I went to Michaels in search of appliques to add to my favorite robe. I didnt find any, but I did find some other items I can use for gardening and for the glass I fuse. The store west uncrowded and the employees were very pleasant. It was a good experience.

I love this Michaels. Its the cleanest well managed craft store Ive been to. I recently moved away from that location but still take the 35min drive to go to that specific Michaels. You cant get customer service like that anywhere else. My kids and i are loyal customers.

There is an over abundance of employees working but no one tries to offer their assistance when they see you. Instead they are clustered in groups catching one another up about their weekend. One guy saved the poor employee stigma and was kind enough to ask if I needed assistance and also let me know about a coupon that I could use online which I thought was really helpful! Aside from this, the store is in a very busy location and has a lot of foot traffic however the store itself for the most part was clean and organized.

Bad over priced same item at Costco for 12.99 at this store 19.99.

Underwhelmed. The selection of items was not as great as Id expected and the items seemed a little pricey.

Black Friday sales were great! Spent way more than I wanted but for some great Christmas decorations.

Waited in line forever, the cashiers did not call for back up, even though a long line was forming. No other employees came to help, no manager to check on the front. In times when there are so many options for online shopping, Michaels needs to take better care of its customers. Oh yes, and usually parking is awful in that center.

A looooott of stuff here and the place is huge. Prices are decent. I love the paint supplies here, theres several options for paints and brushes. Plenty of materials, so whatever it is that you need, it will definitely be here. (:

9-18-2020 15:37 Item was on sale in the clearance section. Took to the checkout. They said the price was wrong and wanted to charge 4 times as much. Ridiculous. We have been going there ever since it opened, but we have not seen any of these games before.

This place is the worst, they turned off the lights at 7:00 pm while I was in the store. Employees came up to me and my partner saying we had to leave. While i was paying he went to the car, on the way out the manager said you cant come back in in an obnoxious rude voice. I will never return. Its a complete saftey hazard to turn lights out. I could maybe understand if I was there 30 minutes after closing but not even 1. This is how you lose customers.

The employees are beyond rude to people with mental health problems. I am bipolar and occasionally am manic and loud. I walked into the store I was talking to a girlfriend of mine and we were laughing and carrying on, well the next thing I know the store manager Adrianna was following me and asking me if she could help me. I just ignored her like a bipolar will occasionally do. She didnt like that so she called security to wait in front of the store and when I went to purchase the items that my young daughter and I choose, I handed her $20 and she refused my money saying that it is counterfeit. I live in this neighborhood mind you. I asked her what test she had ran on the money to which she used the identifying marker and it left no mark. She then ran it through the detection machine until she broke it and yes still refused my money. True story

Michaels is pretty much the Home Depot of the crafting world. They seem to have everything - including stuff you didnt even know you needed until you started walking around. Normally, it would be a dangerous place for your wallet but they seem to always have great sales happening as well as additional coupons easily found on line. If youre crafty and havent been to Michaels, youre missing out. This store is located towards an entrance for a very busy shopping center so finding parking can sometimes take a bit. The store is designed well and checkout is usually very quick.

Wide selection and phenomenal deals on after Christmas merchandise. I found many unique items. LOL, bought way more than I had planned for.

Its not that I dislike this Michaels, its because they didnt have either of the products I wanted and had been unordered for awhile. They need to keep track of their merchandise and when it gets down to a few items, then its time to re-order. We crafters depend upon stores that can take care of our needs to do projects.

Ive never had a bad experience at this store. The salespeople are extremely helpful, especially Harmonu. She is like a ray of sunshine- Im not even gonna lie.....

Great for arts and crafts, they always have coupons and sales that will surprise you. I bought an easel for $8.00, but I expected to pay $19.99 before I got to the register. Good deals, better store.

Art supplies tend to be pricey but good selection.

DIY projects are always hard. You are not sure what to get and which ones to use. I took a bizzare idea of mine and told them this what i need. They helped me with the stensils and the printing paper and what what not. How many of us would know the names of what exactly u are looking for. They helped me with all the things that i need to buy

Prices are missing from alot of products which makes choosing a bit difficult. Make sure to use coupons and look for the clearance items which are great value. Service is great and helps you find anything you are looking for.

I usually find what Im looking for craft wise at Michaels. Found some outline paintings that my friend and I got in our quest to get better at painting. Ive gotten lots of differ things for beading and masking jewellery here as well.

Just download the app and coupons are available anytime. Returns are a breeze, too. Just show them the card you paid with and they will find your receipt! Love the workers, too.

Great store, well organized shelves. They usually run plenty of discounts on pre-made crafts and kids, plus a surprisingly robust cooking/baking aisle. They also sell type writers and instant-print cameras if you were looking for those for some reason.

Something about Michaels, they have everything you need to please two granddaughters. Art books colored pencils. Great store fantastic selection. Parking is a pain in the butt though.

I never feel welcomed here. It’s hard to get a staff to ask questions, even if you find someone down the alley they will move away from you right after eye contact. I’ve never heard a single “Hi” before, honest. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, a cashier worker took the lady who was behind me. At least look carefully to see who’s next please? Products are okay, a normal Michaels but I can’t give more than a star for the staff level.

Janis was very nice and took care of us at checkout. She helped us apply all our coupons and discounts. Although parking could be a challenge if youre going during the weekends.

Didnt have a good experience this time. I walked in when there is only 20 minutes left before closing and I knew that I needed help couldnt find anyone to help me besides someone at the register so I went to my aisle and I finally had seen a worker walked by so I asked her a question she said she didnt know and shed be right back she never came back she never answered my question or bothered to get someone that could and I had set a laundry basket by the register to purchase and asked the three workers standing there if I could leave it there until checkout and it was gone when I got to the line.

Biggest Micheals Ive ever seen. The staff members were knowledgeable on my questions. Also clean and well kept

I have been painting since I was a little kid and I absolutely love that I can walk into Michaels and find everything I need from brushes to arts and crafts and most recently we made these necklaces made o sea shells that we bought here.This location is located in the plaza with the whole foods and there is plenty of parking although it does get pretty busy. I like that the staff are always so friendly and last time I was there the girl helped me for like 15 mins and I had so many questions about these little wooden chests that we wanted to design. Thank you Michaels and I look forward to coming back!

The Tustin Michaels has a lot more then some of the smaller Michaels. Love so many things about this one. They have a great selection of baskets and the sales people are so helpful

Like the rest of the district this store is very well maintained. I really liked the layout of the store, and of course the deals in store and with their app. Checkout wasnt nearly as slow as Ive seen it at their Bella Tera store so I was happy.
