This place is great and very helpful. They tape my boxes and labels on for me when I am shipping items. In addition, they have even packed my items for me when I didn’t have a box and the cost for a box is very reasonable. They do all this at no cost to me, outside of purchasing a box.Sure does beat standing in a line at the post office.

They are way over priced but your paying a convenience fee. If you dont like it, package your own stuff and go to post office. But if your looking for good customer service, they deliver. Post office wont package things for you, but they will. Any way they can help, they will. Looking up zip codes, addresses, etc. Awkard items that need to be packaged and shipped, this is the place.PMN. KKm

Something that shouldve cost me 3.39 to ship out cost me 5.52. Post office is litteraly 5 minutes away save yourself some money if you want drive to the post office. If you send first class tracking is free with the post office but these charge for tracking!!!!! How absurd is that!! this is my first and last time!! Places like this should be banned trying to rip people off!!! Im going back to get my packages and get a refund!!! I urge everyone to stay away from this place unless you want to get swindled!!UPDATE I CALLED TO GET A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED SAYING THAT THEY STOPPED IT DUE TO PEOPLE ASKING FOR REFUNDS...WELL NO DUH PEOPLE REALIZED THEY WERE BEING RIPPED OFF. I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS.
