The Shell station at 6131 Capitol Blvd SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 is really easy to see from the road day or night.The lanes are really wide open and easy to navigate.The store itself is great with lots of selection. And the staff is always super friendly, helpful, & accommodating.It’s been real convenient since it is right near the office I’ve been working at during my stay in Tumwater.And there are lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and eateries up and down Capitol Blvd in that area.

Kid behind the counter is rude, like agressively rude and constantly looks like hes coming off a bender when hes acting that way. Hes been aggressively rude towards me, as well as my pregnant wife. And today (4/25/21) I got tired of it and asked him why he was so rude to us, he replied I dont know you, but if you have a problem we can settle it like he wanted to fight or something. I didnt even know what to say lol. Idk what kind of people you employ there, but this kid is smoking rocks or something.

The cashier was wearing his mask below his nose. The other customer in there was also wearing his mask below his nose., despite the sign on the door that they would not serve anyone who was not wearing a mask. Employee said that Wa Labor and Industries said that this was acceptable. Go in there at your own risk.

Deli food is clean, hot food not sold is in fridge in mixed selection for family, in and out fueling as well as a smile on the cashiers faces. Complete satisfaction. Variety of goods besides cigarettes and beer, juice and soda plus munchies and other necessities. Open until midnight.

Worst shell station around. Gas is overpriced even for a shell station. Owners are stingy and dont treat employees well. Stay Away!

An open sign on attracts customers even when you close at 11pm. Excuses are only as valid as their source and an apology of leaving it on is better than a rude cast off because you forgot to shut it off.

Staff is great but today the sign said 6am and its 700am and still not open

Unlimited electric vehicle quick charging in the lot is available for a $20 monthly subscription or a rather steep $7.50 per-session fee. The former is a much better deal than paying over $3 a gallon for gasoline!

When I went in to ask about Kratom the cashier condescendingly said that he checks ID’s before even checking out. Kratom was overpriced, made me feel like an idiot for not wanting to spend that much money on it after going in. Really don’t appreciate being treated like a delinquent kid by staff when I obviously wouldn’t be buying something like that without an ID.

Prices are a little high but its a convenient store Im a local they treat me well

Tumwater shell gas station has Terrible customer service!!! My total rang up to 15$ I handed him 20$ bill and he gave me twenty cents back... So I took everything back but 6 dollars worth and got 4 $ back. Hes very rude and also over prices . I wouldnt recommend it whatsoever! Im a young single mother who works hard for every penny I get!! Im very hurt by how hes treated me. I remember one time this espresso machine overfilled and I asked for a wash cloth while apologizing so he cussed me out &said I was stupid that must be on drugs.. (might I add Ive been in recovery for a year now) so f this guy!!! I hope my experiences makes him lose business ....Please share !!! Thanks everyone god bless

The employee that I encountered was short, judgemental and rude. The prices were comparable to other quick markets but personally I felt unwelcome from the unfriendly cashier that aerved me.

These people charge for everything (including the bag for my items) but cannot be bothered to clean their restroom. I will not be returning.

This is where I get my gas they are friendly and there gas prices are a lot less then the shell stations on black lake Blvd & on Harrison Ave. The Harrison Ave one is nasty no receipts no paper towels for cleaning windows.....
