This place rocks ! I love the people there! Fast and efficient service even when theyre busy. It is a small place to sit down and enjoy your coffee and donuts but theyre improving. That is my only reason why I didnt give 5 stars but that doesnt stop customers from coming and hanging out at the store early in the morning. I love the selection and the freshness and I highly recommend checking them out.

Ive heard many good things about Fails but I wasnt too impressed. Donuts are good, of course, but these days you have to be different. I gave them four stars because I found the donuts a little too glazed and sugary. The place looks like its still stuck in the 90s - time to update the inside and maybe drop the Fails and just keep the catchy name The Donut Factory.

I decided to try a different donut shop this time because I see how this donut shop is attempting to be innovative. The customer service is spot on. I was greeted warmly by several people when I arrived and thanked by everyone in the shop. The donuts were pretty tasty, and I recommend the unicorn or maple bacon donut. They do offer the ability to pay with ATM. The specialty donuts can run you about $3 each.

I thought the customer service was fine but the selection of donuts and the taste of the one I had just wasnt up to par.

Didnt get ALL the donuts that I picked out. Noticed that when I got home. When I went back to get them, I was bad mouthed in a different language as if it was my mistake.Smh....bad business ethics. Besides I thought the customer is always right wont be going back anytime soon ☹️

Love there specially donuts

I saw this place on the news program GoodDay CW31 on Sunday (Aug 26, 2020) and saw all the amazingly decorated and unique donuts in their display. I went the very next day and brought home a Fruit Loops, Unicorn, Rainbow, and Strawberry and whipped cream stuffed donuts for my kids. They were super excited and the donuts tasted delicious. There is a lot of detail put into these little edible works of art that you get for a decent price. Right now during the pandemic, there are 4 customers allowed in store and this wasnt an issue for me at the time I went during the afternoon. I was able to use my debit card and I received very courteous and friendly customer service. I drove all the way from Riverbank to surprise my kids with these donuts and I dont regret it. We will definitely come back again!

Fails Donut Factory by far is the best donut shop for miles! I ordered jelly, chocolate, eclairs and many more! These are fresh and delicious 👌 They make just about anything you would want! Beautiful displays, even letters and words made of donuts!Im very impressed with this business and the owners are so friendly. I definitely suggest you try Fails!!

I tried out this place for the first time and honestly, they have some of the best donuts Ive had in a long while. They were soft and fluffy, you can tell the were definitely fresh. The lady that assisted us was super sweet and even threw in some free donuts for us.. definitely will be going back

Maple bars and apple fritters are on point

Very friendly service. Quick and courteous. Walked into a line but we were in and out in no time. Great fresh donuts with all of the classics and some creative new twists from fresh fruit to cereal toppings. Cool designs for the kids and traditional hot coffee for the grown ups. Highly recommended!

Theyre cheap and getting donuts here to bring home to my family to eat with hot tea on cold days. Best thing ever. Sometimes the donuts can get just a little stale if you go later in the day but otherwise great selection, nothing too fancy, and friendly staff. Definitely a neat little place you can have a seat and drink some coffee, eat some donuts. Feel good place without breaking the bank :) love it!

This donut shop is known for fresh, delicious, soft and fluffy donuts. The place is clean and has friendly people to help you get what you want. There are many choices and the prices are reasonable. There are tables if you would like to eat in the donut shop or you can get your donuts to go. In addition to donuts they also have other goodies, like donut holes, bars, danish, bear claws, coffee, milk and juice.

Doughnuts are fresh and fluffy. This place always satisfies. Highly recommend if you live in the area.

I was on vacation visiting my sister in Turlock, and had a taste for some authentic donuts(not the everyday Walmart bakery ones). My search brought me to Fails Donut Factory, and I was so happy I found this place. The service was excellent and the donuts were fresh and moist. They have some of the most creative donuts I’ve seen. My girls loved the mermaid decorations on their donuts. They even had donuts designed like a foot(I thought that was cute). I would definitely come back and I made sure to tell my sister about them.

In my Opinion, best Donuts in Turlock CA! My babies love the decorative donuts, for my son the captain America, and my daughter the beautiful white unicorn($3.00)!

I’m from out of town and a family member recommended Fails for a baby shower we were hosting. The donuts were INCREDIBLE! The staff was SO nice. I so wish we had a fails in IDAHO. Lol we will be bringing a dozen back for sure!

Their donuts are so good even their ham and cheese croissant! We only found this after we would leave KFC and decided to give it a try. Even the customers here were friendly asking if we wanted more coffee before they served themselves off the hot pot!

I enjoy dropping in a couple pf times a week. The family is very friendly. The coffee is excellent and the donuts are delicious. It is often quiet when Im there, and I can read a novel or newspaper, or chat with the owners. I feel like part of the family.

I am saying nothing bad about this place or its products. I just prefer a different businesss product. The donuts just didnt seem to age as well. Perhaps the oil?

Most likely not coming back here start off with a bad first impression due to as we walked in he couldnt get off his phine, there selection wasnt as big as their photos show, and on top of that my girlfriend and I sat down to enjoy our donuts and he ask us to pretty much leave, so we got home and realized he didnt even give us all of our donuts that we had bought. Very bad experience wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

My man says he’s never coming back. I got an instant Cavity & headache. Was expecting way more than what I saw when I got there. Disappointing. Where were all the specialty donuts? Looks and smells like a regular run of the mill donut shop to me.

Omg these donuts are amazing. They are fresh,warm and delicious. When ever I go the owners who are a very sweet and lovely Asian couple give me donut holes for free they always add a handful to my bag. Its the only place in turlock that has the best donuts. Plus the service is always with smile.

Donuts were ok, better than other options in Turlock but not the best Ive had either. The place is grungy though. Didnt get a good vibe from the atmosphere. To to it off the window had a bullet hole.
