Their almond bear claws are absolutely delicious! I don’t know of any other donut shop that sells these specific bear claws. My husband bought me one a long time ago and I have been eating them since then. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this donut shop!

Ordered about a half dozen donuts and they were pretty good. Not a lot of variety but Im not sure if it was because my husband and I were there in the afternoon or if they only made a small variety. But I also noticed they served more then donuts, which is great, but then why the name Donut Factory? It kinda implies that there is a factory of donuts which one would assume would have at least over 31 flavors of donuts 🍩? If Baskin Robbins can do it.... Well Im just saying maybe the factory part should be tweaked a little. But still, not a bad donut. 😊

Best donuts in Tulare, Ca! Theyre always made fresh and not overwhelming with sugar like other places. The staff is always so friendly and nice. I love going in there! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great donuts. :)

So far my go to place for doughnuts in town. There is a certain visual quality they have about their doughnuts compared to some of the other places. The fact their location is near the highway makes it convenient to drop buy and pick up a doughnut.

Their doughnuts are amazing. Ive never tasted anything like these. For sure, Ill be coming back here from time to time to avail more of different flavors.

Delicious donuts and excellent customer service

Took my girls to get a couple of donuts & the lady was really rude. She didnt give me the donuts we asked for, she literally gave us something else then gave me additude about how thats what we asked for so instead of standing there listening to her yell & complain I just paid for the stuff she gave me & just left. We all tried what was in the bag which was this strawberry cream cheese thing that tasted horrible, it was dry inside & had very little cream cheese & it was chunky. The ham & cheese was cold & had no cheese in it. The cinnamon roll looking thing was hard & had no flavor. The one thing she did get right was the donut with chocolate frosting on top & the chocolate had came off from being smashed by everything else. We definitely wont be coming back to this horrible place ever again!
