The employees at the Starbucks are great. They give you options and alternatives to what you have liked in the past. Since they were out of a certain type of drink that I like to drink they gave me options and suggestions to fit my likings. The drinks that were suggested were amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better barista!

Went through the drive thru, was able to get me drink quickly since there was a very short line. Unfortunately they do not have any freshly brewed decaf Pike Place. Ordered an Americano and was accommodated with my cream on the side!

Kass is one of the best baristas! Love how she’s always there to help and assist, with such an amazing attitude! Even in the mornings! Highly recommend this Starbucks store 🙌🏼

This is the slowest Starbucks I have EVER dealt with. Both walk in and drive through. It should not take 30 minutes to get an order that was placed ahead of time. Absolutely absurd.

Pretty delicious. They even made a drink customized the way I wanted it. Thank you so much. My puppy also enjoyed his puppichino.

Decent standard Starbucks. Not as busy as other locations but a bit longer wait times in my experience. Last time I went I guess they were out of a couple of drink options, or at least thats what it said on the drive-thru menu. The employees seem pretty nice as well.

Just OK, I am sad that sometimes when I go through the coffee is very bitter, I wish it was consistent every time I get a drink. And yes I ordered the same drink every time.And the one thing I wanted to order they were out of as far as food.

My food and drinks always come out quickly. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I never have problems, Alejandra, Ruben and a couple others always make my drink correctly. I go almost every week. They have a number 1 customer from here on out. 😁

Tuesday 8/17/21 at 6:22 am I went to this Starbucks & it definitely reminded me why I drive to Visalia for coffee when I live in Tulare. I was in the drive-thru, placed my order & went to the window. Now at the window everything is normal until I ask for a side of sweet cream because my coffee was still bitter. Now I’ve never paid for a side of cream or for a bad drink to be replaced at the Visalia Starbucks stores but this Tulare site (Prosperity) wanted a $1 for cream, about a 1/4 cup. I said I’ve never been charged before & the young female cashier (possibly new) didn’t know how to respond, so Jasmine (manager, maybe) asks what the problem is, I tell her, she said that’s policy, I told her even at this site I’ve never paid for cream, she just kept saying if you want it it’s $1 do you want it or not, I told her that they should start operating like the Visalia sites & I should Yelp them, this Jasmine actually said go for it & don’t forget to google review us too.. what a professional manager you have at this place & she must not care about her job or the Starbucks reputation. The next day I went back to my usual Visalia site & wasn’t charged a penny for extra sweet cream. Good job Visalia 👍 Boo to all Tulare locations, especially the Prosperity site 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Breakfast sandwiches were cold, we were on the road when we discovered it. Attitude was, Call corporate, they can help. No indication that they did anything wrong.

I Love this Starbucks, they are so personable and genuine! They always add an extra touch whether inside with a special message or on your cup, once they get to know you. It goes a long way and my order is always just right! They are always moving as a team but take the moment to greet you..I just cant say enough about this locations team. I ordered the day before to pick up a Pike coffee traveler at 5am for my workers. Its better to order ahead so that you dont have to wait since it takes time to brew. The 10 guys I had all loved and it got a pep in their step which meant we were done sooner. Good times!

They have good and quick service, they just need to specify on the breakfast wraps whats in it, my son is so picky and had the Sausage, bacon and egg wrap, he didnt want it because it had also potatoes. I put him on time out because I thought he was making up an excuse to not eat it, when I got tired of trying to making him eat it I grab it to put it in the trash bag, thats when i realized that it has also potatoes. The rest of the food and drinks where delicious!

My favorite Starbucks in Tulare County. I didn’t really care for the weird COVID-19 hours. But I am really happy it has returned.

Honestly if you have patience this is definitely your spot, but if you’re thinking getting coffee before work you’re better off drinking your jobs terrible decaf. This will make you so late you’ll just wanna quit because you know you’re getting fired for being late.I don’t get what the whole problem is but MAN DO THEY TAKE FORVER

Coffee is amazing but man do I try to avoid this location if I dont have half an hour to sit and wait for my drinks. The past few times I went to this Starbucks I sat in one spot of the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before the line moved up 1 car. And another 20 before I finally got to the window.

They give priority to the drive-thru. When asked for sugar they said they dont have enough. I understand its busy but please we go to Starbucks for the service. Please dont be stingy.

I usually get great customer service here. I also work close to here so I purchase from here frequently. Today I ordered an iced SOY caramel brule and rushed to work. Work was busy so about an hour later I grabbed my drink and it was an iced vanilla latte with cream. I am extremely lactose. My co worker went back to fix my order. The barista argued with her and made her refund the drink and order a new one. Made my co worker uncomfortable since she has done this for me before. Will try going to another location from now on.

They work quick, clean, and friendly here! The busiest drive through of any Starbucks I have ever visited in California, yet they dont let that slow them down in my experience. Ive visited this particular Starbucks many times, and will return many more times.

Friendly upbeat place. Relaxing right away. Happy people compared to 6 miles up the road. Had to convince barista (just a little) to search around for an open bag of coffee so I took away a star. I hate wasting a whole bag for a pour over. It was the Cielo-Guatemala, not as good as I remember or maybe the water needs to be hotter for this one. Family atmosphere with boyfriend chatting and laughing enjoying lunch at counter. Baristas were singing when I came in and people aren’t afraid to exist. Some chatty teacher over there, solo frustrated man (instead of token guy in corner using free WiFi), and of course us (employ your own adjectives). Clean. Easy access, but busy parking lot. Outlets at bench tables. Small. One -almost a nook, but no outlets over there. Wonderful music, mostly because the radio in this area totally SUCKS. The rain has stopped, but I think it’ll begin again. Yesterday we ended up on cemetery tour because it just was... I wonder what today will bring. Tomorrow $$ so the tour will head into fast motion and reviews will end unless.

I usually come here for any drink I get and I have to say I don’t know what was wrong with the girl behind the counter making the drinks but she was rude. I wasn’t acknowledged when I entered no one asked me if I had a mobile order there were drinks on the shelf and I couldn’t even check if my drink was ready. Many people walked in after me no one even acknowledged them. I waited quit a bit before some guy even decided to ask if I had a mobile order. Where’s the customer service? I get it’s summer you’re all busy but it doesn’t cost any time to say hello I’ll be right with you.. I didn’t get the girls name that was working next to the mobile order part because she didn’t have her name on her apron but if she needs a quality check on her customer service skills and attitude.

Im 61 years old and my cardiologist says I NEED to walk every day and CAN have one cup of coffee. I walked 1.5 miles to the Prosperity Starbucks in Tulare only to be told they couldnt sell to me. I would need to download the mobile app, attach a credit card and call in advance. Or I could come back in my car and use the drive thru, where they do accept cash and plastic. Good exercise this morning, no caffeine. ☹️ I wont be back!

Granted they were busy but my coffee cup was dirty and only 3/4 full. The attendant did make another cup but under protest which I did not appreciate. You can and should do better.

Drinks here are bomb, of course a bit pricey but, thats what you agree to when you pull up at a Starbucks and obviously its worth it! This particular cafe is always busy because it is right of the highway. So if you know you are on the go, go to the one on J street. I see a lot of bad comments but tbh I have no complaints about service or food. Yes, the take a bit longer but its 10 min. tops like any fast food place. Yes, sometimes they are in a bit of a rush and dont make conversation because they are working on a clock, if you want a conversation, take a friend and have coffee with them but the employees are just working their shift. Yes, sometimes accidents may occur and thats why you are supposed to speak up and not just fuss about it on the comments. Anyway... Getting of topic. In conclusion, 5 star coffee and good service😅😌

Worst service!!! I even called corporate and no one ever called me back. They took 30min to give me half my order then when I asked for my money back after another 30min of waiting for the rest of my order they gave attitude and were very disrespectful!! Would recommend to NEVER go to this location.

Line was maybe 5 cars to the speaker box. Took about 10 min. Coffee was good but barista wasnt very friendly. Seemed to just want to hurry through the transaction. Overall not a horrible experience but definitely not exceptional service either.

Ive been to the Starbucks in Tulare 3 times and every single time I order they seem to always give me a totally different kind of coffee. Its kind of annoying. Today I ordered a strawberry acai and they didnt put any strawberries in it and it tasted like celery. I will not be going there anymore after this. I dont recommend this Starbucks in Tulare on prosperity and Hillman. 👎

I would give 5 stars... Love the friendly staff in the Morning. My drink is always right. Normally takes about 5 mins top to get my order.... The staff in the afternoon like after 3:30 on the other hand takes FOREVER. I can be the only person in the drive through yet it takes 20-30minutes to get my 1 drink (not an exaggeration) & Sometimes its not the right cream thats put in. I always ask for almond milk, yet I get told they are out of it & can only do like 1%. 🤦

I know how working in retail can be overwhelming and stressful but being rude is unprofessional. I was gifted a gift card and found out it had no balance. I didnt know but the rude attitude was not call for.

Honestly this must be the slowest Starbucks in the nation. I dont drink here myself, but I drive my wife through this location as well as many more across the nation. And we now walk into the Starbucks at the Target for faster service.

This is a great location, but the service is a bit slower than others. The employees are focused on their tasks, so werent as friendly as some of the other local locations. That being said, the location has a large interior, makes a comfortable small meeting place, and is convenient.

Every time I go and they always mess up my order.And instead of trying to be helpful and fix it and make it worse, I honestly recommend anybody that goes there to just go to the one on N. J St. better service and they do take your order under consideration

Placed a mobile order at 6:58 didnt receive my drinks until 7:32. RIDICULOUS! And they didnt even get my order right! Ordered a mocha with NO whip topping, had whipped topping on it. Also ordered a vanilla bean frap with raspberry and mocha DRIZZLE on TOP of whip cream, they mocha drizzled the side of the cup. TWICE, because they had to remake it because they only made ONE of my drinks and didnt call and out my name when it was ready. Ive never had this problem with Starbucks. Not returning to this location.

It has a drive through. There is free Wi-Fi. You need to sign up with your email though. The dine in area is a little small, so dont expect to have a table to work on if its busy. I had a good time.

Yes, slow service. Yes, dirty restroom. Yes, no receipt. Yes, totally failed to make my drink I paid for but now have no proof of without receipt. The stickers that print for the drinks were also out. Finally, and most importantly, yes, they made it right by making my drink on the double. Please get a staff member on making sure receipt tape and stickers are working. Makes for happier customers.

They do a good job like all the others I have been to. One thing I have noticed is their drinks have a little less flavor than some other starbucks. Not a drastic difference but enough where I can notice. This will not stop my from going there and getting a good cup of coffee. Overall its a good coffee house.

Just like the one on J Street, the service is GREAT!!! The Vinilla frap is the best, and the staff is kind and friendly and are always at the top of your needs. Who cares if people give bad reviews, I LOVE STARBUCKS!!!!!☺️☕️

Didnt go there

We are not frequent drinkers but we occasionally do get drinks for our shop. Unfortunately this week we have gone twice, and both times our orders were incorrect. The first time our drinks were not up to our par. We called in and they did offer to remake our drinks at no charge the following day. Good customer service, unfortunately still did not get the order correct even though we were specific when ordering.
