Started off by pulling up and seeing a salesman 10 feet from us sitting on the curb playing on his cell phone. Walked by and he didn’t even attempt to approach us. As we’re looking on the lot, we see Jeff bolt across the showroom floor to greet us outside. Loved seeing his hunger. We went their with the intention of just looking at cars. We were not in the market to buy. Just a fun date night to go test drive cars. When we got in the Yukon, Jeff did a great job explaining the features and benefits of the truck. We fell in love with all the tech this truck had to offer. We also loved how every other dealership was doing outrageous mark ups, Chevy Buena Park had a Tahoe marked up $30,000. but not GMC Tustin. Not only was their no mark up, they discounted the truck $4,000. We fell in love with the Yukon, loved working with Jeff, made us feel comfortable the whole time, and the dealership was amazing. We will buy more vehicles in the future from here.

I was originally scheduled to have an after market item (integrated trailer brake controller) installed in my Sierra. Upon arrival, the service advisor took the time to see if he could locate the corresponding factory item. He was successful in finding one and that was installed instead. I am much happier that this was done instead of the after market device.

Drove in from San Diego, to look at the Jeep Inventory which was great btw. Before driving 2 hours I decided to call in and the sales representative that answered was Khaled (like DJ Khaled) he was super respectful and honest over the phone we pre negotiated you can say. Khaled (hope Im spelling that right) made me feel comfortable about driving 2 hours for a new vehicle. Once I was there I was undecided which jeep I wanted (Due to a color Issue), Khaled went above and beyond pulling both cars to the front for me to test drive and examine. One of rhe cars was buried behind a couple so he did some work to pull that jeep to the front. Which was much appreciated!!! I want to say thank you to Khaled for a wonderful NON PRESSURING experience.I would also Like to Thank Tustin Buick GMC for the awesome upgrades and add-ons that made my jeep purchase incredible. Not to mention they offer yearly ceramic coating to protect your paint. The dealership itself was very clean and COVID guidelines were being enforced. In Southern California this is a dealership to Visit, not only for the Incredible Prices but for the Awesome Customer service.

When we decided to purchase a Buick, we dreaded the whole sales process; but at the start of our visit, we met Jorge and then Trey Woods. Trey accompanied us through the process. He was no less than AMAZING! He was informative, answered all of our questions, accommodated our requests, and was personable and professional. He made it easy for us to relax through what can be a grueling experience. He earned our trust and our respect. Jorge, the Sales Floor Manager was also wonderful. He presented us with loan options to help us stay within our budget. He was calm and understanding; he listened to what we needed and did his best to meet us where we were. The entire experience was a pleasure...my husband and I have purchased many cars but by far, this was the best experience we have ever had. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Padded the loan amount by $10k. After I told the salesman politely we dont need the extras my husband is a GM employee he snapped at us and told us to buy elsewhere. Being a business owner I would never want someone like this to represent my company. Stay far away from this place.

I have bought my car from this place. It was a pre-owned car and It was a smooth transaction. There were a few defects in the car that were not highlighted and I did not check it too. So please test and inspect thoroughly before you leave the dealership.I will update on it further after my first service experience.

I am an active duty U.S. soldier and I went in to pick up the truck I had ordered/purchase but had a terrible experience instead. Firstly, I was sold a completely different truck upon further inspection and when I brought it up to the sales representatives they said the representative who showed/sold it to me initially was not qualified to be doing that and that it was a misunderstanding. We then tried to negotiate and it was going smoothly until the general manager “Tommy Barnes” came out and was very disrespectful to myself and my family. When we were renegotiating prices he got furious and stormed off. From across the dealership lobby he was yelling at us and saying he was going to cancel the deal without consulting me. I then told the other manager that it was very rude of Barnes and that I didn’t appreciate him talking about my business out load for everyone to hear. It’s extremely unprofessional. The other manager then proceeded to tell me that Barnes was like that and tends to be very explosive. Still does not excuse the behavior and he should not be a manager if those are his repeated actions. Barnes then came back and made very distasteful comments and remarks such as randomly asking if we were “feliz” and pretending to play a mariachi guitar. When I told him he was being disrespectful he said he was not and that I was taking it too seriously even after I repeatedly told him he was being rude. I do not understand why he was speaking in Spanish and making Spanish references when I was speaking to him in perfect English the entire time. I then renegotiated with the other manager and settled on another deal and Barnes came back before we were going to sign paperwork and said he was going to cancel the deal since when did not want us to leave a bad review. I told him I was ready to make the purchase and he kept saying he was going to cancel it. When I asked why he was going to cancel the deal I was making with the other manager, he replied “because I am the general manager.” I then ended up not purchasing the truck because of how poorly I was treated. The workers also refused to give me Barnes business card claiming that they would get in trouble for doing so. I asked 3 times for it. Luckily I looked at his badge and I was able to see it on the video that I took as evidence.This situation was handled very inappropriately and I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. I will be making a report with the better bureau as well since this was the worst sales encounter I’ve had. A lady waiting in the lobby came up to me and stated that she felt the interaction was very rude and uncomfortable for her as she saw it all go down. She also mentioned she will be placing a report. I was ready to sign the paperwork again to buy the new 2021 truck however after dealing with Barnes and him repeatedly stating he was going to cancel the sale, I needed up not buying the truck and will be going elsewhere. This is not how you treat active military or anyone for that matter.

I will be returning in order to have the motion sensor fixed for the tailgate, so I really wish that you were closer, but I understand that limited inventory requires one to venture beyond their back door. The service department do fraud. The serviceman induced me to sign a contract without reading the terms, he orally promised that the payment was due satisfactory diagnosis of the issue the vehicle had. I turned in my car for inspection for diagnosis at the end of their shift, next morning went there to request not to continue with the service and they said there is no diagnosis, however I needed to pay $271 for nothing. They claimed that since your signature is on there you can’t do anything. I actually can do because the contract is void due to defraud and intentional misrepresentation. Had very low quality experience with this company’s service any branch.

By far the most frustrating car purchase experience Ive ever had. After several conversation with the sales rep the did not honor their original offer and actually increased the price twice as the rep said he misunderstood his manager. Management didnt honor the quote and wouldnt take a $10k deposit to hold the vehicle overnight so i could get to the dealership in the morning and called me at the end of the day to tell me it was sold. Unprofessionalism at its finest!

Honestly this entire process of buying a used car was extremely frustrating and unpleasing at Tustin Buick GMC and I wish I had read the negative reviews before looking at the car since all were very similar to my experience.I had found the perfect car for my needs and was thrilled at the selling price posted (the price was the main reason I went to purchase the car at this location).However they immediately only showed me dollar amounts with added warranties that I didnt need or ask for and only showed me in costs of monthly payments not the total dollar amount. Once paperwork started (all electronically and they definitely tried to get through it quickly) I noticed an extra $3,000 on the bill and questioned it immediately considering one of the features we were getting charged for was a feature we were specifically told was optional by the sales person. Once discussing it further with management they claimed that all these extra features were already on the vehicle (even though they are displayed as optional) and I couldnt purchase the vehicle without them. On top of everything, they claimed that every dealership does this and if I went somewhere else they would do the same thing. It felt like they were trying to scare and pressure me into buying.Since I didnt have a choice without giving up the car I searched everywhere for, we came to an agreement for a reduced price on one of those features (it ended up being less than $800 adjustment which is not even 1/3rd of a reduction). Because of these already added features I specifically asked for these featured to be shown to me before I drove off the lot.Once I went to pick up the car to leave not only did detailing discover a broken panel on my vehicle but one of those added features were not even on the vehicle like they claimed. I had to have an added service to fix these issues and not even one day later I noticed another damaged item to the inside of the vehicle.I had originally negotiated that if I found ANY issues with the car within the first 72 hours of ownership I could take these issues to the dealer and they would cover them no questions asked. However when I tried to have them add that 3rd issue no one would give me a straight answer over the phone or through email (they all claimed they couldnt handle those types of requests or they didnt even answer me. They had me running around in circles trying to figure it out).Luckily in the end everything was fixed and the costs where covered. The service department was so much more helpful and responsive (which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 0) but I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service attributes by the sales department especially since more than once they pushed for us to give them a good review online.

Spoke with Jeff Weinstock, I was encouraged to look on there website for a truck. But there pricing on the website is very misleading and incorrect. I was being forced into buying a protecting warranty that I didn’t need or want. So thus it was just to increase the price of the truck instead working with the price. So any pricing on there website expect them to add a warranty worth 3,000 extra dollars. And expect being told that they can’t take the warranty off the truck that its already added on there but the website said it wasn’t added on there. Just all in all a very misleading in price and non negotiable there.

The overall experience was good with respect to the repairs. MY main issue is with the online appointment request system which prompted me to chose wait for service or obtain a loaner. I selected loaner. The service was expected to last more than one day. When I arrived at the dealership and began the check-in, I was told that this dealership did not provide loaners. It clearly printed on my appointment confirmation. I was given a rental to use and the cost was absorbed because I agreed to do a factory recall installation of a new airbag. If I had not done that I would have been responsible for the cost of the rental. This was misleading and incorrect. This loaner item also appeared on my estimate printout I was given. This appointment resulted in parts being ordered and I will need to bring the vehicle in for continued service this week. It is also expected to take longer than a day. A loaner vehicle is a must when the service takes this long. My complaint is that it is offered and has a large button online to chose a loaner and the dealership should honor this when a person arrives for service. Very misleading and gives me a sour taste towards the dealership. The total service will cost me more than $800.00 and take over two days to complete. A loaner should be provided. If it will not be then the website should remove this as being an option and inform customers of this prior to booking an appointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!I bought a vehicle from them and they told me the car had been fully serviced and everything was working perfectly (they showed me service slip) but when I took the car to get checked after purchase there were so many little things broken - drivers mirror light doesn’t work, window locks stuck, back window doesn’t work, auto turnoff broken, etc - so I called them to get it fixed immediately but they said since I bought it that way they weren’t liable anymore. First arriving to test drive my new Terrain, I was approached by a new employee who did not go with me on the test drive to give me the full run down of the car which was off putting. From there we went to Toyota and test drove there. Wanted to test drive the Terrain one more time and Daniel Orion was our sales person at that time.I wanted to shout him out because he did an excellent job at giving info on the vehicle and providing an excellent customer service experience. Sales person lost complete interest once I told him I was not going to purchase that exact date when I visited, and told me he had some phone calls to make and literally left me standing next to a vehicle I was looking at. Tracked him down after to run some numbers and he told me only if I was going to purchase that day would he run numbers and give me the best deal possible. I understand it is not appealing to him since Im just doing research before making a large purchase, but just because I am not buying today doesnt mean Im not buying next week. So they definitely lost at least one future customer.

I had such a great experience with Nelson and Manager Shane. Im from Northern CA and I called up on the weekend to let Nelson know my daughter wanted an car that was on there lot. Shane had me financed in 24 hours. We fly down to Southern Cal Friday and my daughter is so happy. We were in and some what right out, but Shane provided us with lunch. AJ Barron was an excellent person to work with. He was very attentive, wasn’t pushy, & was the opposite of the stereotypical “car salesman” which I really appreciated it. He took the time to show me every amenity of the car & looked up the 2-3 features we didn’t know in order to make me feel comfortable about the car. He also went as far as driving to my house to pick up a check since I had left my checkbook at home. He also called me the next day to discuss the Sirius XM & On Star feature to turn it on. I would recommend Buick based upon 3 things: (1) Dealership experience with AJ; (2) Follow up after the car purchase days later; (3) love the car so far & all of its features!

Corey was great to work with! Great experience there. I was very upset my credit was run when I specified stated it was not to be run and paid cash in full for the SUV. Running credit when not authorized is against the law and while Corey was empathetic, I was very disappointed the manager didnt bother to come speak with me and has yet to take corrective action. It was not a small mistake, it is a mistake that will impact my credit score for 2 years before the hard inquiry will clear my record. Corey gets a great The manager for laxk of showing any care gets a less than meets expectations and finance also gets less than meets expectations for running my credit. I did not authorize my credit to be run unless the check bounced. It did not. Therefore Tustin Buick broke credit check laws and they just didnt seem to take it seriously or care!!! I am still not happy about it and feel some form of restoration is owed.

To many employees walking around and interacting with each other without masks or social distancing like there was no pandemic. Small finance office with door closed. Jorge, our sales guy, was good on all counts. Salesmanager tried to hide monies in the deal under doc fees. Do not like deceit. Finance guys acts like he has no idea. Whole process took hours longer than needed.Just bought another car, took 15 minutes. Some heavy set woman with short hair just wondered around, no mask and seemed to add no value to your processes except for visiting employees. So, no, I would not buy another car there, or shop there. But liked Jorge, who wore his mask and tried to be honest. He was great.

I recently got my engine check lamp on and visited your dealership. My car still have powertrain warranty. The representative said that I had to sign for $225 diagnosis fee which could be paid by GM if the issue was covered by warranty. However it would be known only after the diagnosis was finished. It means that I might need to pay for it if it was not covered. $255 is to much to me for the diagnosis. Though my powertrain warranty is still valid, I declined diagnosis because of the possible cost of $225. I think that GM should pay the diagnosis to find out if it is covered or not because I have no other way to know that it is covered. The representative was a good person. The warranty policy does not look right me.

A few advice for those who buy used cars from them:1. Make sure they give you 2 sets of keys before they make you sign Ive received both hidden among long paragraphs.2. Check the odometer and match the number with the one in your contract before signing it.3. Any price you see online is a bait, they will always increase it right before you arrive because of market conditions.4. READ READ READ every single paper before signing, they are super quick to put them under your nose to sign, but likely they add a bunch of optional services for extra fees you will never use.5. Keep the very first paper for yourself they give, where you accept the negotiated price (then they go to finance see what can be done), then match it with the final contract.

Horrible experience going through sales specifically working with (Michael Phan). From the very beginning showed little interest. Tacked on 14k worth of warranties he didnt disclose until after I insisted for him to itemize the purchase agreement. He avoided to speak with me after. It goes to show its a business to get the most out of the consumer with out caring at all for the consumers concerns anymore. Immediately was asked that if I didnt want the vehicle I didnt have to purchase it, by his sales manager, for simply asking to remove the added warranties and for confronting Mr. Phan for not disclosing them. Since the market is Hot for this particular vehicle they cared little for my business. Fair enough. The least I can do is provide hard working people an insight of the horrible experience I went through myself & how I decided to take my hard earned money else where.

One of our company truck that we bought less than a year ago started having some issues, I took the truck to a closer dealership, they more of less tried to kick us to the curb, and sell us a new truck(our truck is 10 months old). I called tustin gmc since we bought the truck here, I got ahold of robert, and he was more than helpful! He got me in touch with GMC towing service(no cost towing) and had my truck fixed in 2 days! Michael pham and Erick Cruz were time two guys I had talked with and when I asked for the price of the vehicle they had both given me different numbers. When I said I was going to get my own financing Erick Cruz told me that I couldn’t because you guys don’t allow it. When I asked to see papa work they never showed me anything I asked Erick Cruz to email me the information and he said that the pdf was too big to send. I called multiple times and when they see that it’s me calling and I ask to be transferred to Erick or his boss all I get is a ringing phone. Tustin GMC has the best customer Ive ever had! I took my COMPANY WORK truck that still has another 4 years of warranty coverage to Laguna Niguel Cadillac GMC for a NOX sensor and they told me that there is currently a shortage on the part with also no ETA which is understandable. The problem with the sensor being bad is it puts your vehicle into limp mode so it is virtually impossible to drive. Laguna Niguel GMC didnt offer any assistance What so over rather than kick us to the curb. I had to rent a truck for 3 weeks which Laguna Niguel GMC said they wouldn’t cover which they should have because of their faulty vehicle. We called Robert and Angel over at Tustin GMC and they were nothing but open arms and even covered my rental vehicle AS WELL AS FIX MY TRUCK CORRECTLY!! I highly highly recommend using them for anything you need!!

DONT BUY FROM THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!! David Franco - Sales Rep, Natalie Anderson - Finance Manager, Joseph Johnson - Sales Manager, and Erick Cruz. I went to Tustin Buick on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle with a pre-approval letter from my credit union. Firstly, they tell me that they dont work with that bank. I asked my credit union if they work with this dealership before coming to this car dealership. They lied about not working with my credit union and that my credit union was going to approve me for the different which was a lie. The finance manager was going to assist me with a different bank. They said to go with Ally Bank and monday transfer the loan to your credit union which was a lie. The vehicle was 45k and slowly started climbing to 54k then when we were at finance the price was 61k. I told em that was not the price we agreed on and they said on Monday when we transfer the loan it will go back to 54k which was also a lie. Lie after lie with this dealership. Now Im stuck with a $1000 car payment!!!! DONT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND PRETEND THEY ARE ON YOUR SIDE TO HELP YOU. SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!!!!
