Like a lot of the reviews. This place is horrible. Completely filthy, melted ice cream and about as warm inside as it is outside. Owner is definitely not interested in running a quality business. Take your dollars somewhere else. Too bad there isn’t a zero star rating.

Terrible service. An entire family walked in before me and my boyfriend and ordered, which was fine. They were there first. After waiting to be helped at the counter for over 5 minutes, the same family returned, cut us and was helped immediately. Filthy on the inside and terrible customer service. Do not recommend. We went to Big Kahuna instead and it was wonderful :)

I really enjoyed the Reese’s layered sundae! 11/10 would come again.

Ice cream is good but they have to update their hours on the web and avoid us the drive to find out is closed. Please update even the hours on the entrance are wrong.

This place did not have any good service no one greeted me when I walk in. I was standing in front for a couple of minutes. This place was dirty needed clean big time. This was my first time in one of this places that was the worst first impression indeed.

Terrible service..On a hot day when you go into a ice cream shop you want some relief from the heat..but at this place I was so disappointed all the ice cream was melted the slushy my daughter got was watered down..we literally threw 25 dollars away ..

Wanted some ice cream before the movie an hr before they closed already had the chairs up so only a small handful of people can sit. The floor was so gross for 3 people to be working there and not cleaning and then they only had 15 different flavors of ice cream to choose from. I thought its baskin Robbins 31 flavors.... so disappointed

Great place to hang out with buds, but when I got there, there were only 12 flavor of ice cream, not 31😩 Even after the bad experience, I still go there to find clean rooms and seats. Try the cookies in cream, I garenteer it!!!☺️☺️☺️☺️

My brother & l were wasting time in between appointments & decided to treat ourselves. What a great selection, lots of seating, store very clean. Super!

Thank you for understanding food allergies and knowing exactly which ice creams were safe and how to prepare it for my egg-allergic daughter. We enjoyed our ice cream without fear of cross contamination.The line was long, but service was quick and friendly.

Says on website and Google Maps closes at 10 pm. Saturday night of all nights, 9 pm the lights are on, doors are open and the kids there say its closed. REALLY? 9 p.m.?!!!
