I was able to walk on and purchase an ice cream cake for a last minute birthday gift. The cake was great and everyone love it. I plan to go back and get another one just because.

First time visiting since COVID-19 outbreak, and place seems clean with social distancing stickers to help you where to stand in line. Bought an ice cream cake that was strawberry ice cream with vanilla cake. It was good and well made. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Horrible experience. There was no one in the front. This lady with her son kept calling out for someone to let them know there were customers waiting, but still no worker came. I called the store number too and hoped the worker would come to the front after hearing the phone ring, but still no one came. We waited for a while too. Very upsetting.

Ordered a custom cake and got a pint of an obscure flavor I love. The shop is located in a kinds weird place, in a more business park-y lot next to a dentist.

Crowded! Owner actively encouraging people to come inside the closed doors. Twelve people in that narrow area between the doors and front of the counters. You all know that BR stores are small. While in line, they were pressuring us for our order without allowing us to see the new options because so many people were in front of all the display counters. Not a safe experience. Disappointed that this will not be return option for my family at this time.

Good Ice Cream however the sundaes from the last visit were smaller this time 😥 but the $ is the same not looking for free but consistency would be nice...

Love the people in this store! Fred, I believe to be the manager is always a pleasure, full of laughs and friendliness. When they are out of something you want, he will do his best to get it. I happen to love the chocolate almond but I think half the world does because they run out so fast. I usually get a half gallon so we have it for a while even though I would love to eat it all right there. NOT! This is a great place to get your ice cream and make sure you get many different kinds if you have many grandkids.

Will never go back - found pieces of PAPER in my ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous that no one is making sure there are proper procedures to avoid this. Disaster

The ice cream, was great, nice and cold, and tasty, of course. My only real complaint is there just isnt really enough seating in this particular location. Other than that, my overall experience was great

This Baskin Robbins has been around for some time. Always wonderful customer service! They also have a good variety of ice cream cakes for pick-up if youre last minute shopper. However, we prefer to order ahead of time. I believe orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

3 Employees were off to the side talking to freind while ignoring us. Because of how long it took to make 1 item I didnt order more and will probably not be coming back here again.

Very rich ice cream, lots of unique flavors. A new honey almond waffle cone was advertised, but not available.

If I could give it 0 stars I definetly would! When I gave the cashier my gift card to pay for my ice cream (which was already used before and had money in it) the cashier said it wasnt activated so we had to pay with cash. But when we got home and checked the balance it turned out they charged me twice!

They have weekly specials, plenty of parking, located on the corner, a long time Tustin establishment. Highly recommend the milkshakes! Older store.

Actually this Baskin-Robbins was kept pretty clean I could tell all the young ladies that work theyre kept pretty busy trying to make sure everything was clean and they were very helpful good service I really have no issues on this location only that its a little small for all the people that show up there but never less its a good little place

They made me shake that tasted so artificial...it was gross. When I took it back I got a lecture about how I am supposed to order my shake in the future. Basically. Normal recipe calls for Simple Syrup, but when it has no simple syrup then its low fat. But when I order it in the future tell them I want an original shake.....WTH? When I questioned well, wouldnt the original recipe be with simple syrup......wouldnt I have to say low fat??? She said no. They will no what you mean.....Whatever. Not going back here.On a separate occasion my sisters and I have ordered CBlasts....and they were made with spoiled milk!!!! WTH!!!!???
