All the employees are very nice and friendly, very good customer service. I recently bought some shoes but got the wrong size, went back to exchange sizes and the guy helping me was fast and efficient. Definitely shopping there alot

The guys working there were very helpful with my whole family. My boy and I walked out of there with new shoes that we had no intention on buying but the staff here knows shoes and hooked us. Great job guys!

I love converse, the girls were not very knowledgeable about Chucks. They also need to work on friendliness.

Cannot speak highly enough about this store! Deals all the time! They seem to change almost twice a week. AMAZING EMPLOYEES! Easily the best customer service in the outlets. Went in for new chucks got my pair and found a second pair of one stars for 20 bucks! They dont discount the chucks was my only complaint.
