I cannot express enough how amazing these employees at this location are! Eric & Bekah have hands down the absolute best customer service! I now take my son to them as well! Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Avak and his entire staff are amazing very helpful and curtious at all times. I recommend you go see them and stay away from the doctor at Walmart.

So I called today to reschedule my appointment because I couldn’t go and she was not nice she was giving me attitude she had a bad attitude she I don’t know what’s her name but honestly I didn’t like her attitude and she was being rude to me so honestly I’m not gonna go there where they give me attitude or rude to me and anyways I found somewhere else that are actually really nice so not even gonna go there anymore or ever!!!!

I had a great time, it was my first time for an eye exam. Very smooth and fluid experience.Everything went relatively quickly, the optometrist is an upbeat, funny guy who makes the entire experience enjoyable. He got me laughing a few times.Jessica had the pleasure of checking me out in the end, helping me with my contacts.(Though I did give her a rough time myself), she was awesome and very professional. Great place.

So, i didnt get an exam here but wanted to get lenses installed on my frames. The basic polycarb without anti-glare frames, (self pay no insurance, according to the girl at counter) runs $225 (again, no exam, no frames, just basic lenses installed). If you have a set of plastic frames like I do (mine were novelty frames but ive always had my novelty frames installed with RX lenses at either target, walmart or the optometrist office without any issues) they can ONLY offer at minimum the coated polycarb lenses at $310 (again, no exam, no frames. Just the lenses for self pay). Ive gotten 2 sets of lenses at both walmart and sears before for 40-80 per set of lens. I have no idea why this one seems a bit pricer, i knew target was always more expensive for optics than sears or walmart but at this rate Ill just go back to the optometrist office because its almost the same price. Also, while NO PLACE guarantees that the lab they use wont break your frames in the process, this Target requires payment up front, which is non-refundable, even if they break your frames. So you end up losing your money for the lenses as well as your frame, like the other reviewer explained. So, you might want to rethink this location......i dont want to risk $225-310 and get nothing back (i mean, for that price they might as give me the lenses I paid for without my frames back but they probably wont guarantee that either) .....

Love the service and staff here! Everyone has always been great and very helpful and nice! My son ended up needing glasses and they were very helpful with getting me the best deal and lens options for my son. After we got the glasses they didnt end up being very comfortable for him after a couple weeks and they told me to come in and they would take care of him and get him something that was a better fit. He also broke another pair that I had a warranty on and they fixed them, no problem. Highly recommend the warranty. While we were in there the doctor came out, said hi, remembered my sons name and asked how his eyes were and how the glasses were working out and remembered what his particular eye issues were. I will continue going there and taking my family and recommending my friends. Great place to go!!!

A nice place to purchase glasses from, the staff is very friendly and helpful, a large selection of frames to choose from but not as much as Lens Crafters or other larger optical stores.

Ordered glasses 12/30/16...called 1/11/17 asking the status of order. Finally got the call back that the lab broke the frames I ordered for my son and didnt inform Target Optical. Now Target has to send frames from their store to the lab so they can complete my order. It will be another 8-10 days and Ill I was compensated with was a free cleaning kit. I will not be going back. Very disappointed.

Customer service doesnt get any better than this!
