Receptionist was rude. Not willing to take a few minutes to help me find correct insurance information . I believe she needs to be retrained on her people skills and as well as her job using her computer to pull up correct information . I even presented my insurance card with my ID # on it . When she found out she was looking in the wrong area of her computer system she proceeded to blame me for giving wrong info. I cancelled my appointment and left .

Always professional and friendly. I needed the nose pieces changed on my glasses and they changed them out while shopping for glasses for my daughter free of charge. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I was walked through insurance information and my exact benefits were explained to me.

Such a fancy eye doctor. They have so many great tools they use to really see how your eyes are doing. Everyone is so incredibly nice and professional and incredibly helpful. I loved going here! They made it so easy!!

I love Monte Vista Optometrist. The doctors are wonderful and friendly. They listen to you and spend time with you to make you feel important and to let you know your eye health is important to them.I had to return to them for a revisit when my eyes were having trouble focusing with my new glasses. They listened to the problem I was having, checked the prescription on my old pair and compared it to my new pair and found an issue. This was pure luck for me and now my new pair is off to be fixed and I’m happy to be using my old pair until they return. But I can say I’ve gone 4 hours without a headache!!! Yeah!!! I just love the nurses and staff here. They are awesome!Only complaint, the frames are getting more expensive each and every year. If that would stop, I’d be in eye care heaven!😊

Amazing doctors. Changed my life. Was able to encourage me to have eye surgery went to see Dr. Ash who he referred me to and I went from having super thick glasses to no corrective lenses at all. I have had to wear glasses since I was three years old and before surgery I was to the point of wearing contacts with readers over them at times. Now I see great with nothing at all. I am getting some driving glasses for those dark rainy nights to avoid the bright head lights but other than that I never have to wake up and put my eyes in or on just to see my phone or anything. First time being seen in the office and it was a great experience. Dr. Irish was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and overall seemed like a great professional. I was given a same day appointment for an issue with my eye and was taken in promptly. Almost no wait. Happy to be a new patient.

Moving to Turlock 3 years ago knew my new eye prescription from So Cal wasn’t right. Came in no appt on Labor Day Weekend. Optician Diana checked my glasses and I had my RX said they didn’t match! She was SO nice. Followed up with an appt with Dr Irish - who took the time to get my old RX from So Cal - mine is not an easy prescription, bifocals and prisms - He figured out my new glasses, fitted and assisted by Diana - been a happy camper ever since. As I told Diana today “When I can thread my sewing machine easily I always think of and thank Dr Irish!”

My fiancé and I made appointments to get our vision checked and they treated us with nothing but respect and care, everyone in the office was very friendly I would highly recommend this place! They also have a huge selection of glasses 🤓

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was nervous about going to the eye doctor after three years that my eyes would be horrible. The front desk made me feel welcomed and relaxed the nurse Meghan took me back and was polite and helped to calm my nerves a little more. I will sing praise about Dr. Abram she was absolutely fantastic and very helpful.

My insurance changed so I searched for a new optometry office. I did not expect to be greeted and treated so kindly. The service was excellent and thorough. Everything was explained clearly. I purchased glasses after my exam and found that experience very good as well. They are very helpful and honest. Thanks for making my switch very pleasurable.

Do not use this office for your eye glass, waited 3 weeks got a call Glass are not correct, in additional I need to wait for 3 weeks again who know what could happen, meanwhile they are over priced, do your shopping before placing your order ..

Ive only been coming here for a few years, but my experience has never been bad. Appointments have to be made months in advance, but I honestly think its because these guys are great. Dr. Abrams is awesome, I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit to their office and it was excellent! Dr.Irish was so knowledgeable, friendly, and did in one visit what it took months for my other eye Dr to do...and that Dr still didnt get it right. The staff was nice and courteous and went through all of my insurance and eye care directions in detail. Im now a loyal patient! :)

Everyone was very nice and thorough. The down side was it took an hr and 1/2 to complete everything and the office was like an oven. They also don’t carry frames under $170 that I could find, unless they were the funky plastic bright colored frames. I will go back and would recommend them.

Before I had glasses that I had to constantly adjust my head up and down to see. Your expertise is phenomenal!Also, I love the technology where you can see the back of my eyes and show me where there are changes since my last exam without dilating my eyes. Who has time in their daily schedule for hours of blurred vision! I just wish insurance would pay for it.Your staff was very courteous and patient with my questions and confusions. A big shout out to Norma, Dr. Trevor K. Irish and his staff for creating the best cycling Randonneuring glasses. Starting the brevet in the dark with clear lenses, cycling a 300k, read my cue sheet with the lens perfectly fit, without interrupting my distant vision. They transitioned to very dark in the sun. No headaches or dizziness. They had the perfect fit and the the perfect transition. Norma went above and beyond. Thank you!

So disappointed. Called to make an appointment and they cant see me for 4-5 months! Really, that is such bad business. My entire family has been going there for years. Told the receptionist I would be finding another optometrist and she said ok. Didnt even try to encourage me to stay.

Best eye care I could ask for, staff very efficient and friendly, dr’s very thorough and patient, encourages any questions.

I was on hold for 20+ minutes and I called back because I wanted to ask one simple question. As I was explaining to the receptionist that I was on hold for 20 minutes and she was answered well are you calling about something...In my head I was like no I was just calling because I wanted talk to you. Very rude woman this happened like at 9:25. I was honestly disappointed because this place has great reviews so I expected much more!

To start off this place is phenomenal! The staff outside is super kind and the ladies at the front always have a smile on their faces. Dr. Abrams is so kind and has a lot of patience. I needed a special type of lense fit in my eye and I kept moving back as she was trying to fit it in, but she just kept smiling and reassuring me that it was going to work out. She answers all my questions completely and does not step out until she is sure I am comfortable. Thank you Dr. Abrams.
