Older shift manager seems too bothered to answer a question or even show common courtesy. Hope he treats his employees better than his customers!!

Rude!!! I normally only go to Walgreens, btw excellent customer service at Walgreens! But got stuck with CVS when Walgreens went off line for a day or so. My daughter has recently started taking medication for mood disorder and adhd. I had her first prescription filled. A few days while I was cutting one of her pills in half I knocked her other prescription in a sink of water. The Dr sent over to refill the lost medication. Well daughter had her regular appointment and evaluated that the medication wasn’t working for her. Her prescription was changed a few days later. I called cvs to see if it was ready for pick up I was told it would be ready in an hour. I waited for a text never received. Went the next day and the pharmacist and his ladies said that it couldn’t be filled because of the one just recently being filled and that it’s unusual to fill that sort of medication right away. Mind you these are different medications and the doctor wanted it changed. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong and then went back to question the accident with the medication that was lost in the water. I have so much going on right now that I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy nor this poor customer service at this location.

Its sad that when it takes from 445 to 730 to get your prescription thelady said that it would be ready at 630 I called at 15 till 7 still not ready then she hangs up on me. Is this customer service ????I will definitely be looking for another pharmacy

Started off great but over the last year have gotten worse and worse. Never can count on them with prescriptions. Always some issue with filling prescription and then when ask why rarely have answer. Terrible computer system is what it appears to be.

Moved to this area a year ago and have been very satisfied with this CVS pharmacy.

They absolutely are falling apart at the seams! Terrible place to have to count on. If your insurance doesn’t require you to get your medicine filled here then don’t! The only person there that actually does a good job is kelly.

I filled a Rx last night that had been $30 with the GoodRx discount card.The new price was close to $100. The tech said she ran it through and that is the price. I called pharmacist and brusquely told me that is another company telling us what they want us to charge. I called Publix Pharmacy and they honored it, transferred my Rx and the price was lower than my $30. Anyone who might have a significant increase in a month to month Rx might try to check other pharmacies for differences. It worked for this Rx. CVS seems to be manipulating prices.

This pharmacy has shown a shocking amount of incompetency and negligence in the time I’ve been a customer. Faulty information from an employee lead me to have seurious withdrawal side effects including seizures. Furthermore, they are consistently out of prescriptions

The pharmacy window missed one of my medications and when I called back the pharmacist said he would meet me in the parking lot as they were just about to close. Doctor Owens brought out my medication to the parking lot as they were closing. I bet youll never have pharmacy service like that anywhere in Tullahoma!

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Not only will you wait in the drive thru for 20 min they will take forever to refill your medicine. I dropped my boyfriends prescriptions off at 1pm and was told they would be ready In an hour. I came back at 2:35pm. Apparently my boyfriends name hadnt even been in their system. I then was told they were working on them then and I could come back and had no idea why his scripts werent filled yet.

Very rudely told they aren’t taking ups drop offs. Been over a week and still not taking packages

Honestly doesn’t even Deserve the one star. Very slow and very rude there is no reason I should be sitting here for 45 min just drop off. Ridiculous

Came in when the pharmacy opened on a Sunday. Fast prescription fill and super nice staff.

Prices are way too high. !!!! Check Walmart. They are Amazing!!!!

Pharmacy Staff are uninformed. YES, you can buy Lidocaine OTC, in the isle. Frustrating!
