I ordered online and accidentally pressed pickup in store (when I live in Mississippi) and they immediately contacted me and asked if I needed this shipped. I just got my order in today with a really sweet handwritten note and an extra pair of earrings for being a new customer!! I’ve never had such a sweet experience with a boutique!! Will definitely be buying from here again very soon! And might even have to drive to Tuscaloosa.

Quality has significantly decreased since the beginning of this fall. Bought a tank top and it broke the very first time I wore it. This company does not back its defective products and work towards a healthy customer relationship, instead they just want you to pour out more money into low quality items.
