Honest Christian business man. Guarantees his work and will fix it free if it needs it. Been doing business with him for many years and have never had a problem. You need to make an appointment because he is the best mechanic around. Not the cheapest prices, but you pay for quality. He takes credit cards and that is a great feature. He always greets everyone with a smile. Oh, he also has a driver that can give you a ride home and pick you up at no charge. The employee are all well trained professionals and very courteous. He usually can work on all makes and models but will be honest with you if he cant fix it. I highly recommend Howell Service Center. He is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and goes out of his way to help people. He also does smog and other services like air conditioning, service and oil change. They have a nice waiting area for customers. Great for all your automotive needs.

Amazing customer service. Our car broke down on the way to LA from San Jose. John got us back on the road in 3 hours including the time to get the part. While I was here, it seemed like the whole town came in to check on their cars. John knew their cars like the back of his hand. He bought my mom tacos because she was hungry and I was out.

Absolutely the best and most trustworthy shop to get you vehicle work done. I have had everything from tune-ups to brake service done with John, Gary and their crew. They have always treated me fairly and saved me money whenever they could. No, they are not the cheapest, but youll pay more in the long run for work cheaply done. Trust them. They are great!

You know, I have to say, I really love Howells Service Center. These gentlemen really know what customer service is all about. Not only are they upfront and honest, they do quality work within a reasonable time frame. Im very fortunate and proud to refer to all the guys at Howells as My Mechanics.

John is a good mechanic, and is extremely honest and fair in all of his dealings with every customer. You cannot find a better garage anywhere in this country.

The manager spent a good chunk of his lunch pulling my steering wheel off for me when I failed to remove it myself. Very helpful, great customer service!

Howell’s phone customer service was horrible and no help at all . I attempted to let Gary know what I know and he kept asking me what that was . Letting me know what I was repeating from a ford dealership on paper that that doesn’t exist and that is wrong terminology. He attempted to not help for one second . At that point I knew, from just this interaction it would not be good if I was being asked what was the meaning of a machanic . Save your trouble and time .
