Yeah this is a relatively okay experience if I could have traded my pesos in for $ have been much better

I have always liked Walmart. But have been disappointed when it comes to refilling phone cards, most cashiers act like they have never been taught simple tasks like that 🙄😠. I mean, whats the point in selling prepaid phone cards if employees dont know how to do it? Thats my main complaint on that. Other than that, I still do like shopping at Walmart.

I Always shop at Wally worlds no matter the state. Every time I visit Tupelo I come to this location. Nicest employees very helpful and professional. Easy to shop racks, great deals, and of course they have everything. I personally like this location because unlike the(Canton, MI.) Location this one sells firearms for sporting. Clean well organized store. This location also carries more merchandise than other locations close to this one.

Customer service needs to do better!!! I’ve been calling to check on my mothers order for curbside pickup and no one in the department is answering the phone. This is very inconvenient

I used the money service at Walmart to cash a payroll. The clerk was nice an polite. She greeted me with a smile and thanked me after service. I give her a 1000 in her hospitality.

The toy department manager Meagan sucks very careless attitude maybe she gets paid to play with her facial jewelry because she either didnt know didnt have or couldnt find outShe is not management quality. She couldnt check inventory because she didnt have a scanner or check another store because she didnt know the number so I ask for skid number to take to serve desk or find a manager to help me and she couldnt do that but the lazy lady was a dement to let me know she was the toy manager lol the lady at service desk showed genuine customer care I hate I forgot her name Christine maybe I was in there for over an hour to eventually have to order online

Store was clean and well stocked, a little crowded but I didnt have to wait in line to check out, there were registers open In the self-checkout section.

It was ok, didnt get what we wanted but it has something for everyone

Walmart is like my home away from home.

Usually a good experience but,today was a bad one. Took 30 minutes to get help in sporting goods. The young lady I asked in electronics to call someone just stood there texting on her phone.

They always have everything I need here and the employees are Simi nice, never enough checkouts open but self checkout is always easy fast out

Too bad walmart cant afford electric shopping carts for their seniors and handicapped patrons. Yestetday i counted 9 carts that didnt work at all. And i know 6 had neen in the same hole for over 3 months. Make a little effort Walmart. Some of us can buy more if we can ride. I had to come out with nothing. Could not walk or stand st the checkout any longer. Barely made it too the car. went home and went yo sleep.

Well what ever they are doing today didnt make for a good day to buy anything. Maybe they should redo stock at night. Most shelves were empty and couldnt find anything including help.

North Gloster St. store, Tupelo, Ms is not too clean nor well lit. Personal shoppers are often working & monopolize the areas where they are placed. They will hardly move & became annoyed when customer said, Excuse me. Some aisles, such as health & beauty aids, are narrow & very crowded. Few checkers available nor anyone to ask for help if needed. Most employees are NOT friendly! Shopping at this store is a very unpleasant experience!

Literally had a delivery scheduled for today from 1-2. My order says delivered, but nothing at my door. I’ve tried to contact your store but have had no success. I’ve contacted Walmart Online Customer Service. Your driver took a picture of my front door, but did not leave any groceries. Would not recommend delivery services.

My latest experience wasnt that great. I was trying to purchase a vacuum from the locked case. I spoke with three employees who paged someone to help me three times. No one came. I spoke with a 4th employee and he actually went and found someone to come assist me.Probably 15 different employees passed by me and none of them greeted me or asked if I needed assistance except the last one who went and got someone for me.The other employees that I spoke with I stopped them or found them in different areas and asked them.

We were unable to shop, because they had no working scooters. My daughter has to use one, because she just got out of hospital from not being able to walk for a month and low oxygen level. I am very upset with this. This is discrimination about a handicapped person, and I will be contacting the corporate office and hope to get this solved one way or the otherI have spent over $700 for different things just this month.

Clean, well-stocked Wal-Mart. Sporting goods and outdoor section had a wonderful variety of items for hunting, fishing, camping, etc. Electronics section seemed relatively small.

Customer service never picks up the phone I’ve been calling for 3 days at various times for at least 5 minutes just to see if anyone would pick up. I’m calling as I’m typing this. Furthermore no is ever at the jewelry counter. I bf bought a ring 3 weeks ago, it wasn’t sent off and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone.ANYONE. I stopped by yesterday no one was there. The only helpful people are in the entertainment section. As I was leaving the were 3-4 groups of people with at least 3 in each group huddled together not working, not assisting, not doing anything but standing around with stank looks on their faces talking $#!t. What’s their purpose? Oh the pharmacy department is decent.

I always find that this walmart is much cleaner than the other saupercenters I shop at. They usually have a good inventory and selection, too. I wish I lived close enough to make this store my home store. For now I will gladly drive the 25 miles to do my shopping here instead of the supercenter less than 1/2 mile away.

Its Wal Mart.Beware some items are deliberately placed in places that advertise a lower price and when you get to the register and all the stores all over the place. They rake in a cool 60 or 70 extra million dollars doing that.

I am really starting to appreciate the smaller businesses outside the one stop shop madness. The customer service reps are not polite, mostly rude, parking lot looks like the streets of Iraq.
