Patrick was absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and work with us on what would be best for us. Overall we had a great experience. I also liked that they had some stuff for little kids to play with in the store as well.

I had done some research on mattresses before I went to several stores. It can get very confusing real fast. Patrick at the Turlock store was very knowledgeable about all the different ones. Even then it was still confusing. I knew what type I was looking for. He was helpful steering me to the right one. I asked for his best offer and if there was a discount for my husband’s military service. It was nice to work with him and did not feel like I was pressured.

The salesperson was a nice guy who didn’t badger us with gimmicky talk. He listened to our needs and tried his best to show and explain the best bed to fit our needs

The staff is very helpful and informative. Simple to understand and follow all the various deals and promotions without feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. Generally I felt like they wanted to sell me the mattress they genuinely thought was best for my needs and budget.

The dudes who work there were genuinely friendly and helpful and had good senses of humor, which was helpful because shopping and talking to people can be stressful for me. The mattress I bought is comfortable and has been great for me so far. I ordered the mattress to be delivered to my house and it arrived on the day they said it would (which I appreciate greatly, cause its not always the case with some places). An entirely positive experience!

Mes was a great help. My hubby and I went to look at mattresses, they had some at great prices. He took us through soft, firm then middle of the road mattresses which was great because we were first time mattress buyers and really had no idea what we wanted.I’m thankful he took the time to walk us through and point out each mattress and what it was good for. Awesome place. Mes and Ricky are really nice people. Easy to talk to and know their stuff. Good products. My mom loves her new mattress and I just ordered one for myself. She has arthritis so a good mattress is super important to get through the day. You can donate to help foster kids there too if you want or donate toys for them.

Rick helped us out, I knew what I wanted as we went to the store and Rick showed us a few other mattresses and BAM we were sold on the Willow Brook Plush Pillowtop King & Queen size for our teen daughters room. Walked in to Turlock’s Mattress firm only to see Mesfin Abate (Stores manager) in there alone while there were more customers than him. However he was very kind and able to assist me in the look of a King sized mattress. Even was able to find me one on clearance/sale, making it easier for me financially. All while also getting it delivered straight to my house out in Newman, hands down a great experience and Mesfin will do whatever he can to help you.

Just had surgery and needed an adjustable base to lift my head and feet ASAP. Mesfin Abate thoroughly explained the pros and cons with each base which allowed me to make a more educated purchase. I purchased my mattress from Mattress Firm a little over a year ago (original review below) and I wanted to upgrade my pillows. I initial bought some cheap pillows off of Amazon when I purchased my bed and now a year later and the pillows are lumpy and causing me some discomfort in my neck. I decided it was time to invest in some good quality pillows, so I reached out to Mesfin who was still with the company (thank God!) and he advised me that I should come into the store during their Memorial Day Sale to test out some options.Mesfin educated me on the importance of a good pillow. He had me test out several pillows, on the exact make and model of the bed that I initial purchased from Mattress Firm, so that I could see how the pillow felt on top of my actual bed! Who would have thought that, that was a thing?!! Makes sense though when you think about it.I purchased 2 great pillows. Im so glad that I did not purchase the pillows online and that I took the time to come into the store.
