I really dont want to change pharmacies ! Drive thru lines are way too long! Why is it, cars in front of me feel like are there for 15-20 mins and when I pull up just to pickup my prescription . Im in and out in less then 5 minutes! Something needs to happen because you will lose a customer! Possibly customers

Great location. They have a lot of specialty items that I dont find at other stores. Items like special flavors for chips, soda, candy, make-up, body care products. They have a great seasonal section. I always find fun items for the kids for some summer fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have some good deals too.

This place is never really crowded which is good, although Ive always been there during the evenings. Pretty clean pharmacy, they have good quality snacks. I like the holiday selections of certain ornaments. Especially during Halloween. They bring some unique finds.

Old lady at check out is so rude. Every time ingo in shes so negative. I have personal problems too but i dont express them to the world. Try acting happy for once and your day may get a little better. Such a rude person. Your an elder your suppose to set an example for the youth . such a bad role model

I went there to get my COVID-19 vaccine. The staff made me completely regret my decision. I was about to come back home to schedule my vaccine at another location. The staff were very unfriendly with sullen expression on their faces. Dont forget to put a smile on your face as a healthcare provider! Do not treat people like they do not know anything and need you desperately! I just hate that I decided to go there. How to come back there for the 2nd dose?

I ordered a one hour canvas photo drove all the way here well after the time they said it would be done and I get here they say it won’t be ready today we don’t have the kits to make it so maybe tomorrow. Don’t you think they would give a call to let you know the very important pho yo needed was not going to be ready! So disappointed that the photo needed for a memorial was not ready when promised.

Been going here for years, over a decade, & today I had to call about a refill. I needed it yesterday & it has a short half life so I’m starting to feel horrible. I call & the first person puts me on hold to find out about it. Then as I’m waiting another person picks up & when I explain I was waiting she yells at others in the pharmacy if anyone talked to someone about my rx. No one answers her so she helps me get it submitted. As I’m trying to explain I needed this last night so I need to know when I can get it. She hung up on me & I had to call back. After calling back they assured me it would be ready in an hour & a half.So 2 hours after that I call find out that they weren’t even working on the prescription. They had it scheduled for me to pick up tomorrow. I’m going to call corporate now. Switch to another pharmacy after >10 years.

On the 10th of September they said my medicine would be there on 11th, and when I arrived date of, my medicine was not ready and I drove through the drive-thru pickup it was not ready. Of course, had also received a notification/message that it would be ready, and I was completely misled and ended up wasting my gasoline. Additionally, said medicine was also needed for my health reasons. The pharmacist said “go ahead, go complain“, and so I felt compelled to do just that. All in all, this is truly just an all around inconvenient place for anyone who also deals with health issues and requires there meds urgently— unless waiting for hours and wasting your car’s gas is a pastime of yours.

The drive through widow is always backed up with cars waiting to pick up Prescriptions. They don’t have enough help in the Pharmacy.The People are very friendly and the pharmacist are knowledgeable and friendly as well.Even if you walk into the store to pick up a Prescription it seems like they’re always as line of people waiting.Store is small but has everything you needed!

Went around 9:30pm on a Thursday. Pharmacy guy was really nice and helpful. Lady at the register was also really friendly. Only downside is how limited they are in items; i guess walgreens are just for quick medicine runs and the occasional snack.

Convenient hours

I went here cause its a 24 hour pharmacy round trip I traveled 1 hour. Well Cynthia a Hispanic female light skinned hair to her shoulders was the tech well I went there Aug.1st, 20 at 6:30pm I drove there to pick up my antibiotics cause I went to urgent care Im a diabetic my right leg is severely infected Urgent care sent the perscription at 5:19pm so getting up to tge window at 6:40pm was plenty time for the perscription to come in. Anyways she told me it didnt come in and told me I need to go to the hospital or wait until Monday cause urgent care was closed until Monday then she told me to drive to CVS pharmacy and see if it accidently over there. Then she told me that the Geer rd Walgreens is not a 24 hour pharmacy that I need to drive to Mc Chenry in Modesto. So My walgreens that I shop at had my perscription ready they open at 9:00am and texted me at 10:40am to come get it that its ready. They said no it shows we recieved it at 5:19 pm on Saturday the 1st. So thus person is prejudice cause Im a white and over weight.

Pharmacy hours have changed. Im assuming its due to covid-19. The sign on the window last night said Pharmacy and drive-thru closed sorry for the inconvenience. I figured this was a one-time thing. But tonight I went again to try and get my daughters medication and there was a new sign that said the pharmacy and drive-thru will be closing at 9 p.m. I really like this Walgreens oh, theyve always been helpful to me when picking up medications for my family. However, I gave them four stars instead of five because it would have been nice to know ahead of time that they are changing their hours. Whether it is temporary or permanent.

I come here once a month because I have to. The sign posted in front of the pharmacy says the pharmacist meal break hours are 0130 to 0200. I went at 0200 and the pharmacy was closed. I asked a clerk who said its closed until 0300. I went and checked the posted sign again, confirming the time is 0130 to 0200. I thought coming in the middle of the night to avoid the 45 minute line would be better but here I am, waiting in the parking lot for an hour anyways. This store needs to fix their signs or make the employees work the correct hours. Im switching to CVS after this. Im SO TIRED of the terrible customer service here.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never give you a straight answer. They stopped giving me my pain medication because of my age. When I have 4 diagnosed chronic illnesses. So rude. Always rushing. They literally are the most uniformed staff ever.

Do not come here! I have never dealt with such incompetence. My son has been taking the same medications for 16 years. He has been taking a third seizure medication for the last 8 years. Every month when I come to pick up the refill it’s the same response. Insurance doesn’t cover it. Which insurance does cover it. First they didn’t input his secondary insurance which is in the system. If my son doesn’t receive his medication he can be hospitalized for not having his dosage and for side effects that come along with it not being in his system. First the clerk Britney was beyond rude. She talked when I talked, she just repeated herself as if my sons serious medical condition was not important. When I asked to speak with the manager she just looked at me with sarcasm and asked. “How will you be paying for it?” I again asked for the manager who then tells me that my insurance probably expired. I pull out his insurance card and tell him to run it again. I ask him to look at my sons medical history and he will see that insurance has always covered his prescriptions and if the insurance has NOW after 8 years stopped covering it I need to know why. He looked at me and said if I don’t leave he will call the police on me. What kind of pharmacy does this? My son has a serious medical condition. He can die and the pharmacist threatens to call the police because I’m asking all the right questions. Luckily a neurologist advocated for my son. I will be contacting a lawyer. This is outrageous. Thankfully I got names. Parents will always be advocates for their children. We sometimes have to fight for our children to get what they need because we know first hand the dangers of our children not getting the medications they need. This does not give a pharmacist the right to threaten a parent. Yes, I will be contacting an attorney.***UPDATE**** I made a phone call to Oakland Childrens Hospital and the neurologist intervened and was able to get my sons medication to him. They themselves are looking further into Walgreens neglect. I have already contacted an attorney as well. This pharmacy by refusing to give me my sons medication maliciously places my sons life at risk. He has an established history with Walgreens, he has been receiving this medication for years. Britney’s sarcastic, arrogant attitude did a 180 and she turned into sweet and polite. FAKE! Guaranteed the insurance will cover my sons medication like they have been doing for years. This pharmacist knowingly put my sons life at risk and didn’t care.

Man, you people whine more than the kids in my class. You also sound about as egocentric. Sure the pharmacy is busy; it’s a pharmacy. People are sick. Lots of them; not just you. They would have to have ten pharmacists working to keep no one waiting- especially during the flu season. But then you’d be complaining about how much the medication cost instead of how long you have to wait. I doubt that you would be happy either way. I have used this pharmacy for several years, and although I have had to wait for prescriptions, I realize that it’s not all about me, and I wait patiently or give them plenty of time to fill my prescriptions before I go to pick them up. Then they’re always ready.

This place is absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. My doctor had to fax my Rx order not once, not twice, but three times!!!!! Its a real shame they used to be good.

Prescriptions sent in by 2 and 5 hours later still not ready horrible. Wait line for inside and drive thru. Not 10-20 mins wait more like 1-2 hr wait.

They must be a cheap company because there are never enough employees working either the counters and especially in the pharmacy. They have a great business, at least that is what it looks like from the outside when there are 6 cars waiting in drive thru pharmacy. When you go inside there is a line from at least 5 to 10 people waiting for the pharmacy to pick up their meds. Just hire some more people during peak hours please.

Great sales prices. Full pharmacy open 24hrs with drive through. Has foods, make-up, toys, greeting cards, candy, seasonal items & a photo copier/enlarger.

Love it plain and simple ppl always say harsh stuff that is not even true personally i shop here once in a blue moon only because it is pretty expensive in there but since now I have a reward card it made it affortable plus ppl over there are more compassionate then ppl at walmart and target so idk I like them personally

Do to my physical injuries I have health net insurance and walgreens said they do not take it. Now I cant get my meds cause my SSDI hasnt started yet and I dont have any money.

I personally go to this and only this walgreens because the place is never dirty the workers always have. A good dedicated friendly spirit they are never rude .when you. Are in pain they are very helpful thats why i love walgreens on geer rd .

There are plenty of pharmacies in town, just dont go here. The pharmacy is always backed up.
