This review is getting 2 stars because of the lovely lady that helped us in the end. Last night 12/19/20 my niece and I got in line outside to hopefully be let in to finish some shopping. soon after a lady stood behind us. An employee named Amanda came to us and let us know that because they would be closing soon they could not accept anyone else in line. We said ok and started to walking towards the car then decided to try another store. When walking back we saw Amanda let it the lady that was behind us. How rude is that! I then went to the door trying to get the same lady’s attention, she looked right at me then quickly made her way behind the register. Luckily an older lady with short red hair saw me standing out there and asked how she can help me I then told her what happened and she was very apologetic about what happened and let us in. Once we were in Amanda avoided my niece and I the entire time. My niece felt very uncomfortable. Amanda has no business working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat customers fairly. I don’t know if they were friends, related or simply because the lady behind us was a white lady and we’re Hispanic. 👎🏼

The customer service person advised me that the product I was buying was buy 2 get 1 free, but that was not the way it was, there wasnt any kind of discount, makes me very disappointed with the store I shopped at

Why is there no online order and pickup for this location. In current world accommodating customers would be great. The line to get in is crazy.

Bath & Body during covid restrictions...it was great! Line outside bc they control how many people are inside at a given time. Staff will open the doors for u constantly cleaning the handles with cleansing wipes. The area to wash ur hands is constantly being cleaned by staff, and in between every purchase staff is cleaning the area as well. Everyone is required to wear a face covering. My shopping didnt take as long as I expected it to...and it was actually more enjoyable because its not as packed inside! Good job bath & body in Turlock!

Love my monthly visits here. The staff is outstanding. And once you sign up, you can receive coupons in the mail every month that are just fabulous. Free items, percentage off entire purchase, and many others. This month a got a free body item of my choice up to $13.99 . No purchase required! Of course I made a purchase and got 20 percent off the whole thing. And unlike other places, you can use all at once on same purchase. Which in this day and age of hook and catch gimmicks is really quite amazing. Always smells so awesome in there. Highly recommend you give them a try and sign up for free items. As a little gift to yourself. You deserve it

Outstanding job with their accommodations to everything going on.As a customer who loves her candles,I feel safe going into this store.They limit the amount of customers & provide hand sanitizer before going in.Masks obviously are a must.There is line to wait in but I was willing!

Love, love, love their hand sanitizers. When I go every few weeks, I load up on them and put everywhere, purse, car, backpack, lunch bag, bathroom, bedroom, never leave home without it. Also if you sign up with them, once a month you will receive valuable coupons that can used all at once. Many times the coupon is for free items even without purchase. For example, a bath or body item with priced at $8.99 or less. The savings add up when combined with 25% off total purchase as well 2 for 1 savings. Really something I highly recommend to anyone who wants to smell and feel good. They even offer men products so guys should sign as well. I take my teenage son so he can pick out stuff.

I looovve these products. Quality. But just need to dial down the over powering scent emanating in the store. Couldnt even smell the lotions cause it was just too strong. But besides that always 100! Love much more than VS lotion its thick and creamy unlike the watery stuff at vs.

Noir hand sanitizer for men! You wont want any of the plastic smelling hand sanitizers after you try this one. Couple of others designated for men as well, in small 2 containers perfect to stick in the glove box or console.
