I visited your store tonight. Prior to planning my visit, I checked the hours online and saw that the store closes at 7:00. I missed that yall close at 6 on Wednesdays, and I arrived at about 6:20 to find the doors locked. We were coming to add an extra line for my dads laptop prior to him going out of town in the morning, and due to my job, I couldnt come to the store tomorrow morning.There were still customers in the store, so I knocked, and Sam met us at the door. When I explained my situation, Sam graciously allowed us to enter, and he had us up and running and out the door in less than 15 minutes. He could have turned us away, but he went the extra mile!!!! He had no idea just how trying my day had been, nor how I rushed to make it to the store prior to closing only to find out yall were closed. I was so close to tears, and his kindness was a bright spot in a very hard day. Thank you so much, Sam and C Spire!!!!!!!

Very nice people here but the cell service is horrible

I went to get one problem fixed came out not being able to use my phone at all.

Was left standing entirely too long when trying to get help in paying my bill.
