Bad customer service even from the manager. Did not have the best experience with this store. I put shoes on hold and for some reason they got misplaced and was told by the so called manager that she watched the cameras and the shoes that were placed on hold were the ones I requested to be put on hold. I was charged for a final sale pair of shoes that I did not place on hold. I explained to the manager that if she did watch the cameras how come I was charged for the wrong pair of shoes? Had nothing to say but to argue and be very unprofessional. Next time please have someone in your store that can communicate with people who speak Spanish! Also learn to place a sticky note with the customers name and number on top of the items placed on hold by customers, it’s not that hard to do that.

No stars, I specifically called mchenry modesto envy and asked clear questions about if I could used RAD app at their envy store, they did not accept the RAD APP there but I was told I could use it at the turlock store downtown, I rush down there shop have my items ready, try to use my RAD (The Relief Across Downtown card is a digital gift card that doubles your dollars when patronizing your favorite Stanislaus County downtown restaurants, retailers and personal care services. ) JUST TO BE TOLD I CAN NOT USE IT AT THIS STORE . WASTE OF TIME, POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THESE DOWNTOWN STORES . LOST A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER. ILL NEVER BE BACK

The staff was mean and rude and acted like they own the sidewalk and made fun of me for being plus size and laughed at me #discrimination

They used to be so helpful, and nice, the last couple of times we have been in they have been rude, not willing to check inventory at other stores, etc. I guess it is time to take out business elsewhere.

They have cute stuff and have great deals at times however I rather buy online on there instagram page and pick up at the store because every time I go in there they ask me a million questions and they won’t leave you alone and let you shop in peace other then that there bargain page has good deals on heels and such.

Me and my friend came to shop here as I was visiting Turlock her hometown and there were about seven workers here and we were not greeted, while shopping me and my friend felt uncomfortable because they kept asking if we are looking for something and every time we went around the store to look the workers kept following us making it awfully uncomfortable to shop peacefully I do not know if its because we are women of color or we seem like shop lifters but we didnt feel welcomed and we just felt uncomfortable, as I was walking the store I also noticed one worker in particular kept staring at me and eyeing me up and down and giving me dirty looks which made it agonizing for me to continue looking and shopping around. My friend purchased some sandals but we discussed that she also felt the same we will never be returning to this store location ever again, we will stick to the Atwater and Merced locations where there customer service is much better!!! I just hope future customers dont feel as how me and my friend did during our visit.
