I called the Turlock store by Costco to inquire on a intellibed and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I believe on the phone I was talking to Terrence and when I was done I had purchased the bed over the phone and drove to the store to meet the 2 salesmen who helped me load the bed into my truck. I had the best night sleep in a long time thanks to Mattress Firm. 5 star experience for sure.

Mattress Firm is the worst they did me and family wrong from beginning to the end. Dont finance from or buy there product. Youre better off saving your hard earned money or going somewhere else. First off I wanted a great mattress for my pregnant wife and son that use to like to sleep in the same bed as his mom. Thought I got a good deal when I was almost done paying it off within the year I have paid about 1,400. That was a lot of money for me for a mattress and a box spring it was nothing special it was just a regular box spring and a mattress. I was about $40 short of paying it off within the year and because of that they charge me an extra $600 in interest and fees. I thought that maybe the company would call me and let me know hey your years coming up you should pay it off or maybe an email or something to give me a heads up because I definitely could have paid that extra $40 and save myself an extra $600 from paying. So even though I had to pay the extra $600 I paid off the mattress now I said what the heck I have a good mattress for a long time no I was wrong about three and a half years later the mattress was a mess sagging everywhere all kinds of dents. So bad that I needed a different one. When I bought the mattress I asked the gentleman at mattress firm to give me something that would last a long time because I wanted my son that I knew was going to be tall to have something he could grow into so I bought king size mattress and h&r he said this one was the best one for longevity and quality. Boy was he wrong the mattress is awful. I tried to warranty the mattress because supposedly they have a 10-year warranty and they told me that the mattress was stained the mattress is not stained its just my son that sleeps on it everyday is a kid and he is not always the cleanest person you know how kids play. But he certainly never peed in it or dropped any juice on it we made sure of that. They said because the mattress was stained they could not warranty it how awful that $2,000 right down the drain they gave me a coupon for 20% off what am I going to do with that now Im stuck and my son needs a new mattress and mattress firm was awful they didnt even say sorry we couldnt have sorry we couldnt help you or well give you 50% off or something worthwhile so please save your money and dont buy from them

I have to say that I was not looking forward to having to purchase a new bed. Just broke up with my boyfriend, he took the recliner and the bed. Knowing that I have chronic sleep apnea that causes swelling in my legs making it hard for me to function throughout day. With that said it was much to my surprise that Alyssa the sales representative was on point! I told her what I needed and preferred, she hit it on the nail immediately. Once I figured out which mattress I wanted she then mentioned the option for the head and foot elevation and at first I was like I cant afford that. Then she shared some more options and it was all within my budget. Oh wait! I forgot to mention when I tested out the elevation option I couldnt help but to cry because its exactly what I needed for my chronic sleep apnea and affordable. Thanks again for everything! Will definitely be recommending family and friends there.

Shane and Alyssa were fantastic! I bought split king mattresses and the adjustable base. My original purchase was really smooth. Both were knowledgeable and not pushy. After a month I contacted Shane because my mattress wasn’t working for me and Shane offered some suggestions which I tried. I ended up going back in and Shane made the exchange so easy and gave me the best deal he could. Alyssa also went out of her way to help me find sheets from different vendors that worked for me. Mattress gave out after about 8 months. Take your money elsewhereResponse to owner: I was told Id be able to get some money back for my matress if anything went wrong regardless of conditions. Upon trying to return the lumpy and worn out bed they added a new condition, it has to be in impeccable shape. Condition shouldnt matter when the matres is broken and this isnt the info the sales woman gave me.

We walked in without any real expectations or price idea because we knew a mattress was an investment. We also had no idea what type of mattress we would prefer as a couple or even individually. Alyssa at this location went above and beyond to help and assist with my online purchase return. This was the first time that I made a purchase online with Mattress Firm. I purchased a bed frame for my little nephew because his old frame was broken. Did nt realize that the following day, my brother stop by the house and my little nephew show him the sagging bed. It was just a loose screw that popped out..he just screw it back and the frame was fix..(I should of inspected the frame myself first..lol). Anyways I then proceeded to the website trying to call customer care to no available, then website refer me to “Chat”.. again no one was available to chat..I then email customer service and did nt get any reply back. We went in on memorial day to try out the Purple mattress after seeing multiple ads, I had watched quite a few different mattress reviews leading up to then and had a basic idea of what we were looking for. We met with Shane, who is nothing short of a mattress guru, and after only 15 minutes or so we were pre-approved and he already had about 6 mattresses he wanted us to try. His knowledge on each one was very impressive, the construction, materials, the difference between the density of foams (thats a thing). He showed us mattresses at the different price ranges within our budget. He was never pushy or aggressive, the dude legitimately wants to help you get the best sleep you can. The store itself was clean and they have an amazing selection to choose from. The delivery guys were incredibly friendly and professional. Life would be so much easier if every buying experience was pleasant as this one, a 5 star rating is selling them short. Oh and shout out to Purple, because if you hadnt flooded my Instagram with a billion ads I wouldnt have gone in there and ended up with my new Stearns and Foster mattress.

My family and I came here today having an okay day and left feeling amazing! Mariesa is an incredible sales associate there! She informed us about the different health benefits of each different bed and found us the perfect one for each of our needs and made sure we felt as if we were at home!
