Go around lunch time when the food is fresh and ready to serve. Delicious beef tripas and tacos de chicharrones. Their burritos are great! Use to be $4.99 but prices have gone up to $8.99 but worth every bite. My family from up state and Vegas love eating here when they visit.

The food prices made them very high we understand that the meat went up but it is not so that they alter the price of the food

Minimax used to do so well with there marinaded meats now they dont marinate them as proper what is happening...Im glad I stopped going here after they began to lose theyre skills

If they get there meat department going again it would be nice.
