service like this, I will continue to shop as well as recommend your store to all. Thanks

The staff is very professional and helpful.

Ive done business at this location for 20+ years and have alway encountered nice and professional people and, until my last couple of painting projects, spoken highly of their paint.The paint purchased here for two of my last three painting projects turned out to be horrible. The first, outside that included new fascia and my back porch, two years later the paint is pealing away from most all of the fascia (west and north facing). The paint that had been there before had lasted close to 20 years. The second, an interior job, the dried paint comes off on a damp rag when you try and wipe down the walls and leaves wipe marks everywhere you touched.

The employees at this store are so kind and helpful. I never feel rushed or unimportant. In fact I have been there many times when their customers heard me ask a question and offered advice too. I always enjoy coming to this location.

Great store!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive never left this place dissatisfied for any reason and I always look forward to going back. The manager Rene is always thinking one step ahead and keeps the store stocked with anything I may need.

The paint I bought was so thin, it barely covered over the previous color paint. I am very unhappy especially since Ive been using SW paint for a decade. I am going to go back to the store and hope that they replace this gallon with one that will be thicker and hold up like the old formula. Not to mention, I paid 48 bucks for a gallon of paint and thats with a 30% coupon.
