The pharmacy is extremely slow and always has a staffing shortage. They take an eternity to fill a prescription and then promise that it would be ready in a matter of minutes. I used to think it was convenient because I lived close by, but now Im considering moving.

Everytime I have a prescription they dont fill it until 45 minutes after I arrive. Today my doctor called it in a noon. My husband arrived at 6 and they said it would be 45 minutes. This was the last time. Definitely switching now.

The staff here is always super rude I have yet to come a cross a staff member that actually has any customer service I think it’s time to look for another pharmacy I would jot recommend it here

The pharmacy at CVS in Tulare, CA on Prosperity at Brentwood is very inefficient. My prescription was faxed in on a Friday morning and still not ready on a Saturday evening. The automatic service does not match the availability of the medication at pick-up; an additional 15-20 minutes is the standard wait. They will take 10 minutes to explain why it is not their fault instead of providing a minute of solution to the problem.

Drive Thur is always slow no matter time of pick up need more help in department!

Pharmacy Technician at the drive thru was not friendly. I was told I’d receive a text within 15 min to pick up my prescription. Over 35 min no text, I’m assuming that the techs are overworked, overwhelmed and don’t get much needed help from pharmacist and they are understaffed due to hours being cut. I blame CVS corporate for not having more pharmacy techs. 8/29/19

Yeah the worst service at the pharmacy The person at the desk was rude put in the prescription and never received it. I called them the next day to have the prescription transferred or canceled never go there again

I love this store the girls are always friendly and willing to help. I travel from Lindsay just to go to this store.

Sent in photos from my phone and received a confirmation that they were ready so I went into pick them up and the young man said he couldn’t find them but said he could see from their records that they were ready. But he went to go help someone else even though I was there first and there was another employee a young lady working near the registers that didn’t want to help anyone. So I walked out the store but went back in a told the same two young people that were working to cancel my order and then she wanted to help by redoing my pictures. The purpose I did it through my phone was not to have to go and wait at the store. They were both rude employees, hopefully they were reprimanded after I called and told the manager. I used to enjoy going into the store but with so many new employees and management it’s not the same. Management needs to train their employees on customer service!

Walked in and was greeted and told if I needed any help they could help. The pharmacist were awesome and went above and beyond!

Encountered the rudest manager and cashier during a photo pick up. The managers ability to handle customers was pathetic.

Employee by the name shirley, Katrina are extremely rude they have no people skills. The employer Katrina was on her phone as i came up to pay, asked me if i could wait for a minute while she continued to text. I couldnt believe her then had attitude when i asked her a question about my amount so i juat walked out.

Medicines are good and great coverage but the service here sucks!!!! I’m in the drive-through and I’ve been here for over half an hour and still they don’t hurry

My father went into the prosperity store in tulare ca on january 12th 2017 between 6:00 and 6:30pm and the cashier lady was very rude! He told her thank you and her response was whatever. Cashiers should not treat theyre customers in that manner. Worst experience ever

This CVS has one of the rudest pharmacy technicians I have ever come across. Ive heard this from people who have switched to other CVSs in the area.
