Had a wonderful time and the service was far better than a five star rating. I give them a 11/10. The staff were a awesome mix of professional, friendly, and know how which is hard to come by in many places these days. The wife and I will be repeat customers.

As a person with very little firearms experience, this place was absolutely AWESOME!! I was super nervous but Allen, my instructor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, patient & kind; great teaching methods!! I definitely left with a lot more confidence than I came in with.The whole staff was super nice & I definitely will be going back!!!

Just want to say if your looking for a awesome place to go shoot or purchase a firearm this is the place good people and awesome service Ive been in here many times to shoot and buy parts for my AR and they also even do work on firearms if yours is not functioning properly or need a few add-ons everything even if Im needing a part for one of my builds they seem to always behave it and if they dont theyll get it if theres one good thing I can say about this place when you walk through them doors youre going to feel welcomed i do my business here and always will

As someone that has very limit experience with firearms, my experience with Trigger Time was AMAZING!! They went above and beyond what I would of even imagined. They told me about services they offered and I WILL be taking the conceal carry and beginners training courses. I will recommend this experience to everyone!

My brother and I went there for our birthday to shoot and had an excellent time. They were very friendly and took the time to give us one on one instruction time. Liked being able to rent guns, as well as the prices to rent them. It was very reasonable. We will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience here with Trigger Times staff. I was a first time shooter of any handguns. I was shown proper handling and safe shooting techniques and a range officer stayed with me to ensure I was ok throughout my first time. The officer I had with me was extremely well versed in proper shooting techniques and really put the time in to try to improve my shooting. I took as much information as possible from them and that made me a lot more confident when pulling the trigger. It is a very friendly environment with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in shooting at all.

Me and my husband stopped by here on our honeymoon in America from the UK. We had a lesson with Jim-Bob and then he took us on the range for us to shoot some of the handguns. All the staff were amazing and very friendly. Jim-Bob in particular was excellent and not only gave us a lesson in how to shoot correctly but has a wicked sense of humour and made us feel very at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed but professional range or for anyone looking to improve their shooting. If we ever come back to Tupelo we will certainly be back. Went to Academy to buy a gun, and was talked down to and talked to like I was stupid. Went to trigger time and was treated amazing 10/10 customer service and got the gun of my dreams. Highly recommend.

Attempted to have some work done here, was told should only take a few hours around noon, left, called at 1704 Oh hes doing it right now should be ready in a bit. Showed up at 1800 guys standing there staring into space. Said he would get to it tomorrow as he had just now unboxed it. Call the next day to find out they could not do it, drive 45 minutes back to pick it up. I 100% understand if something is wrong or cannot be done, I would even understand if they said they made a mistake but the whole thing seemed dishonest to me. I do not do business with organizations that even give an impression of dishonesty, therefore I will not be returning.

Went by the range today for the first time. Extremely impressed. They have an amazing selection of firearms to rent and for purchase. The range was very clean and the range officer Jim Bob was so helpful I couldnt help but come home and write this review. Go check it out if you havent already!

The employees at this facility are by far amazing, extremely accommodating, and I am so please to have stopped by. Its not just a range but a true gun store as well. I called to asked where the store location was because the address was misplaced on googe maps, and the employee directed me and was waiting outside for my arrival, never in my shooting experience have I witnessed such above and beyond customer care. Range was clean and cold during a hot day. The last thing is that the products sold (guns/clothing/accessories) were at or below market value, which is shocking at a brick and mortar store. Hope you guys make it!

Great experience, brand new facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, two shooters one lane, 5 or 6 targets, 2 safety glasses (left ours at home) about 250 rounds bought from store- about $80 .... cant beat that!

Friendly & knowledgeable, a place you can go to shop, shoot or both. The staff & owner made us feel welcome, & we wound up making a purchase for a weapon that was different from our plans. The tax free 2nd Amendment weekend + Trigger-Time having good prices & did I mention a discount for military & Law Enforcement .. also the indoor range is 2nd to none!Well done Greg Sondra Zach & Allen as well as Cliff from USCCA (to which Im a member), all are great folks.
