Pretty pushy and invasive employees, I had neighbors tell me they were looking inside the windows of my house when we were away and took out payments that were different from the amount we agreed over the phone which was a huge red flag to me. The female employee Brenda was especially rude, dishonest and verbally manipulative and made decisions that were certainly above her pay grade that she lied about speaking to a manager or higher up about. Not saying rent a center is a bad company but I would most certainly avoid the turlock location.

I wouldn’t recommend the services here, there was lack of communication & they never took our original plan into account which was buying it early, same as cash price, even when they set up our payments and everything.They ended up making us pay over $200 more for a simple bed frame and would’ve payed over $600 more if we hadn’t gone in person to discuss the situation. Brenda and the manager, as a company proved to my husband and I that they are only after the money, they werent there for us, probably wont be there for you, the customer. Will NEVER go to them for any of our future needs, neither will our family or friends.

They are 100% better then Aarons.You dont have to wait weeks to get what you want. They also have a better selection of items.The staff is more friendly.

Convenient location but prices are definitley high. Customer service is excellent and the staff is pretty outgoing. They make it a welcoming store.

Rented a lift chair for post surgery and happy it was available. Item was in good condition and delivery went smooth. Customer service fell apart a bit when it came to the end of the rental term. They didnt call a week before the term was up to enquire, as they had stated they would. Didnt show up for pickup as scheduled, but did call to reschedule. 2 weeks later I was just wondering when well get the deposit back. Upon enquiry we were told we have to go the store for that. This is so antiquated and no one said anything about that when they picked the chair up. So make sure you are proactive about getting your deposit back.
