I went to this store to get something for halloween and when i went in multiple workers came up to me asking if i needed help even though i already told the first worker what i needed and they didn’t have it so i don’t know why they were harassing me. Next i settled on some wings since i couldn’t find what i wanted and later i noticed the wings said 35 dollars on the receipt even though the rack that i found them on said they were 20 dollars, and i know the price couldn’t have been wrong because the whole rack was filled with the exact same wings so there’s no way those were the only ones misplaced. I eventually got over the price of the wings but when i opened them i was even more furious because when i looked at them i noticed it was just cardboard with feathers glued on and no to mention they were not even glued on correctly so they were falling off easily. I could have done that myself for less then 20 dollars and i probably could’ve done it better. overall that was the worst costume i ever got . 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you to the Party City team for helping with my terrible planning. I had ordered a bunch of retirement decor for my dads retirement, but didnt know that my brother (who lives in Tucson) was leaving town. The manager was able to get my delivery order rescheduled and sent that evening. Her and her team were super friendly and incredibly helpful. THANK YOU ALL for being so fantastic!!

This is a standard Party City, theyve got lots of party supplies, greeting cards, candy and even some toys. Its large, clean and well organized. The employees were friendly and efficient. Do yourself a favor and stop by the 10 for $1 candy bin and get yourself a bag of candy as a treat. You deserve it!

Had the best experience yesterday and today. Ive been working on putting a Baby Shark theme together for a drive by birthday party. Sherri was so helpful and were excited for our balloon creation tomorrow.

Whoever is in charge of the website needs to get to work and correct it!! We drove 15 miles to get numerous items for a themed birthday party that were in stock according to the website but when we couldnt locate them we were told they had been discontinued. Although the other location showed they were in stock a phone call determined they had also discontinued the items. The trip was a total waste of our time & gas. Why have a website if youre not going to update it??

When I was there shelves were sparsely stocked. I could not find what I needed for my event. Limited choices.

I couldnt find my receipt to fill out the survey so I figured this is the next best option to say that Nikohl has THE BEST customer service Ive ever experienced at any Party City and I go so often. Usually theres only one person ever up front when there should definitely be two because no one goes to Party City for one thing lol but Nikohl? Nikohl handles it all in a timely manner like the baddie she is!! I mean literally so stellar! Shes helped me the last couples times and shes by far the best Party City employee Ive ever met and I wish everyone was like her! Shes so helpful and so nice and I really hope that girl has the best day because she deserves it all!! I hope she sees this or is told about this review! Just an overall killer employee with a killer work ethic!

I shop here often, and always find what I need. But be cautious, this store is usually understaffed theres always a lengthy wait for a cashier. Best not to try to shop on a lunch break.

Went during graduation week so they were very busy. Some of the other customers were quite rude but the staff kept their smiles and worked fast and efficiently.

I like how simple they make it for you to find what youre looking for. Well I was shopping for a costume for my son. I didnt like that they wouldnt let him try on the costume to see if it fit good, but they were nice about it.

I recently had my 35th birthday party and wanted to create a purple theme. Omg this place has literally ANYTHING one could possibly need in terms of decorations! I was shocked when I walked in. The store is GIGANTIC! Prices are pretty reasonable too. Definitely recommend if you want to go all out for a party and/or do a creative theme.

Corey checked me out. They are all full of Thanksgiving and Christmas party wear. I found adorable patio lights along with paper plates, and silverware with all our outdoor get togethers this is my favorite store.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Staff is extremely rude. Refused to inflate a couple balloons that I bought online (online site SUX) even tough I’ve placed & received order, my online account shows no recent history. Either way, the rude lady behind the counter with a sassy tone stated they don’t inflate outside balloons due to Covid. Dumbest BS I’ve ever heard! I would’ve been fine paying something for use of their helium, but NO.

Shame on you Party City. I go today 9/8/20 looking for fall decorations and table cloths, before going I look on line and the store has what I need. Well let you they had all the Halloween stuff out, but not Fall. When I asked where they had it displayed I was told it’s in the back and maybe tomorrow or Thursday they’ll have it out, but suggested I shop across the street at Hobby Lobby. I’m sure they saw the jaw dropTo the floor. What wonderful customer service telling me to shop elsewhere. The young lady called over a young man and he advise me to call before I come again to confirm they have it out.Since when does Halloween come before Fall??? It’s 53 days away.Poor customer service very disappointing.

Awful customer service skills with the employees. I am in need of an item and they let me know when I purchased from them to call the store before making the drive so they can check if they have it in stock. Every time I call, they put me on a hold and never come back to the phone. Makes me never want to buy from this store again.

Today is a busy day for party city and I just wanted to leave an outstanding review for Jason who was at the front helping everyone on 10/19/19 at 12:30-12:45 when we checked out.What we would all like to call a Karen was in front of us and exclaimed how she had a pending transaction of upward $100 and she said, Ive worked here and Im not leaving until I get this refund!! We watched Jason with out skipping a beat graciously apologize for the inconvenience of her visit, immediately get on the phone with a tech and begin to resolve the situation without skipping a beat! This man kept a cool head and was very respectful even with the growing group of people coming down the line to check out.. we all know how stressful this can get and he didnt even seem to react but take action and lead and I just wanted you to know we saw and mad respect!

First of all, if you arent shopping for a birthday or wedding, you are pretty much out of luck. There are several other occasions represented, but only by a few decorations and maybe one balloon. Second, we may have had greater success had we been able to find any sales staff to assist us. The checkout line was unreasonably long, and the few usable items we found were very pricey. Otherwise, its a big, bright, incredibly clean store that had we been in search of birthday celebration stuff, we would have hit the jackpot.

They have a variety of things! And they had a good chunk of sale items! I was very surprised. Although I spent some time at the register because the prices werent ringing up correctly so someone had to keep running back to check on the sale price. But all in all the staff was friendly and I got some good deals!

The cashier was very friendly. As soon as we walked in the store and she was able to us, we were greeted. She told me where the item I was looking for was located. It was a nice trip. I have anxiety and have to be in and out of places as soon as possible, but during this trip, I felt at ease. The store is big, but it was clean.

Everything under the sun you could ever need for a party! Tons of themes for kids and adults. I even found the ever elusive foil loaf pans I use to bake pumpkin bread for Christmas at an excellent price!BONUS - the store was practically a ghost town at 2 pm on Saturday.

Not sure if this is the only Party City in town or not. They were starting to put up Halloween decorations but it kinda looked like people had already ran through them. I think they just enjoy the look of the store being in chaos or like they just had a mad rush or influx of customers. Got what I needed and got out, no lingering.

Their website advertises custom made banners, but the employee I spoke with said they havent offered that service in years. She was very helpful in helping me find an alternative though. There was only one employee on checkout and a very long line. Store was clean and organized, and has great Halloween costumes.

Great customer service, not stocked like other party citys we have been to before and so we had to change our sons birthday party theme due to the lack of party decorations for the theme they wanted. We had called in ahead to make sure they had all the supplies and were assured they did, sadly they did not. Maybe next time.

Great selection of little toys and inexpensive candy for kids to spend allowance or gift money on. They have party supplies too of course, but we usually only shop there when my 6 year old has money to spend.

Everytime I go there, there is one snobby worker who treats you as if you are wasting her time when shes just standing there while two other workers go above and beyond to help more than one person. But other than that they didnt have much of anything on Moana or Frozen when I planned my daughters birthday parties a year ago. And now with new frozen 2 coming out they finally added a while new frozen section. It was pretty disappointing. But overall still a good place for costumes and party stuff.

Love how helpful the employees are. I will not buy from Walmart for a Halloween costume because they let anyone put the masks and wigs on, and they repack everything even if its been returned...no matter where its been. Ugh. I would recommend buying from Party City for anything you need for a party over Walmart any day. Plus their prices are really easy on the wallet.

Great options, awesome halloween stuff. Just wish there was a way to get away from halloween stuff with my kiddo with severe anxiety and fear of scary things. Given that theres kids party stuff inside and you *have* to go passed scary stuff to get to it, I feel is a little counterintuitive, especially as someone with an October kiddo. But maybe thats just me.

This place is super clean and hes very organized. Also all the people that work are always well-informed and great about giving you advice or helping you find what you need.

This place has it all. I often find things here I cant order on Amazon. Their prices are kind of high in my opinion for a lot of things and the lines are pretty slow but we come here to get stuff for bithday parties every year.

Very bad service. From the time we got there the staff chitchatted with each other. They had very little of what we were looking for. But it was time for us to check out we were ignored by not one but two employees. And as the third one watched us wait, another employee came up and brought her a little cart of goodies and they both ignored us killed one asked is are you ready to check out. I said yeah I’m ready to check out you can keep your stuff

It’s a Friday afternoon and they are OUT of helium. I went across the street to the dollar tree. They were cheaper, but it took longer to get 24 filled. The dollar tree employee told me that they’ve been out of helium for months. Isn’t that a basic necessity for a party supply store?

Best party supplies you have everything for a party

Most of the staff are really friendly, and the general manager is great. I drove from across town when the Foothills Mall Party City didnt have any of their Halloween costumes available- or thats what they told me- and the general manager helped me find the costume (and size!) my daughter has been looking for. The store was overall quite clean- the one area where it was messy was in the back by the masks, but it was more because of kids running wild (despite the employees asking them not to) than because of the staff. If it werent so far away Id do all my shopping there- but given the choice between the Foothills store and Walmart, Ill happily deal with the Walmart crowd!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received no assistance finding the items I needed. With only 3 items to purchase, 1 person checking out at the counter and 2 cashiers, I still waited in line 5-10 minutes. A customer behind me with a basket-full of items was helped at another register before me. When it was my turn, I had to go myself to swap out one of my products for a different size so that I could receive the sale price. Then, neither cashier could get the strip on my card to work (even though I have never had a problem at another store). I was informed that they are not allowed to type in credit card numbers and without another type of payment and no other options offered to me, I had no choice but to walk out without the items that I needed.

Enjoyed taking our daughter,she had the beans scared out of her a few times and it was great the staff was very helpful with finding what she needed to finish her costume.

Kids got costumes for a really good price. The staff was relaxed, friendly and helpful.

Customer service is poor, just waited 15-20 for a few things I needed on the top shelf. There were three employees filing up balloons. I asked the supervisor and she called for someone apparently but nobody came to help.
