I just rented a room at a place, and bam ! The lights were turned off. I called up there and the staff was very friendly, told me what i needed to do.I went up there with my payment and was lost so again, the staff was very friendly and helpful.My lights were back on before i walked out the door.Thanks !

Had problem with a power bill and Lady inside corrected the problem very quickly and was very nice. Now the 1-800 number we called for help for alabama power is different story. We were on hold along time and know one picked up so just drove to main power company in tuscaloosa took may be 7 minutes and had it fixed, great staff there.

Got there as soon as it opened, so we were served right away without a wait. The facility was nice and clean. The staff were play, nothing special. They didnt seem super thrilled about being at work, but the woman that helped us worked quickly and got done what I needed. They have kiosks located in and around the building for people to pay their bills at - it accepts cash, check, and card. So that is nice if you are unable to make your payment online or over the phone.

I signed up for the water heater conversion program. I went to the office expecting to spend at least an hour waiting. I walked right in, was promptly greeted and pointed to the associate that I needed to speak to. I took my paperwork to her, we reviewed it, and in less than 30 mins I was on my way. Very friendly. Thoroughly satisfied.

Its a bummer when they cut your power off on a day where there closed on the weekend. If your gonna cut off someone power do it on a day where they can go pay it and get it cut back on. I have a family and were gonna have to deal with no power the whole weekend. BS

Hey its the power company. Might not agree with prices but the staff that I deal with in the main Tuscaloosa office has always been more than professional and friendly. Service is usually speedy even when there is a line. The Northport location I find to be rather slow per service person and there are fewer staff. They also have kiosks now to pay your bill 24/7 if you dont fo it online.

Any place that does not take a credit card for payment and has empty hand sanitizer stations will always get a poor rating from me. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady who helped me was really nice.
