I came in yesterday to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed the staff was friendly and it was a very quick process I ended up paying $160 to get my screen repaired he did a test to make sure that the screen was working before I left check all the side buttons it was a flawless great repair and you get a lifetime warranty excluding water damage and if the screen breaks again great quality screen and definitely worth the quick 45 minutes it took to fix. Thanks for everyone. My iPhone 7 is good.

Took my iPhone to get the screen fixed and got it done that same day. However I came back the next day because my screen was not correctly placed. That same day I started to have issues with my screen. I work so I don’t have time to keep coming back to get issues fixed that shouldn’t been done right since the beginning. I ended up going to Apple and they told me my face recognition cable was damaged when they fixed the screen. I came back to tell him and he said it wasn’t him that there was no way he could have damaged it???? So he’s basically telling me I did it??? No one touched my phone but him. I asked him to fix my phone or give me a refund. And he said he couldn’t do either. Now I need to pay $400 to get my phone fixed, on top of the $110 he charged me. Yes fast service but poor quality of work. And no ownership.Also I don’t know if he thought that smirk on his face was good customer service but it came off very rude!

He did such a good jobI accidentally deleted my sound software while uninstalling programs. I was not able to find the software at the HP web site. I am glad I had him install the wireless system because he was able to show me how he made it more secure. Now I can use my desktop and my laptop to securely surf the internet in my house.
