As part of a Booster Club member and a staff member at a school when children have events at schools and are expecting certain things there they should be there. These kids have gone through enough these last two years cause of covid. Were finally able to get out and have some type of normalcy and you guys couldn’t even show up to provide the services you say you’re capable of handing. We ordered weeks in advance 3 things from you and you called and said you were stuck at the last destination and did not know when you guys would be arriving. THEN at 6:45pm 15 minutes before our event was done called and said I could be there in 5 minutes. No thank you. We got another company to pick up for sorry excuses you threw at us. They showed up last minute and made the children’s night. I’ve personally used you in the past and you didn’t drop the ball like you did last night. Poor communication and poor business rapport. Never again will we order through you guys again!
I wish I could give them -1000 stars. I rented the Ninja jumping castle. The delivery driver came at 11:30pm last night saying they didn’t have help to drop off the day of the party. They tore the jumping castle bringing it into the yard. The delivery driver told us that he shouldn’t have brought it into the yard but told us he didn’t want to cancel on us last minute so attempted to bring it through my gate anyways . The delivery driver came at 10 AM this morning to patch it. I got in the jumping castle with my two year old and was unable to jump it was like walking through mud. Had to call them back to come fix it and The delivery driver came with such an attitude saying he had to be at another party at 10 AM. They didn’t even fix it the second time they came. Once they left we try to contact the main number and the lady who answered said that they had to call the owner. However it’s been about four hours and I still have been unable to reach them. A couple times I called it went directly to voicemail. It is currently two hours before my party and I have yet to hear from anybody about a refund or coming to fix the jumping castle. I put $250 towards this jumping castle and I expect someone to be reaching out to me soon. This is so unprofessional.UPDATE : they were supposed to pick up the jumping castle yesterday 10/17 and NOBODY has contacted me or picked up the broken castle in my back yard.UPDATE UPDATE : 10/27 Was promised a refund and was told someone was going to get the broken jumping castle. Worst experience with this company. We rented a castle from them for my daughters party I had ordered it to be delivered at 1:00, 1:45 rolls around and no jumping castle and no call from the company to let me know what was going on. Tried calling multiple times and finally got someone to pick up. When I finally spoke to someone they stated that the driver was running late and at another party setting up but they had no idea where they were and could not give me a time, and also let me know they couldnt guarantee that I would even get the castle but if I didnt I would receive a refund. Thats not very helpful when a 6 year old is patiently waiting for her jumping castle to arrive. The castle finally showed up and then it got set up and there was a huge hole in one side. Completely unsafe for the kids to be jumping in, we had an adult stand at the side to watch the kids, despite this a couple of the children still fell out. It was terrible and to top it off the castle was filthy I dont even know the last time they cleaned it, and if they had they would have seen the huge tears in the side. Would not reccomend this company.
I have been trying to allow this company to fix how awful of an experience I had. I hate blasting local small companies, however, after months of trying to get this company to follow through with their promises I’m over it. I rented a Dinosaur jumping castle on June 18 from 4 PM to 7 PM. By 4:30pm they still did not show up. I called and text and finally got a reply stating that the truck broke down with the jumping castle and they were waiting for a jumpstart but still on the far east side of town, about a half hour away. The jumping castle did not arrive until 615 and didn’t get up until 630, the party ended at seven. We had the party at a public park so they told me that I had to rent a generator. I paid for this generator, and when they showed up the generator did not work. The parents of the children at the party were trying to help these people get it started and it just wasn’t starting. I thought it was completely inappropriate that the guests at my party had to try to get Desert Jumping Castles equipment to work. Ultimately we had to utilize a plug-in from the park which apparently wasn’t allowed. Also, when they showed up they did not have the dinosaur jumping castle that I rented, they told me that they didn’t have it at the warehouse. It had rained recently, so the jumping castle was absolutely filthy and disgusting inside. The people that brought the jumping castle did not have anything to clean it with, so I had to get my own towels and get in there and clean it myself before anyone was able to jump in it. Needless to say, I spent $170 for a jumping castle that was the wrong jumping castle, a generator that didn’t work, and a half hour of jump time when I rented it for three hours. I called the company and asked for a refund and was told that I would get a full refund and that it would take 5 to 7 business days. I still have this voicemail. I called a month later after not receiving the refund and was told that they changed the process and the owner had to be the one to submit the refunds now and that they would push it through immediately. Finally, a month and a half later, I get a refund but not for the full amount. They only refunded me $80 of the $170. I have called and text the company multiple times to find out when I will get the remaining amount of my refund and they have completely ghosted me. Do not rent from this company. It was a complete headache and they do not give you the services that you pay for, nor do they follow through with what they promised.
This company was super unprofessional. They were late to my daughter’s birthday party by two hours and they brought a jumping castle that had a huge hole in the entrance of the jumping castle. It was also really dirty and we had to be careful of little rocks. The jumping castle didn’t look anything like the picture on their website. If that wasn’t already bad enough, they didn’t pick it up until a week after the birthday party. They wanted to pick it up when they wanted regardless of my schedule and they were super rude on the phone. I am never ordering from this company again and please be wary if you do.
Ordered tables and chairs 2 weeks before our event and my wife called the day of to ask what time they would arrive where we learned that there was a possibility that they would not be able to fulfill our order. An hour before our party they verified that we would not get our ordered tables and chairs.
They decided to call me the day of and 20 minutes before my daughters birthday party to let me know they no longer would be dropping off the castle I ordered. Its now been a little over a week and I still have not received my money back for the jumping castle and generator I requested. Not recommended.
This company is the worst. The school my kids go to ordered from you guys and every kid was looking forward to do the obstacles course, baseball jumping, and bumper cars and you guys always gave excuses saying two of the things where not available anymore you only had one that was available still but that the driver was stuck across town from us and you didnt know when they will be there. I will never use you guys
First off I ordered a specific castle to match the theme of the party, two days before the party I get an email saying the castle I booked is not available cause it was damaged, okay whatever what can you do.. Then Desert Jumping cancelled my jumping castle on the DAY OF the party (30minutes after the party started.) I wasnt contacted at all I had to call and find out that I am not getting a jumping castle cause the driver was not feeling well.. so unprofessional they couldnt call first thing in the morning to give me a heads up, I was leaving voicemails all day wondering why I wasnt contacted about when the castle would arrive.. was promised a refund a week later still havent received that refund.. totally unprofessional would not recommend to ANYONE!
We rented a waterside, tables and chairs from DJC for a child’s Birthday Party on August 7th. DJC called us the DAY OF the party and cancelled. To say the party was ruined would be an understatement. It’s been 7 weeks since DJC breached our rental agreement and we still have not received a refund for the over $400 we paid! They won’t return voice messages or emails. Off to Court we go!
I rent from here for my little sisters birthday every year! Hands down the best place! Everyone there is so kind and helpful, you can really tell they are happy to help! They are always so reasonable and professional, i will stay a customer for many years to come! Thank you guys! ❤️
Never showed up for my granddaughters birthday. Ruined her whole day. Words cannot describe my level of anger and frustration over this incident. I am making it my mission to see these people put out of business.She was so disappointed 😞
We rent from here at least once a year and it has been the best place to rent from. They are always helpful and very flexible to accommodate our needs. We would always recommend them for your party needs.
If I had choice to put no stars I would! I tried communicating our concerns with desert jumpers and they did nothing. They advertise for safe, clean, quality customer service. THIS IS A LIE!!! The equipment was dirty when it arrived, they didn’t set up the duel slide correct! The velcro kept coming undone on the equipment, the kids got scratched up and there was air leaking out from multiple spots in the jumper. Which caused and excessive amount of water to leak from the pooling area. I understand stuff like this could happen, and when expressing our concern about the jumper, the representative response was “well you had it for the entire reservation, feel free to leave a bad review”. Basically implied you got what you paid for. They obviously just want your money to provide terrible service. The jumper wasn’t safe!
Had a great experience with desert jump. We rented a castle and some table and chairs from the lady in the office. She was super nice and patient while we looked at the castles. The driver called us and let us they were on the way. They set up the castle and put the table and chair where we asked. The castle was clean and in good shape. Thank you guys we really appreciate you helping us put a smile on our daughters face.
Rented a cotton candy machine upon delivery wasn’t even the one lady said. Than when we decided to make cotton candy it would not make and was burning. So we looked at instructions and we did everything it said but we did notice a rag tied around center where floss should come out. No were on instructions did it say to remove rag tied around. Called company to complain said they would refund Monday. Just got off phone with lady who answer phone with company and she said machine works fine, only to find out rag should be removed however how was I suppose to know that when they dropped off machine and should have removed it or said the purpose of rag. Anyways we had no cotton candy for party now lady being difficult to refund me for the inconvenience. Asked to speak to owner directly and now waiting for a call back. Very unhappy with experience with this company, only ever used them for piñatas and now when finally use them after all these years fighting to get refunded for what was not used. Also lady at business tried to use examples that other.customers never had a issue that made it seem like she was stating we were stupid for not knowing. If your company rents a machine it’s company’s job to explain how to use and if customer can’t use machine for instructions not being able explained properly company at fault and should refund me. Never taking my business there again
Sadly they arrived very late for my sons 5th birthday party. Started at 2:00 and they arrived at 3:30. Still charged full amount, although they arrived when party was almost over. Called to see what they would do about charging the full amount and they were extremely rude. I always support local but not when they arent responsible business people. I would not refer this company or these people. This could have easily been address if they would have not charged for services not rendered. Just showing up is not enough but to them they didnt care if they missed the entire party or not!!! Not a good company I would not refer them to anyone!

This company is a joke. My daughter called to confirm a slide rental on weds let her know that the slide she rented was returned with a hole it sobthey would have to give her a different slide which was fine. When she went to pay her balance off they told her the driver had called in and there would probably be no slide coming. Then the girl calls back and said her boss said its a go. At 6:20 the day beforeY granddaughter 5th bday party they call and cancel with no remorse. Leaving my 5 yr old granddaughter crying beacuse she was looking forward to her water slide. Will never use or recommend this company.. this business doesnt care about there customers.

The kids did have a great time with the castle. They were really cool with dropping it off the night before. Unfortunately when we went in to test it that night, there were still wet clothes from the previous party in the castle, candy wrappers as well as two sets of goggles for the pool. The castle still had tons of wet mud in it as well as if it was still being used right before pickup and drop off. Had to spend an hour the next morning cleaning it. That leads me to believe the cleaning and sanitation on this Castle were not complete. There was a mildew smell all over the castle as well. I understand their website says they are taking cleaning precautions for covid-19 but that doesnt seem to be the case here. The castle was in great shape, the generator was a little old and bent. The delivery guys were amazing and they were so professional/quick with setup and take down. Those two were fabulous. I really wanted to go with this company when we need to rent two in January. Based off the cleanliness issue I may need to hunt around for different companies. for me I am willing to pay a little bit more for a company that is secure with their cleaning process. All that I can say is the service was nothing short of amazing. Delivered early at no extra charge to us. Everyone from the office, to pick up was polite and professional. The price is unbeatable. Ive ordered multiple jumping castles and tables from there before and will continue to do so.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! From the moment this castle was dropped off, we were in complete shock. Even the guys who dropped it off and set it up said that it was an old castle and called his boss to let her know. This Jumping Castle was in no way, shape or form suitable for kids to be jumping in. This thing looked like it had been in the middle a dust storm. It was filthy and had so much duct tape and patches on it. After only about an hour of fighting with this thing to stay inflated, I finally turned it off as I was just fighting a losing battle. When they arrived to pick it up, we were told that we would get a call from the manager the next day which was monday, today is now Tuesday and after leaving 5 messages and texting the delivery guy to help me get someone on the phone, i feel its time to leave a review. We also rented a cotton candy machine, which was a disaster!!! Nobody bothered to set it up and instruct anyone on how to use the thing. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, their customer service id horrible and their products are of horrible quality and are not as depicted in the pictures. If you read this and still decide to do business with them, then i wish you the best of luck.update:changed to 3 stars as i was finally able to get ahold of carolyn who refunded me for the castle and generator with no questions asked and even offered a 10% discount off of future business.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! So dissatisfied! First of all, this company is one of the only vendors for the Marana parks but they charge you an extra driving fee to service you in an area that they supposedly specialize in. Also, the driver was 1.5 hours late picking up the jumping castle so I was stuck with my 4 tired children at the park waiting for him. He was unresponsive to my multiple calls and texts and the owner never got back to me with a solution. I had to call and call her until she finally said too bad and refused to make it right.Response to owner:Except that I have a whole string of texts I sent to you the day of the rental asking where your driver was and you never once responded. I told you the day before party that it would end at 3 pm and the driver even asked me that morning what time to come for pickup. You are the one being dishonest and seeing the host of other 1 star reviews.....I guess I’m shouldn’t be surprised. All I asked for was a partial refund for the inconvenience of having to wait on your driver for so long. Most business owners would willing to do that to avoid an unhappy customer.

We hired this company this weekend for an event . They arrived an hour and a half late with the wrong jumpers. They did. Not communicate and then reacted as if we were bothering them .They arrived three hours late for pick up. Days later they still refuse to rectify the situation

Made a reservation everything was fine upon making the reservation there is a dec special get an extra day guess not I assumesd this was the case that indeed it wasnt I received a call about ppicking up the jumping castle at 9 pm on the original date and time pickup up with no extra day I did have plans to use it all day today as well also I was told it was going out this morning for another reservation which shortened my time a day less honestly thats not my promblem you shouldve honored you free 1 day special. guess there was a big misunderstanding i will not be returning. What a joke...
Great overall experience. Awesome selection of castles and piñatas. The setup gentlemen arrived well before our party start time and were great. Office personnel answered all questions and concerns we had. Our family loved the track less train. I would recommend and use Desert Jumping Castles again.
I rented a jumping castle for labor day weekend. It was a super easy transaction, I paid for it through the website, first time doing this online but it was worth it. Also, the delivery guy was very nice and he delivered the jumping castle an hour in advance like i told them to. The lady on the phone was super helpful. Very good experience! Highly recommended!
Were should I start?Called Friday afternoon last minute to have a jumper water slide delivered with Tables,chairs,and goodie bags for about 25 kids.Ivonne told me not to worry about anything, that she would make sure everything would be delivered by 8am Saturday morning.As promised there was a driver at my Sisters house Delivering all the goods.Really dont know what I would have done with out Desert Jumping Castles.Thank you for all your help Ivonne!!
Dont ever rent ANYTHING from this company. We had a 7 year olds party and rented a pokemon water jumping castle paid the deposit and then they never showed up. It was awful they didnt even give us a courtesy call to say they were not going to show and we even talked to them the day before to confirm the time they would be dropping off the jumping castle but again they never showed up. Also after I posted this review on Facebook I had multiple people come to me and say that they did the same thing to them and some of them said desert jumping castles gave them jumping castles with holes in them so they did not inflate properly and still kept their money. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL GET SCREWED.
They were 3 hours late after confirming arrival the previous day. They did not notify me of the late arrival until I had called. They promised for overnight stay but came to pick it up that night. When asked about the issue, the clerk was extremely rude. Terrible customer service and overall experience. I do not recommend. If you want to have unnecessary stress and terrible customer service give this place your money.

Great service. We had to change our order 3 times, due to weather, location and equipment adding. Never once did we feel like we were a bother, from the office staff to the delivery crew they were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend and will use in future. Keep up the great work!
I hired Desert Jumping Castles for my six year old daughters birthday party. I rented a jumping castle, cotton candy machine, tables, and chairs. Their staff is very nice and extremely professional. I shopped around and their prices are the best and they by far have the widest selection of castles, watersides, additional rental equipment, etc. My sons birthday is coming up July and I plan on renting a castle with water slide, tables and chairs. I will always hire Desert Jumping Castles for any party that I plan to have.

By far the worst Jumping Castle company I have used in Tucson. Drivers over 1 hour late no call. Manager was rude when we called to complain. When we asked to speak to the owners she said they live out of state and she was the boss. Driver didnt come back until the following day in the evening to pick up the castle. Still no call. Not sure what is going on here as far as management but as far as we could tell there is none.
We had an Elmo themed party for my two year old 2 weeks ago and it was awesome! We had an Elmo castle, Elmo pinata and Sno Cone machine. We also got some decorations and candy from the store. I was called the day before to finalize the details for the day of the party and the driver called me the morning of when he was on his way. The driver was on time for drop off and pick up and was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this business, and would definitely go to them for my next party!
Paid extra to keep castle over night. Driver was to pick it up at 11am on Sunday. No call, no show. Monday- no call, no show. I emailed and I called and left a voicemail. In the meantime my grass underneath was showing signs of distress on the area where we were able to expose it. I finally got a hold of someone when I found a different phone number. She said she would look into it and call me back. No call back however, on Wednesday I received a call late morning from the driver who said he is on his way. I informed him we were given no notice, we were all at work and he could not be given access since we have dogs that would have to be locked up. Informed him he could come at 6pm after we were home. Again, no show. He then texted at 9:45 at night saying he could be there at 10:45 that night. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and my husband was on duty working 24-hour shift so having a strange man show up in the middle of the night also raised security and safety concerns. He said he could alternatively arrive 10am the next morning. I then received a call the next morning from a manager who was very nice but said he had no authority. He made sure the bouncy was picked up. Following the bouncy being on our grass in 110 degree heat for 5-days, we now have a 20x20 space of dead grass in the middle of our yard. I left another message this time on Facebook Messenger since my other messages werent responded to. Although it shows message as read, to date, no response.
Time of delivery came and went. After them being 20 minutes late, I got a call that they were 15 minutes away. An hour goes by, nothing. I call back, they say theyre 20 minutes away. They show up 35 minutes later. They were 2 hours and 15 minutes late. The kids at the party kept asking when the jumping castle would be there. I scheduled for 2p.m. and it wasnt set up until 4:30. Thats 2 1/2 of sunlight that I lost. Then pickup was at 8pm. They didnt pick up until 1015pm. This company has great prices but horrible customer service. Spend a little more and go with someone else. Management didnt seem like this was out of the normal.

The office lady was very nice and they had all we needed but their after hours customer service needs attention and their drivers need to communicate better. Items arrived late and were picked up an hr late .
Absolutely wonderful experience. We booked a sophia the 1st package for our daughters 5th bday. You should have seen her face when sophia showed up, absolutely priceless. Had a party at the park rented a castle and chairs our agreement was that they will be picked up at 8 they did not show up to pick up the equipment until about an hour later we had to wait for them to pick up the items we rented. Called the after hours number that was listed multiple times they never picked up once. Turned out they had truck problems but they never told us until the driver finally showed up almost an hour after the first call.
Ordered water slide $200 it was hooked up and tried putting water in it and it just leaked everywhere my back yard was so soaked the dirt wasl sinking in every step i took walking by.. Driver came back to look at it said he didnt see a hole but i saw the part where it looked worn out and could of been where its leaking the water out from he tried filling it up then he said he had to leave to next drop off and he told me if it still did it that theyll try give me back refund or partial at least and when i contacted the owner they still say nothing wrong with the slide and theyb refused too refund my money but i took pictures of everything it was a disaster in my back yard i will not recommend this business to anyone just because it might be cheap price i wouldnt rent anything from them again it ruined my son birthday!

My nieces party today they brought the wrong castle and are only going to reimburse $30 out of 150. Never ever will I use this company. Multiple issues.

Profesional and courteous, local business! I hope to use them for all of my future party planning needs. The Piñata was well constructed and stood up well so that every child and teenager got a try at it (we opted for the Piñata with the bouncy balls on the outside for an additional 10$). The installation was done quickly and ahead of schedule by a bilingual guy. The boxing ring required 2 motors, and was well secured. Despite requiring a patch (which the guy placed prior to leaving to his next delivery) the boxing ring stood up to multiple children and adults without folding or collapsing. We payed over the phone at delivery time with credit card on a Saturday. We kept the unit over night as our party ended late (additional 40$ to the party packet) and it was picked up from our front yard the following day. The guy called with an ETA early that Sunday morning so we knew exactly when to expect him. Great experience!
Worst company ever !!! i rented them to bring minnie mouse to my daughters party my daughter was so excited i had already paid them in full so the day of the party comes and they call me the same day of the party that minnie mouse will not be showing up cause the lady called in and they couldnt do nothing about it worst customer service ever !!!! I ordered jumping castle, generator, ice chest, table and chairs pinta, center pieces, face painter, train over all experience was horrible I felt bad for the two ladies that work there, I felt that this Yvonne didnt want to take ownership on this from the train driver hitting parked cars at the park and having a broken generator not working and still making me pay for it, having the driver set up late my party started at 3:00 and I he got to the park at 3:15 didnt finishing setting up the table and chairs and then also the jumping castle until 4:30, no one wanted to ride the train after that 1st ride because of him hitting the parked cars, I did get 25% back which I paid $494.35, there is just a lack of communication, once I mention that the scheduling was all wrong Yvonne fired back excuse me he had he routing on Friday, she does the routing so of course it was perfect maybe if someone would of called to let me know that he was going to be late wouldnt have been so bad.1) wrong color of center pieces / tables too late to put them on didnt even use them .2) kept telling me I had the pinta when I didnt cause to get me the wong pinta3) driver being 1 1/2 late setting up the party4) charging me for the generator that did not work.5)train driver hitting parked cars then saying no he didnt hit them when I had two moms tell that he did a hit and run. and no one wanted to get on the train.I am not one to complain about these types of things and i wasnt going to say anything but once that driver or no one called me to let me know that they were going to be late was very upsetting . then I have a mutual friend that knows someone that works there and asked why I was going to sue them, I was like whaattt! I never mentioned anything like that wow i said that wasnt a bad ideal after the fact . buyer beware!

Thanks for making my sons 7th birthday party one to remember!!I would not recommend this company to anybody looking to rent a castle or party supplies. We ordered a jumping castle, 2 tables, and chairs to be delivered for my sons party today. The party started at 11, and our reservation for the castle started at 10:30.At 10:30, I still hadnt heard anything from the company but figured they had just caught traffic or were running late. I didnt call the first time until about 11:00, because I really wasnt stressed about it.So 11. I call and get no answer. Oh well, theyre probably busy helping other people. I finally get through to somebody at about 11:15, after multiple calls. Remember, we were supposed to have had the castle for 45 minutes at this point. The woman that I spoke with was very friendly and she seemed concerned that I still hadnt heard anything or received delivery. She said that she would call the driver and find out what was going on, and she took my number down to call me back once she figured it out.I hadnt heard anything back so I called again at 11:30. The same woman told me that the driver was very close and was looking for our address. We should have the castle any minute at this point. An hour late, but not the end of the world.Soooo 12 rolls around, and still no sign of the driver or update from the woman at the store. Okay, Ill call again. This time, the same woman told me that hes still at the first delivery of the morning. Apparently they had an issue there but hes close to finishing up. Thats interesting, considering that 30 minutes ago she told me that he was super close to my house and would be there any minute. She asked if we still wanted the castle, that he was about to leave and could be on his way. Obviously we wanted it, that was the whole point of ordering it in the first place.So, 1:03 the driver shows up with the jumping castle, the table, and the chairs. You know, everything that was supposed to be there at 10:30. Well, we dont need the table or chairs at that point because we already ate on the ground.He sets up the castle, talking on his cell phone the whole time. The kids are all lined up eagerly. Theyve waited pretty patiently! The driver says that its ready to go. Birthday boy climbs in, followed by his little brother and trail of friends. The kids start jumping and everythings good for 30 seconds! Yay! Finally! But then everybody starts screaming because the jumping castle is collapsing with all the kids inside of it.My boyfriend runs over to catch the driver as hes leaving (still talking on his cell phone!). Oh, no problem, he just forgot to actually tie down the hose that attaches to the air compressor. It wont happen again.We did get a full refund but Im pretty appalled at the customer service we got today.

I contacted them about renting a castle and after several messages being ignored the castle ended up being taken for that day. They then lied and said it was already booked a month in advance. I hate being lied to and for that reason alone I will no longer be there customer.

Had used them last year and the jumping castle was pretty dirty, hesitant to use them this year, but still tried and they never called at all so we called about 3 times when they said they would be there and they never showed up. No warning at all. And when they Said they were going to start the refund they started it days later After I called and asked for it again. Very unprofessional and annoying.
I feel like this company doesnt even deserve one star. I placed an order for tables and chairs 2-3 weeks before my event and were supposed to be delivered at 10am the day and an hour after the delivery was supposed to occur I called to verify the time of delivery the girl that answered took my info and said that she would contact the driver to verify but the driver calls before the delivery. An hour before my even I still had no tables and chairs I called back but no answer I kept getting a voicemail. Finally someone was able to reach them and was told that they ran out of tblws and chairs but they had a few sets we could use but we had to pickup. Needless to say the tables given to us were broke and even some chairs. Would not be used because they were broken as well. I had only put down a deposit and was told that for the inconvenience and lack of communication on their part I would receive a refund the 2 days later I get a call from a woman staring they still provided a service and she discounted my balance by 50% . She was more concerned about keeping her job than the service that was provided. She kept staring she hoped that we allow them to make it right for the next event. I will never go back this company for anything.
They never showed up to deliver the jumping castle, no call no notice, won’t answer the phone. Still waiting on a refund since October had to go back in person to even request the refund.
