I went in this afternoon to get an oil change.It’s been years since I’ve been at this American tire Depot but since it was on my way home I chose to stop by. When I go to locations like this the first thing I look at is their customer service and observe to see how things are ran around in the shop.I got to tell you I end up spending almost 2 1/2 hours there and it was worth my time.They did an oil change alignment, change the filter, and recommended to balance my tires. The price is very affordable.I love that prior to them doing my work they ask permission and explained what was recommended.I highly recommend this place they have excellent customer service and I love the way they all work as a team from the service manager to the technician and the mechanics in the Tire shop!! I highly recommend this place I will definitely be back and tell all my friends and family thank you for a great and excellent service today!! 9/3/2021

The manager and and the tech were great. While driving on the freeway I ran into debris from a tire blowout. The front of my car was pretty damaged, including the condenser for the AC unit. They inspected my car and did what they could verifying my car could get me to my destination without any major issues. They also secured my front bumper and parts of my under carriage because it was dragging on the ground.I was in a hurry because I was actually trying to go to a celebration of life of one of my good friends who recently passed.Thanks to the manager and team at American Tire I was able to get to my destination and back home safely.Thanks againMark Pincombe

Whent there about 3 weeks ago for an oil change and brake change, turned out they left my oil half filled when they re-filled it. It almost cost me my engine, I noticed it since after 2 hours my car started making horrible rattling noises and and i took it in to a mechanic the same day and the mechanic informed me that it was due to having the oil half filled. Had to pay to get it properly done and the noice and rattling stopped all together.Never coming here again

The guys at this tire shop, on Prosperity Avenue, in Tulare were Awesome. We got a flat tire on our trailer. It was beyond repair. They gave us such a good deal, that we ended up buying two new tires from them for our trailer. They were very professional, fast and friendly. We at The Lake Doctors of California, would highly recommend this tire shop.

I had a tire with a slow leak in it. I took the tire in to see if they could repair it. They called back later and told me the leak was near the sidewall and they could not repair the tire. They then worked with me to find a tire that fit my budget to replace it with. They were courteous and professional the entire time and I was impressed by how prompt they were with all of the service. Within a couple of hours I had a new tire ready to put on the car.

These guys were able to squeeze my truck in during the last hour of business without an appointment & slapped on 4 new tires w/alignment. Awesome job guys!

Seth is an awesome guy, his knowledge of the Tire industry is 2nd to none. He is very helpful in every aspect, his honesty is respected by the customers and his fellow employees. I had 5 tires done between on July 18th between 3-5pm in 111° weather, top it off it was a Friday and the crew still had a great attitude about getting me in even though all they have to cool the shop down was a fan. Only thing I could recommend would be that the owner get an industrial mobile swamp cooler before one of your employees experiences a stroke.

He didn’t have the Tires I was looking for in stock, he had them the next day. Kasey installed my Tires my tires and he is just a super young man. The Tulare, CA service has great. Had the battery replaced on a GMC 2016 had no idea were the battery was. Took it to American Tire within hours they had the battery checked andreplace at a reasonable cost. Yery courteous and professional. I would recommend them

A BIG thanks to American Tire Depot for fixing my brakes and all 4 tires in emergency situation. They were able to fix it in under 2 hours and had a good attitude when i went in, right before closing and a day after Thanksgiving! I think that these two gentlemen are the best I have seen in a long long time. It starts with the salesmen he was upfront and honest with how long it was going to take because they were so backed up. But he even went outside to help his guys he wasnt just standing around. And the price was great.

Went to have a tire fixed because of a nail. They said I need 4 new tires and couldnt fix it..I knew they were lying. Went to another tire store and they fixed it no problem and said my tires are fine. Im turning them into the better business bureau. Pure evil

Had a flat tire and had gone to their competitors but they were busy so I ended up here. They weren’t busy and got me in quick. In less than 5 minutes they had my flat fixed. Will definitely come back here again.Come to find out the next morning my tire was flat. Had my car towed to another shop and found out this place never even plugged or patched my tire. SMH

Ok, I was just driving through and had to stop cause had a warning light about tire pressure. Stopped and they checked my tires very professionally and friendly. Manager chatted very kindly as my tires were filled/checked. I really appreciated their kindness and friendliness while providing a free service. All the employees were professional and courteous. Juan was the reason I went back to American tire depot. A few days before I stopped in to get air in my tires. Juan went the extra mile to take care of my truck tires. Thank you again Juan! I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. After having the alignment i noticed my steering wheel was no longer straight. I need to stop back in and have the oil changed and have them straighten the steering wheel out to where it was. Because of the Steering wheel I only gave them 4 stars....

The tire tech ( Dustin I think was his name) was very informative and they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I had a great experience at American Tire Depot yesterday! Arnold was the gentleman who helped me make sure to ask for him when you go. He was very accomodating even when there was a problem with the tires I originally wanted. I will definitely be back.

We were on the road heading to Arizona and decided to have breakfast. Upon completion of breakfast and loading up into the truck I noticed bolt in the tire. So looked for the nearest tire shop which was this place. Greeted upon entering into the store and treated respectfully. They serviced my tire and discovered the balancing was off on the tire. Took their professional observation to have all my tires balanced since we were on a long drive to Az. It took extra time which wasnt a problem no hurry to get back on the road. The service was great and the employees very professional....definetly recommend this place if in need of tire service.

Overall Great Experince! Went in to purchase tires and have new aftermarket rims mounted, sensors installed and Alignment. Alex did a very good job mounting/installing everything he took his time to install everything damage free. Arnold, Alex and Ishmael were really attentive throughout the process and would call to inform me the progress, completion time or any setbacks. If I could give them 10 stars I would! We were on family vacation in a rental car and picked up a nail in our tire and had a slow leak. I arrived as a walk-in, no appointment and these guys got us in, diagnosed and repaired the tire and had us back on the road in under an hour and they charged me NOTHING! Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. Theres also a Starbucks right across the street to hang out at while the work is being done if you like. This could not have been a better experience and saved our road trip. Thank you!

I am very grateful for American Tire depot and their Mechanics for the great service and all their help. I went in for an oil change and they discovered my tires were worn down almost to the wire, due to my alignment being bad as well as my back brakes needed changing. Went for a rotation and oil change. Had my maintenance light go away and my tire pressure was fixed so I didnt need to fill with air. Always going to be my go to place for oil change and tire rotation.

Very friendly, very helpful, I had a missing pin fastener in the brake assembly and they immeadiately saw it and were able to secure it as well they checked my air filter and gave me the option to replace it as well, I did because their price was half the dealers very happy and grateful manager extremely polite and no pressure tactics hold on to him as he is an asset to your frachise.

I would give this company a 0 stars if I could but since I cant theyll get a 1. They are the worst tire company around. They broke my ignition after placing the wrong key in & forcing it to start & then tried to say it was just a default so they wouldnt have to be reliable for it. They knew they were in the wrong but didnt want to get in trouble so they sneaked in some extra wording into the paperwork so they can get away with it but let me be very clear there not going to get away with it. We have witnesses that heard & the guy even loudly said he placed the wrong key into the ignition, theres also cameras everywhere in the shop, including my car camera that they most likely didnt see or notice was in there recording & I will make sure corporate knows as well as letting family & friends know not to go there cause there nothing but bad news!

I stopped into the tulare-location because they have an associate That could possably find a used aluminum wheel that I had damaged in a blowout.

I took my car for their 20$ oil change. They said I needed some parts replaced. I told them Id check it out later. Next morning, there was transmission fluid all over my driveway. I called my mechanic to have a look, thinking I needed a new transmission. He said someone loosened the bolts on the pan! They were the only ones under my car! Never going back. They sabotaged my car to bill me for false repairs.
