Answered all my questions about transferring my data from android to iPhone, made sure I was aware of all promotions without being pushy, was just a smooth transaction overall with the friendly employees.

I went in to the tulare location to trade in my phone for one that had more storage, and got the best customer service, best promo deal, best discount bundle with my new accessories, and even some great friendly chats with the employees! Overall would highly recommend to anyone! Also forgot to mention that Luis helped me out with those great deals and discounts!

Absolutely enjoyed my time there the gentleman who helped me was very informative and helped me with my new phone. His name is Xavier and if you need help narrowing down your choice and picking the right phone he is the man for the job. When I had a problem with setting up my new phone and went back he helped me figure it out right away. Five out of five would totally recommend them.

Every employee there deserves credit as I have been helped by each one since joining! I would not recommend this place. Went there to get two new phones and the rep tried to sell me literally every product they had. Claiming I was getting a discount on everything I was buying because my credit was so good. After I told her multiple times I just wanted the phones. But the thing that pissed me off the most was that I was told the credit check would be a soft hit on my credit when actually it was a hard hit. Been trying to better my credit for a year only for her to not know what she was talking about and ruin my credit in a matter of minutes. Had I known it was going to be a hard hit I would not have gotten the phones. Looking back I feel she knew exactly what to say to get her sells in.

SCAMMERS. I tried to activate a phone I bought online here and they said the previous owner hasnt paid it off so it was locked. I went back again after talking to the previous phone owner and they gave me proof it was paid off and still this Verizon wouldnt help me. I went to the ACTUAL Verizon store in Visalia and they said there was no hold and he activated it right then and there. Ensignal in Tulare tried to scam me into buying from them for no reason by LYING to me. The guy at the Actual Verizon in Visalia said they do that so you buy from them and that Im not the first to have a problem like this with them. Best bet it to ALWAYS GO TO AN ACTUAL VRRIZON RETAILER NOT A THIRD PARTY STORE LIKE ENSIGNAL. thus isnt the first ensignal Ive been to either and all 3 Ive been to are SCAMMERS i think its policy or something.

I have purchased a couple of phones from this store every time I have upgraded a device they say I have been approved for a free case or a screen protector and all I pay for is the device tax and the activation which is all a lie I look at the receipt and they charge me only for the device tax and on the screen protector not the activation fee when I walk Into the store and told them they deny all of it
