Sadly Ikes has gone down hill. Weve used them in the past for purchases and repairs. Now they are very hard to get a hold of on the phone. Bought a refridgerator there 2 years ago and it stopped working. Marco came out and said it had a leak. We asked about hauling it away. He said to call the office. My husband called and talked to someone and she said shed talk to Marco and call him right back. That was a Friday and this is Monday. I finally got a hold of the and they dont hall refridgerators away more. Yes!! We planned on paying for it. Planned on buying another fridgerator, but not from them.

Marco came to service my oven. He was prompt & repaired the latch issue quickly. It was very reasonable as well. I was worried Id have to buy a new stove on a limited income. $50 for the service call & $35 for the part. What a blessing!

Excellent customer service! Helped us with a faulty compressor problem with our LG refrigerator. Ulises knew exactly how to fix the problem and was helpful with LGs customer service when we had problems with them. Marco also recently came out to fix the frozen drain plug. They are very knowledgeable and get the repairs done quickly!!

Our fan compressor went out on our furnace. They came out a day later to fix it! Typically it would be a week before anyone would check it out. Great customer service!

Was retained by home warranty to do a repair, I reported an oven repair in November, they said they had to fine a part, finally called to say they can come to fix Dec. 26 the day after christmas which completely destroys all my christmas eve and day baking. I will never use this place again and you should not either.
