Poor customer service skills!!!!! My daughter and I went to pick up some last minute supplies and an associate with blue hair hollered something from across the store while we were in line. I did not hear this woman so she stormed over, slapped her hands on her thighs, and stated very condescendingly, are we ready to check out? I let it slide because I was trying to get out of there. Once I paid for my purchase, said associate walked off and ignored my daughter who also had a purchase of her own. We waited for over five minutes before a gentleman in another department came over and rang up my daughters items. Do us all of favor, if you do not want to work, find another job. We will not be returning.

We took our computer into Office Max in Tullahoma due to our computer possibly being compromised. I have been this place multiple times to print out some documents, but each time the associate printed them out wrong, cutting off half the document. If the store cant handle something as simple as printing, then I certainly wont trust them with anything important, and wont ever spend money there again.

Had everything I needed to FedEx a few collectables home while on vacation. The young girl at the cash register was more interested in chatting with a co worker. But the lady that took my packages for shipping was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about shipping.

Was there today, they changed me $2.50 to print one page. What a rip off.Should have been .25.Never going back.

Couldnt stand to be in there more than 5 minutes. Every time we visit your store it is always extremely hot. How am I supposed to feel comfortable shopping in there when I feel like Im in the depths of hell.
