Josh was friendly and professional. My daughter did a job on her iphone 6 screen and then got it in the rain. We thought it was toast. I called to ask about it and Josh said to bring it in, and it may need more than one step to repair.When I got there He tested it and discovered it was only the screen with no further damage. I want to insert here, that he could have told me I needed more work done and I wouldnt have known the difference and had to pay nearly twice what I did. I appreciate the integrity of this business!Less than thirty minutes later I was walking out the door. The cost was also less than anywhere else I had researched. it has been a few weeks since I had the work done and all is still perfect. Thank you Josh!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very shady. I went in to repair ONLY my phone screen and the man removed my camera WITHOUT MY CONSENT. He asked me to go back a week later for him to replace it (that was shady). After he installed the camera my phone never turned on again. They took my money and completely broke my phone. I asked for a refund and they refused. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. THEY ARE THIEVES

CV iRepair could not be more customer service oriented...plus excellent repair in 15/20 minutes to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone. Josh provided car door to car door service due my handicapped status along with explanation of the work he did on my iPhone 5s that included repairs parts missing from the last firm in Visalia that replaced the first cracked screen on this cellphone. This firm is new to Tulare and I say a welcome addition. I highly recommend CV iRepair to any and all cell phone owners.

I would suggest any other store, I went in to fix my iphone and he fixed it great but about 3 weeks later without dropping my phone, the screen started to glitch out and eventually stopped working. I went back to the guy there and said blame the Chinese for the screen not working anymore and tried to charge me another $60

I WENT IN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO GET MY PHONE CHECKED OUT IN GOOD FAITH AND WAS HUSTLED FOR 35 DOLLARS IN LESS THAN 5 MINS THE MAN TOLD ME THE JOB REQUIRED TO CHECK THE DEVICE WAS GOING TO TAKE 30-40 MINS AFTER HE COULD NOT FIX IT (5MINS LATER) HE CAME AT ME WITH A 35 DOLLAR FEE DONT BE THE NEXT PERSON TO FALL FOR THIS SCHEME

This place is awesome. I took in a iphone6 to have it repaired to replace my i5. The i6 was wasted i asked how much it would be to replace the guts of the phone instead of gougin me for cash he told me its better to jus get a new phone. So i decided to have him take a look at my i5 and when he opened it he right away noticed there were parts missing from the last place i had repair it. The owner fixed my phone right up and its workin better than ever. I found my new phone repair shop.

They were quick, honest, and friendly.. We were in and out in under 10min..

When i went there to ask how much it would cost to get my phone screen fixed he said $60.00 and i thought that was a good price considering how much the screen was cracked THANK YOU.
