Two stars because they actually had what I needed. But what a MESS. Every aisle cluttered and dirty. Couldnt even walk down some.

Store is clean and well stocked. Found what I needed quickly, and employees are cordial.

This particular store was organized shelves were stocked. Friendly staff!

I googled Western Union near me. Dollar general was the nearest location and had the Western Union signs posted. The service was not available without an app download that was not available. I asked if they could simply pull up my info and use my existing info and they said no. I asked if they could enter my info. They said no. It all had to be done on a smartphone app in a self service way and then they would just take the money. After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to get the app figured out. I drove a mile to Walgreens and did the transaction using existing information by simply entering my name and phone number and finished in under 5 minutes.Im sure this store is good for some things, but I dont recommend them for Western Union. Its a fast but expensive way to send money and that expense should come with a small degree of service which they seem unwilling to provide. If you dont provide a service you should not advertise that you do.

Was able to get what I needed fairly quickly. My only complaint is in some spots there is not much room to move around.

Can usually find very good deals here. I found some great deals with coupons. DG baby wipes are great. Bigger size, feels like soft cloth. Unlike some others that feel like plastic.

Same as the rest of the DG stores. No or minimal wait at the register. Sometimes its organized, sometimes its not- because of the covid 19, some things are out of stock from time to time

Convenient and close by. And the employees are friendly but dont seem too interested in actually helping one find whatever it is they are searching for. They will literally watch you search almost every isle instead of just asking if they can help you find something.

I frequently shop at this local Dollar General, and while its very convenient, it pales in comparison to the other Dollar Generals in this area. This store seems to always appear very dirty, with stock and various packets blocking the aisles. Today, it was very hot in there! The gentleman at the register was very nice, but seemed somewhat overwhelmed. He was the only employee in the store, and had been for the last 4 hours. Im going to start going out of my way to frequent the other stores. Im just tired of the dirty appearance. 🤢🤮

90% of my issue is with the treatment of employees here. They dont care at all, air conditioner broken? 90 degrees inside, its even ruining merchandise? Meh... Deal with it. Only one employee on shift in a high theft store for 8 hours or more? You say people occasionally need to pee? Meh, deal with it.WHY ARE YOU NOT GETTING ANYTHING STOCKED!!!!????!!!? DEAL WITH IT!!!Its inhumane, and they are borderline evil.

There were ants all over the colas and the store looked like the employees could care less if it was decently stocked or even clean.

This is a large Dollar general store, with lots of inventroy and an organized selection.The staff is friendly and highly attentive and knowledgeable of the stores products, policies and procedures.

Honestly the nicest employee there I believe is the manager. Other than that, its a good store with good selection. Biggest hold back is some pricing.If comparing to Dollar General, on W. Lincoln, come here instead . The Dollar General on Lincoln is the worst when it comes to customer service, workplace atmosphere and item selection. Ive been there multiple time and walked up to rows of empty shelves. Not one or two blank spots, full aisles empty. And for a place called Dollar General, its extremely pricy, and that is aimed at both stores. In example, got a Name brand blu Ray player at electronic express for cheaper than an off brand DVD player at the Dollar Gen.
