Four starts because I love grocery outlet. But bad customer service, tonight was very distasteful, the girl in the first lane was rude the minute a placed my groceries down. She was unwelcoming and had no work ethic. She didnt even give my total as I was baging my stuff, just kind of staring at me until I looked up and payed. Then someone came up to the lane, someone she knew... and said, just getting by huh? She suddenly had the biggest smile ever.I think shes new, I get it, its late, work is tiring. But have common curtasy.

Great place to get some groceries for the home!! Fair prices and deals, employees are very polite and friendly and helpful!!

Its always a fun mystical trip every time I shop at Grocery outlet, you never know what yummy foods you will find or what neat items are hiding in there, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Be sure to check the dates on everything, just like not knowing what they will have you never know when things are going to go bad

Good selection of produce at this location. Usually find some unusual item to try down the aisles. Always save money shopping here. Checking out is quick when I have gone here. However, location does not feel safe to shop at after dark.

Many of the brands I love....but I didnt feel safe in the parking lot with many homeless souls walking the parking lot.

They are back to regular hours of operation but still do not give customers access to the restrooms. Other grocery stores in Tulare do not deny accesss to restrooms.

Some regular items, some new and unusual. Lots of Organic items. I dont know if it was just a bad day when I went in but cashiers were not very friendly. Floor staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Convienience, first in area was tulare, my go to store occasionally shop hanford and Dinuba..Due to no handicap carts and ongoing leg procedures Im gonna have a rival home deliver groceries, sorry will continue at Visalia store if the one cart available when able

Kyler Ruthless Cashier, Friday 10-30-20 @ 5pm. Wouldnt let me get shopping cart. Had me use red basket with 3 bags of groceries. He wouldnt ask for assistance, where are the baggers! Not a Hi, nor Thank You. He threw away my receipt. This the way you people treat senior citizens?I better Not get a Stroke, Hernia, or Back Injury.

I try to Avoid shopping here at Grocery outlet, but I do shop here rarely just like if Im needing something I forgot to get at another place .and I happen to be at the Dollar tree store nextdoor .Yes Ill go but I dont like how employees are .They seem mad to be working there always have this rude way . Never smile they make me feel like if Im welcome .they have no idea of what customer service is . .I just dont like that feeling . Ignort people

Never enough cashiers.Staff standing around fixing shelves while long lines form.I was told by an employee check stand was about to open so I go.Checker asked me to wait while they took another person with a cart full.I was carrying 24 count water and 1 other item.Just left it at check stand and left.Horrible service.This happens alot here will not go back

You can come up on some great food items when they are on sale. But gotta be quick or lucky cuz its not a steady supply of items. I can make dinner for 5 under $20 shopping here.

The cashier named Heidi is rude. I spoke to a coworker who shops at Grocery Outlet and had said that she too had experienced terrible service from her. She completely ignores me every single time I get her. She greets the customer before me and behind me. But I apparently dont exist. Even when I thank her, I get nothing but silence in return and my receipt handed to me rudely. Ive seen other reviews that had mentioned Heidi having bad customer service. Maybe its a sign for you to train your employees better in customer service. If they just dont have the ability to provide great service then maybe you should hire someone who does.

I love trying the stores in different cities. Tulares store is bigger than Visalias & Portervilles. The stores are easy to maneuver & finding such great deals. Clerks will show you exactly where the items are.

Good place to find great deals on overstocked, damaged, or near expiration deals. Staff are friendly and helpful and they keep the store clean. However, it can be very busy during peak hours.
