I chose the offer for 50% off from the 1st month pay, but I ended up with 2 payments within 2 weeks which I was not explained. & when I asked for change of payment date, I was told to pay almost double to change to 2 weeks later since they have only 2 options to choose for the payment dates. So, I did not get the 1/2 off from the 1st month payment but overcharged. What made it worse is, I could not resolve this with the rep from the local store. So, I called the headquarter CS dept, I was told by CS rep. to contact the local store after being on hold for 1 hour. Its another nightmare.

I have been doing business with this Rent a Center for the last two years. Due to a Medical Bankruptcy I was limited in my options. Luis and his staff are kind, considerate and do the very best they can to take care of the customer. They have been wonderful to me and I will continue to do business with them.

Super nice people, always willing to work with you and help you obtain what you need and or want. Very grateful to have a extended family like these folks.

PORN ON MY TV. Just got my TV back after repair. It was acting laggy so I went through to make sure any additional apps werent installed. I get to browser and BOOM- PORN! So, clearly whoever has been working on my TV has been enjoying my TV while we were without. SO AWESOME. CORPORATE WHERE ARE YOU? IM PISSED.

I recently went to this location after years of buying from Rent a Center and I couldnt be more un happy with their service. I signed a contract and made a payment for a living room set on Thursday then called Friday to schedule delivery and check the status of what I bought. I spoke with the manager Luis that assured me everything was good to go. Then this afternoon (sat) that they will not be honoring the contract I signed and If wanted everything i was promised i needed to pay more. I ofcourse was not happy and cancelled then i called back to speak with manager Luis again and let them know how un happy I was and why couldnt they honor a contract I signed that he gave the ok on via text Thursday a d verbally okayed on Friday. He gave me all kinds of excuses and tried to say he didnt ok the deal. Not cool Luis. I then asked for his mangers contact info and let him know I would be calling. I have never had this happen with any other purchase from Rent a center and this was totally un professional.

After a week of being late on a payment and telling them when we would pay them online, like we have been for the past 3 months, they showed up at our house and talked with my sister in law about it. Very unprofessional. We ended up returning the TV that we had payed 500+ dollars on but they still wanted 1700. For the same TV I found on Amazon for 538$. Avoid rent a center at all costs.
