Showers and bathrooms were very clean and smelled so good! Like, spotlessly clean. All the workers were very sweet and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this truck stop in the future!

The pumps are usually full. Parking up front is limited to only five regular spots in front of the subway. There are three handicap spots and a striped off walk zone. This limited parking means you have to stay parked at the pump to go potty and get a snack. Thats why the pumps are always full of cars. The isles are tight inside as well.Mens restroom was very clean and had a pleasant airfreshner smell. Womens was ok, per my wife said. I recommend using the Loves on 22183 AL-216, McCalla, AL 35111 TONS OF PARKING, and easy & out, even for RVs.

Stopped for gas and potty break. The pumps were a bit tight, but there were several that we relatively clean. We did not buy food, but the Subway looked clean and the staff seemed very polite in passing.

Great showers, very clean, good pressure and awesome staff. Small truck parking get there before 6.

The people working there are nice! Only stopped to buy some drinks.

I came to purchase some things while at subway and Ticara was amazing she informed me that if I buy 1 i get the second one free.. WOW! it was my favorite water, and its because of her al-some customer service. Ticara is a great worker you can tell, she did not have t tell me about the special anyone else probably wouldnt have done it, TAKE NOTE FROM TICARA!!!

Probably the only Pilot in the world that was an old Union 76 truck stop. The architecture gives it away. Fortunately, its also one of the nicest and friendliest. Definitely a must-stop if youre in the area!

Have to update my review from 5 stars due to massive changes in service. Since Chris left seems there has been an influx of rude and unhelpful employees. I get yall are going to self check out, but if Im waiting in line dont be rude cause I wanted a slice of pizza and you had to get off your phone. Im not sorry that I didnt want to do your job for you. I have come here everyday for lunch for 2 and a half years. I dont know what has happened but it is getting extremely ridiculous.

Ill do my best to normally only give good reviews. Im going to start being honest about the truck stops that I use so that maybe they can use this information to better their facilities for the public. The shower and commode was not cleaned properly.

Every week i pass by to this location around 5:30 am. coffe is always out. every single week. i shake it off. but not this week. i asked Alexis the asociate that coffe was out and she reply that would brew some fresh coffe. i waited for 30 minutes on the subway next door. i come back to get my coffe just to find out still coffee not made :(

Customer Service was good but I stopped to use Western Union and it was a slow process, had to make several calls to complete my transaction. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.Store was clean and neat and many items to choose from; everything from A-Z.Overall, a good place for gas, drinks, food, household items and many other items for purchase. And the location is right off the interstate and is very convenient. ✔🙂

Pilot Travel Centers are always clean and well stocked. We always look for them when we travel. They have snacks, closed drinks and fountain drinks. Coffee station and hot food choices including pizza, chicken, boiled eggs, salads and those rolling hot dogs. They also offer electronics for those of us that forget our chargers. Ive also seen souvenirs like key chains, shot glasses and t-shirts. Oh yeah and GAS!

They are friendly and they speak when you come in The bathrooms were clean the store was clean They had all the snacks I was looking for And good deals The gas was priced fare And they did not have any long lines over all a good store. Will return to do more business

Probably the cheapest gas in Tuscaloosa. Good stop for food, drinks, or snacks for a long drive. Nice restrooms. I think they have showers here.

I like this travel stop because I am partial for a fuel lane designed specifically for RVs and vehicles with lone tows. Such a lane makes it easier for longer vehicles to exit after fueling. I find their convenience stores and fast food places also very good and clean.

Nice pilot. Clean, well organized, decent prices on stuff. They have several items for truckers, like CB radios. There was one listed at $199.95 and I thought they were gouging, but after looking it up online, they were right on par with Amazon who only beat them by about a dollar and a half. I was impressed to say the least.

Huge food and drink selection, plenty of gas tanks. Truck refueling area, super clean modern bathrooms in a full stall with doors, very friendly staff, huge parking area with room to walk pets. Pleasant stop!

I just stopped for a quick shower. Looks like they have more truck parking than most Im the area. The place is clean. The showers are decent size and they give you a bottle of water with the shower.

Fresh coffee. Easy to find what you are looking for. Not a super long wait when they are busy

Pilot Travel Centers are always a great place to stop at to take a breather or even rest over night while traveling for a vacation or if you drive a Big Rig all over the States. Great Service every fuel for all vehicles, DEF for the Big Rigs along with Diesel, Food/Restaurants, Souvenirs, Snacks,Drinks,Reading Materials Etc... You name it they probably have it.

The have a very nice place. Seem like they have everything you might need.

The pilot is the only place I really get gas. I fill up my tank everytime I go and the staff is so nice and patient with me. I am a person who never remembers my pump no matter how hard I try. I think the reward program could be better. I have literally had the same number of points for years.

Not the cleanest Pilot. They have a decent amount of parking, a shop, Subway and Cat Scales. Other than that its a typical Pilot. Very difficult to get a truck out of here heading towards the interstate sometimes. There isnt a traffic light on this busy four lane road. If youre going east you will have another Pilot or Flying J at the 104. It has more parking and a Dennys.

This is a great place to stop. Plenty to look at in the store for a good traveling break. The store sells hot snacks also. The Subway at this location is open 24 hours every day.

I got stuck here when I had to go to the ER for severe dehydration. The people that work here are unbelievably friendly, including the day manager during the week who helped me out tremendously during my stay. The showers at this PIlot are by far the cleanest showers Ive ever seen at a Pilot in this country. My only complaint is the truck parking lot is extremely tight to maneuver in and is fairly small.

This place is awesome, clean hot shower and the staffs is friendly, good vibe.

One of my favorite places to stop when traveling. Good selection of things you need while traveling. Some things can be alittle pricey but for the most part it’s a good place to stop .

The app they have is awesome. I use to get bogo deals on drinks and snacks. They send me an email weekly to let me know about the deals they have coming up. Pretty nifty.

The employees were super friendly and helpful & I liked the selection of coffees. It just had an overall good atmosphere!

Best gas station hands down. Largest snack selection fresh bananas and even a gift store. This place is almost like a small mall

Typical Pilot. The restrooms are clean, with paper toilet seat covers. Showers are nice and clean, they leave water bottles and candy, and water pressure is the BOMB! Nice food and drink choices, fresh pizza is cheap and very good! They even gave me a free piece cause they were out and baking more and I had to wait. Staff was friendly too. They lose a star for the truck lot layout, the middle aisle is near impossible to get in or out of when full, and this Pilot fills up fast at night!

Gas prices were good and pumps had everything to clean windshield and check fluids. Staff courteous and quick. Clean facility and clean restrooms.

This is a very nice truck stop. The people that work are nice. And the store is always clean,,, they just need to pay more attention to the bathrooms

Its okay for a gas stop but could be better as a truck/gas stop! I would like to get real hot food when Im on the road!

Busy place. Have lots of different snack choices. A must if youre on the road or heading on a trip. Has a Subway sandwich shop. Bathrooms, gas, trucker supplies, etc.

A one star is still to much for this pilot travel center and pretty much all pilots, And when ever do you have to give anyone your life history and personal information just to park. thats after you pay them for your info.something wrong with that picture.then you get the most unprofessional cashiers then when you call the corporate number you get these message that they are not responsible for anything so there you are getting screwed again .so that why its not even worth a star .wont be stopping there any time or pretty much any other pilot Ill let my other drives know not to stop there either.

Only reason it got 1 star is you cant give zero stars. Small, dirty truck stop. Employees have bad attitudes. I had reserved a parking place, but when I got there all spots were full. I told the woman working the counter and she said sorry, but were not going out there at night to fix the problem and told me to find somewhere else to park.

I was traveling from TX to VT Stopped for gas. 3/27/17 8:45pm.Staff seemed nice. Cashier was willing to help Knowledgeable that I was still heading in the right direction!

To fuel for a semi is a pain to get out of here safely, Company only fuels with Pilot and Flying Js so I try not to stop in here, but sometimes I have no choice. On the norm I fuel and go, I dont go inside if I can help it.The few times I have been in, not that many registers was open so had to wait, funny you see so many working but none want to do the register or disappear when they see a line!

I paid over the phone for reserve parking at 3pm. Get there at midnight to see theres no reserved parking for me. They refunded my money. But I only had 13 minute of drive time left on my clock. So they gave me two options, to park by 2 different entrances. So I just picked one. 5 hours later, the obese woman comes out knocking on my truck telling me I have to move, cause Im in the way of their fuel truck. Such a joke. Unreal of stupidity. They literally just told me, I had two spots to choose from. And I made sure where I was parked at, with the first employee, that I was ok where I was parked. Ill be making a lot of phone calls after this night.

I must say that this has to be the cleanest shower that Ive seen at a truck stop in a long time.

Decent truck stop, 7-10 truck fuel lanes, good amount of truck parking, I’d guess maybe 150-175 spots. But negative side it’s it’s not been remodeled but not bad, also has a subway attached ok service from them, also quite a few pot holes in parking lot so CARHAULERS beware of that might have trailer ground clearance issues, might want to go to the TA close by

Staff was very pleasant, restrooms was dirty, had a bunch of fuel pumps out, also have a bunch of people(5 total) lurking around hitting people up for money before I could get my fuel pumped .

Lucky if you can park here, better chance 1.5 miles down the road at the other Pilot...bigger lot.

Horrible parking lot situation for both autos and semi trucks. Went into the bathroom first thing in the morning, no toilet paper in the stall even though it was obvious by the wet floor sign, that the bathroom had just been cleaned. 6 in the morning, no breakfast choices on the roller grill.

A driver got sick and the ambulance came and took him from the the location and the was in fuel and the manager told us to park the truck to do not worry and we were sure that he will taker of it as soon as the ambulance left he call his fiends tow company and towed it such a stupid person I ever seen in my life we paid the tow company to take the truck. Do not leave your truck unattended or don’t trust the manger !!!!!

At first, I thought it was just the Subway but it’s all of it. Twice now, I’ve been made physically ill by ingesting something from this location. I had some coffee from here this morning and have been nauseous and had an upset stomach ever since. This is absolutely disappointing to see at a major truck stop. I’ve never been made so ill from a truck stop before up until I’ve been here. Do better Pilot.

We travel from NC to Tx several times a year, I prefer to stop at a pilot or loves verses any other stop. But this by far has been the worst one so far. The hot bar, wasnt that hot, nasty onions, chilli machine looks as though it hadnt been cleaned in a long time (when I was finally able to get any dispensed) a LARGE hard clump, plopped out. And microwave was disgusting. Needless to say, I didnt buy anything from here, other than a bottle drink, was scared to even get ice

Awful experience, ordered 2 subway sandwich from a lady behind the counter (QSR) clerk 1597 on 12.25.18 at 3:36pm, she was so rude and plain nasty ! She has no business working with the public, i personally in my company she would of been fired long time ago! Let her live of the government.I also called pilot guest service to only be on hold for 30 minutes and afterwards the representative only said thank you and did not want any information on my receipt so meaning it was a complete waste of my time because obviously pilot doesn’t care, I just won’t give my business to pilot.
