Whew! After a long drive & finally getting to Tuscaloosa,Al it’s another 30 minutes drive to my destination. I like to tap up my tank and get me something to drink! A big cup of something cold and refreshing is due to my brain & body by now! Lol! So, this was one of my midway stops that I frequent when I pass through here. Since the pandemic it’s been a while since I’ve been here & they’ve made some renovations & changes. Oops, I went through the liquor store section (wrong doors.) The gas & convenient store section was moved down towards the middle section (new doors.) I found the soda fountain section & proceeded to fill up my frozen drink cup (ex lg) It seems to be under new mgr also. The store was clean. I greeted the cashier & asked for my gas amount & put my drink on the counter. The cashier never greeted me, she hissed at my ex large cup & walked over & came back to charge me more than what was quoted/price by the cups. She didn’t try to explain & I really was to tired to complain! I paid for my goods, took my receipt & drink and left! HUMMMM!

Great breakfast, and they’ve got a bait shop. Can be very busy on the weekends with people going fishing. But if you miss the fishing rush it’s a good place to stop

This place has good food but the worst deli staff I have ever witnessed. I have been eating here for many years and today I called to ask about which vegetables were available and the deli worker, who is always rude in the morning, hung up on me. I will not be back. If the Chevron cares about the quality of customer service, they would fire this individual. I am sure I am not the only customer that she has run off with her rude behavior.
