I went in for a classic set, I was a little nervous I’ve never had lash extensions before, Melissa was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! Will be requesting her every time! She walked me through what she was doing and was so sweet! Made me feel very comfortable and was so gentle with my lashes, I even started falling asleep while she was doing them 😊

Update: I finally got the lashes I wanted at BHC Eyelash Bar. Aleisha is the BEST!!! The salon owner is lying. The third and fourth picture are pictures of my lashes with the NEW place: BHC Eyelash Bar. You will get a discount if you use my name! Original post: DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! THEY ARE A RIPOFF and the quality is super poor. I went into the Lash Lounge for the first time on a Saturday for extensions. I asked if I could have my lashes dyed, and I was told that there was no time. I was extremely disappointed because my lashes are light. I asked for volume lashes and showed pictures of what I wanted. When it was finished, it looked closer to the classic lashes and NOT what was pictured on their website as volume. When I spoke to the owner, he began saying that the stylist did it correctly because they apply 60 lashes for the volume, 40 for the hybrid, and 25 for the classic. When he said that, I realized they are not really styling your lashes at all. They should not go by the number of lashes, but by what they look like on your eyes. They told me that $275 covered only the 60 lashes, but I could get the Extreme volume, which is 30 more lashes, or 90 total. I can tell you, the lashes do not look extreme or volume. They ARE NOT shaped or even applied to fill the sides of my lashes. If you look at the picture, you can tell they didnt even attempt to fill it up on the sides of my lashes. For as much as I paid (I did use the coupon, so it was 189, not 275), I should have had a much different experience. This place is trying to scam! Most salons go by how they look on your lashes and do not count individual lashes, which really cost pennies and shouldnt be rationed. Another thing is that it took them a LONG time to put those 60 lashes on, about 2 1/2 hours. I honestly dont believe I have that many lashes. I am going to another salon to see what I really received, but this was NOT volume extreme. By the way, they said volume extreme was the biggest volume they do. If you look at the pictures I posted, this is what they claim is the biggest volume. You will not get much for your money. There are lots of places that are better. I do not know how their google reviews are so good. When I went back to have extra lashes put on, going out of my way on another day, they still charged me! This place is beyond ridiculous.

I received a lash lift & tint. This was my 3rd time doing this service and I needed a new stylist as my experience previous to this was a little unprofessional and I noticed I had a lot more breakage and loss of lashes. I research lash salons and found that this had a ton of great reviews. After looking through the website, informing myself of services, prices, and more, I wanted to give it a shot.I received plenty of reminders for the service and upon coming for the first time, the place was clean, professional, and everything about it made me feel valued. My stylist asked and helped me with my lash breakage and referred me to a lash serum sold in the salon. Shawna was professional, very kind, and helpful!It’s not a big issue, but the only negative feedback I had was the first text I received after booking an appointment, since it was my first time. I received an informative, positive message and was told to give the salon a call to discuss a little further about the service I was receiving. When I called and asked for the lady’s name in the text message, the lady was basically asking me the reason why I was calling….so I was a little confused. I said I was there for a lash lift and just booked an appointment and she asked me to clarify and give me a little more information on what I was looking for. So, not a big deal, but I was just a little confused as to why she didn’t really know what was going on. But overall excellent experience with the Lash Lounge!

I got my lashes done by Aimee and she was amazing. This was my first time getting my lashes done so I was worried they would like like they were obviously done. She explained every step before she did it and did my lashes exactly how I wanted them. They are super natural but still add length and volume. Definitely recommend!!

I loved my experience at The Lash Lounge! This was my first time ever getting my eyelashes and eyebrows done and Carigan was SO sweet and helpful and talked me through everything she was doing so I felt comfortable. I got the eyelash tint and lift and I also got my eyebrows tinted and plucked. My eyelashes and eyebrows instantly looked better after she was done and I can’t wait to go back. Beautiful business and very calm atmosphere. Would 120% recommend them to anyone!

I got tinting and extensions done by Shawna and I have honestly never loved my lashes more!! I almost cried when I saw the finished product! They were exactly what I was hoping for and more. It was my first time having any lash services done so I was a little nervous but she explained everything so well and was so patient and kind. I don’t think I could ever go back to not having extensions now because they just look THAT good! The salon is also so clean and well put together, with great front desk staff who answered all of my questions completely. 10/10 won’t ever be going anywhere else for lashes!

I got my first eyelash lift and tint here. It was a great experience and I mostly loved the results. I think she may have used a size too small on the silicone rods, though. The outer corners of my lashes almost curl over on themselves. So I have to make sure I use a spoolie with water every morning to fix them. I spent $100 in all.

I got the classic style after explaining the look that I wanted (natural, healthy looking lashes) and they were just what I wanted! It is also a very relaxing experience and the process took about 2 hours. Definitely will be a regular!

Marissa was my lash artist and was so helpful. I had extensions from another place. I had several lashes glued together plus several single lashes with multiple fans attached. She fixed the issues and was so nice. I got so comfortable I even took a little cat nap :)

My experience at Lash Lounge was excellent from start to finish. Online booking was a snap, and a next day appointment was available. Payment was also handled online, which was an added convenience. Appropriate COVID precautions were being taken—text upon arrival (vs waiting in lobby) and wearing masks. Carigan explained everything she was doing to prepare and apply the eyelash extensions, and she was very gentle. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Melissa is the best! I’ve gone to other lash studios in Tulsa, and this one is by far my favorite. I’ve only seen Melissa, but she does an amazing job making the extensions look natural. My eyes are sensitive, and I can’t even tell I have extensions on. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They did an amazing job with my lash lift and brow tint. They took their time and checked in with me, made sure I was confident with and loved the end results. Even after my appt I noticed some glue that we both missed when looking at the results, and she cleaned it up for me before I left.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful.The facility itself is clean and decorated well which imbues the establishment with a feeling of luxury. I found this to be a satisfying feeling to experience while pampering myself.I had the lash lift and tint services done and during the process my stylist talked me through the process so nothing ever came as a surprise. She even provided me with an extremely plush blanket in case I got a little cold during the services.My overall experience was great and I will be a repeat customer.

I want to start by staying Shawna is great!! Absolutely love her technique. HOWEVER, this place couldn’t be more rude and disrespectful to their clients. If you go more than the two weeks “they” recommend regardless of YOUR lash retention they will make you pay for a full set again!! DO NOT use this salon. There are so many better options in Tulsa! I had my appointment scheduled with Melissa and received a call a few hours before my appointment time telling me my appointment needed to be rescheduled. They ended up rescheduling me with another stylist later that week. The exact same thing happened to my two friends all in a weeks span, canceling their appointments only a few hours prior to their appointment and scheduling with another stylist. I find it incredibly unprofessional to do this at least three different times so close to the time of the appointment after sending out multiple confirmations.

Lash Lounge did a wonderful job. The display and cleanliness of the facility is very good. Staff are very kind, well-mannered and professional. Book with them!

I enjoyed my visit this evening. The staff was friendly and professional.I came in for a volume full set.During consultation, I explained to my stylist that Im used to getting very dramatic lashes every two weeks. She explained that they use lighter, and slightly shorter lashes to ensure the health of our real lashes. I didnt mind going a little lighter. I will say that I was a bit nervous about the change. However, once she showed me my finished set, I was so happy! Yes, they are different, but they are perfect. They arent extreme and packed on top of each other. They look long, full, AND natural all at the same time. If I didnt live way out in Broken Arrow, I would come in regularly.

Ive had them almost a week and havent had any problems at all. Its nice that my lashes look great even when I dont have makeup on.

I was a member there for a little under a year and really loved the services. My stylist was always so amazing and gentle & id fall asleep every chance I got because it’s just so relaxing. Their customer service could use a tad bit of work but the owner is willing to fix any issues you may have. I’d recommend this shop 10/10.
