Decent store with a generally good selection of chairs, computers, printers, and other office accessories. Print shop is very well run, but can have issues when shipping items. Be sure to double check that they put the correct shipping address on your stuff or you might never see it again. This is definitely one of the better run stores in the tulsa area.

I spent two weeks trying to find a place to print the graduation announcements that I wanted. I went to fed ex, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. All of these places offered the designs but couldn’t add the pictures. I finally made it to Office Depot just on a whim! They were able to create and print what I was needing right there on the spot. I left the store with my announcements that night. There was no waiting and everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to take care of my needs. Thank you Hunter Lang for all of your help! I went there to buy a filing cabinet. I told the cashier that this is what I was wanting specifically the two drawer White cabinet. She said OK I will send someone to meet you back there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting and nobody came back to help me. There was absolutely no other customers in the store. One cashier, one behind the printing counter and that’s all I saw. I guess they have enough business and don’t need mine.Horrible

Didnt have the furniture item I was needing... but did have the packing tape... all was not lost.

The only good thing about this store is its never busy. I needed a legal document scanned and emailed to me and the guy went and scanned it then tried emailing it to me it wouldnt let him so he scanned it again and then emailed to me I made the mistake of not opening the email because I got the notification saying I had an email from office Depot so I figured it was it but when I got home it was just the words office Depot in giant ledders so Ill maybe give them one more try maybe

Store Mgr. Stacey Anderson went out of her way to help me, a cancer patient. She was so kind in helping me with my rewards points. She was a great help because Im not great with computer sign ups. Just wanted to say thanks for her kindness!

Terrible customer service at the print desk. They don’t acknowledge you while you’re waiting, and something that took them less than a minute to tell me(which was that they couldn’t replace the spiral binding on the book I needed rebound because they didn’t have the right size)- I had to wait in line 30 minutes. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. There is usually one person working- today there was two but only one helping customers. They also say no one else in the store is trained in print- so if there is more than one person needing custom print work done- you might want to plan on camping out there all day- or better yet, go somewhere else that knows how to run a business.

Definitely check out their sales! I get all my flash drives for cheap there when they are on sale. Plus they are the only place I can find the Sticky Notes that are sticky on the entire back, not just the top.

Rachel was great. Extremely knowledgeable and actually listened to what we needed and liked and didnt like. Even though price was a little higher the service made it worth while.

My son and I went to get his resume copies and covers. It was nice walking in and getting helped immediately. The young man in the print area was very professional and friendly and attended our needs. Will go again at approximately same time (11am) during week because less people in store. The last time I was there, I left after a few minutes because there was no one to help...they were all busy.

Found what I needed at a good price and they assembled and loaded it in my Jeep...very helpful and much appreciated

Employees were very helpful. I needed a new computer and after looking at all the current models, he showed me the table of last years models at huge discounts. Ended with purchasing one at huge savings.

Great place to get all your office supplies. I went there recently to get my Dell ink jet cartridge and with no help I was able to locate it quickly. Excellent and very friendly customer care services all through.

The employee was rude and the manager didnt have the courtesy to come and resolve the issue. Worst service and location. Didnt even deserve the one star. Other locations have better staff and service is much faster.

Went in looking for some bookcases. Walked out empty handed because apparently at this store its self serve. I saw 4 Associates and not a single one acknowledged me. Im not going to chase you down to MAKE you do your job. Customer service is very important to me. I reckon my vision for this location is different from the Manager who is paid whether or not he does his job. So far he is failing in my opinion so Ill choose to spend my money elsewhere

Im not one to complain at all nor have I ever posted a review, but I had such a bad experience at this location that I really needed to come write something. I was treated as if I did something wrong for having them double check a price because it said something different when I saw it. The price they had, read something cheaper than their cash register and they seemed irate about it. I never understood what I did wrong for them to be as mean as they were.

They where polite, but fifteen minutes wait for picking up already PAID copies is no good. There excuse was that the person that work in that department call in sick. Maybe they need to train there employees to work different areas in the store.....

Great MerchantsI purchased some RAM for an upgrade, opened the package, and the install was impossible because of a port knot difference. Called asap and the next morning so even though the product was opened, they understood and just asked for the receipt. They credited it back to me. Very good customer service! Also Id been looking for a 2 paper binder clip; an employee noticed I was pacing the isles and even though they didnt have it, he said they could order. Thats what I call working for your money! The walls may look barren near the registers, but if its up to the current evening crew, this location will be the best for years to come! Very happy!

Found Exactly What I Was Looking For, they didnt have as many as I wanted, but I was assured more would be in stock in 3 to 4 days.

The employees are always friendly and the store generally has what I want at good prices.

Clean store with wide aisles and a good selection. Not as small as the one downtown. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

If you need a landline headset with any amount of functionality, this is the only place in town youll find one. Yeah, yeah, shouldve Primed it, but what can else can you do with almost zero notice?The people were very friendly too. I honestly hate shopping at brick & mortar stores for electronics, but this place wasnt so bad.

71st Street needs new management and needs to train their employees better for the department they are associated with.

They make you think they are nice but at the end they are rude. Horrible service. I felt that I couldnt ask questions because they would get frustrated. Will not be going to Office Depots again.. Sticking to Staples or pretty much anything else but them.

They have good sales fairly often and offer some goods that are hard to find in other stores.

Bought a chair here, only one employee was working with a customer, the rest were just kind of huddled in a front corner area. Stood there for 10 minutes with most of the staff just glancing at me every so often till the one employee who was helping people finished with the only other customer in the store.

Currently waiting in line for prints that were order two days ago. The print specialist did not have them printed and waiting for us. We had to wait 30 minutes as he meandered through the print center at a snails pace getting our order together. I finished this review in less time then it took to finish our order. 😡
