Great place smog and tag fast one stop

Not happy with MAS AUTO CENTER. Received a Smog voucher from the State of California on May 7 2021? Called for a appointment...told me they would call me when a opening became available. My Friend called them that day May 7,2021 n told him to bring it in on May 8,2021! I received a call from Mas Auto on July 27,2021. My tags expired on May 27,2021. I Took it to a Smog shop n pass prior to my Expiration date. I see their priority! Cash talks n CA. Voucher you MUST WAIT. Never patronizing their business!

I was referred to MAS Auto Center, by a Great friend of mine Carol.. I stopped in and was happily greeted right away. Juan helped me with my questions, and was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt at home here. I look forward to using MAS Auto Center for ALL my future maintenance and car repair needs. Easy to find, easy access and parking right in front. The poster on the wall stated thatDMV services are available here also, so you dont have to wait in line, for certain services.

Mas Tulare was very helpful in assisting me with a vehicle that was being over quoted from the dealer. Getting their opinion on some smog related repairs helped me save over 5K in unnecessary work. I like the approach of letting me know everything that is going on with my car and what can wait without high pressure sales tactics. I have used this shop before to sublet work too and appreciate the professional service that they provide.

I highly recommend you bringing your vehicle in for any of your Auto Care needs and maintenance. Ryan (at the front desk) was able to get my moms car in to be worked on relatively fast. He kept us very informed and updated on the progress/process of the car while we waited. The Justice Brothers additive Ryan recommended worked extremely well in the car and it saved us a lot on cost! The wait time while my moms car was being worked on was quicker than most auto shops we have previously been to in the past. Ryan even offered us ice cold sodas and water while we waited. I will definitely be coming back to MAS Auto for all of mine and my familys car needs and maintenances!! Again, I highly recommend MAS Auto Care! 5 out of 5 stars on quality care, customer service, knowledgeable, quick wait times, and pricing!!!!

They were very polite and friendly. They were busy but still they made sure that I was aware that I was not forgotten, the male employee offered drinks while I waited. The female employee was professional and told me what steps were going to be taken for my paperwork. I would highly recommend them. It was my first visit. Thanks MAS.

They were able to find out why my vehicle wouldnt stay in third gear. Rodent chewed up wires that shorted a sensor. They were super busy and under staffed so it took a day to get to my vehicle but quality service! My Yukon is driving like a beast again. Thanks.

Have taken three of my vehicles here for smog and registration and every time the staff is professional and friendly. The price is reasonable, fair and fast. Im never gonna see another DMV office as long as this business is up and running. I totally recommend this place.

One of the things I really appreciate about MAS Auto is their honesty. Ive never had them perform a repair that didnt need service, and Ive never had poor service. Every time I had to take my car in for an issue it was fixed so that I did not have to return (for the same thing).The Service Manager, Ryan, is very knowledgeable & explained everything so that I could understand & make an informed decision.MAS isnt the cheapest auto repair place in town, but theyre a lot less than the dealerships & their work is every bit as good if not better.

I was able to do a vehicle transfer in about 10 minutes. The folks here were very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to hassle with the dmv lines and wait times. $75 is a fair price for their processing fee on transfers.

Smog check in 15 minutes. I called ahead and asked when a good time was and once in the shop was done in 15 minutes. Spacious, clean indoor waiting area with drinks and snacks. Gib and Jean are super nice and a pleasure to do business with.

I love MAS Auto Center. They are always kind and courteous when I go in, as well as answer any questions you have about your car. While waiting for my car, I never saw them be rude or unkind to anyone, even when they were busy. Keep up the GREAT customer service. Also as a woman I have never bren talked down to are treated as a 2nd class citizen. I have been going to MAS for 2 yrs. They do all my major and minor repairs.

The customer service is excellent. They are always quick and accomidating. I allow them to provide the DMV services when I smog my car because it is worth skipping the DMV lines.

There supposed to be a professional shop and dont even know what there responsibilitray is ..will never take a car to them again .might be racial so black look out .well went back after they amited they we wrong still didnt get what I went there for. Racist shop .........or owner stupid......I wasthis is Tex from manger amitimg wrong .searching through some of the regulations and could not find a direct reference to the airbag warning light, so if you would like to stop by I would be glad to refund your money. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will continue to research this to find the correct answer. I dont like doing things wrong. I will make a note in your account showing a $110 credit.
