This is a super busy location, be prepared to wait in a very long line on a Sunday afternoon. Other than, In N outs are the same quality at all locations for the most part. We only went through the drive through but it seemed like a really clean location and the staff was really nice. Convenient location right off the freeway!

Pro tip: I suggest going into the restaurant to bypass the crazy long lines for the drive thru/carry out. When we did that on one night the line was over half an hour wait. Walk in was 5-7 minutes.It’s a fun place to go with friends late at night to hand out.Ask for the animal burger, it’s a secret only few million people knows🤣

This is definitely one of the best cheeseburgers you can get for the ‘fast food ‘ price . I love their French fries, didn’t know what a big difference ‘fresh’ fries can make till I actually tried.The milkshakes are a must try, strawberry is my personal favorite and I highly recommend it .What’s more awesome, they are open till 1 am .

My family and I love In and out the only bad thing is that the line gets a little crazy but its worth it fresh food and delicious.

Been coming here for years and usually stop here to grab something if I ever stop in town. Good fast service and never had a problem with any of my orders.

Everybody,There is a secret to get your order a little faster... its just park and go up to the counter...Its a little ridiculous when the line is halfway up to the REI, and yet, if you walk inside and order, there may be 1 or 2 people ordering. I guess if you dont want to leave the comfort or safety of your car, that is a thing; there was plenty of space to social distance inside though.

My favorite In-N-Out for past 30 years. Always clean, courteous, pleasant but most of all their freshly cooked burgers and fries are so yummy! Their unchanging menu price makes me love them even more!! So the long wait is always worth it.

In-N-Out is the gold standard of fast food. Shout out to the young men and women who stand out under the hot sun taking our orders. The drive thru system is efficient but sometimes it is quicker just to go inside.

Manager sean went above and beyond helping with an order mess up from another resteraunt. Great customer service here and even better food. I love this in n out.

This establishment is as consistently good as many other locations with a friendly staff. I love that they offer free hot cocoa for kids on rainy days, I find that very charitable. Gotta have the burgers animal style for extra oomph, and you can always ask for extra spread.

In n out is amazing. The sauce is the best ever. I ordered a double double so cheesy,juicy,and saucy. Best flavors ever. I will for sure try many more!

UPDATE: I have lived in the area for about 75 days now. EVERY single time I patron this In-n-Out, the meat in my burger has been raw or severely undercooked, even when ordering well done. This has happened at least 10 times. DO NOT go here, you will be disappointed.Late June 2021: Today, I turned two 3x3’s into two Double-Doubles because two of the patties in my fiancée’s burger were undercooked. This is the second time this has happened.If I just order Double-Doubles instead of 3x3’s will all of my patties be cooked the same?

I went into get some fries this evening and it took over half an hour to get them. The only reason they even got to me was because I came over to the counter to ask for them. Only then was I able to finally get my order.

In-n-our has the best buggers. This place is awesome. The only down side is that the lines are so long. When they are busy except to wait for 15-20 min. Well worth the wait. The drive threw about 20+ cars deep. This is not a “fast” food place. Look on google maps and check the busy hours. Almost not worth it to come in when they are super busy. The wait is just too long.

We never get in the drive thru line because it takes a while. You know the line is too long if it wraps around to the restaurant with the cow logo. Hahaha! We ordered and got drinks at the dispenser. They have touchless dispensers now and you can get you lr own drinks which means FREE REFILLS! Its been a while since weve done that huh? We ended up eating outside at the picnic tables. Its pretty clean and the staff there is friendly. Food quality is same as always, great! Id eat there again.

The line had like 50 cars, wait was about 15-20 minutes, and a few minutes in a lot of the cars started to honk, creating a delightful and fun musical debacle!

Im not an In-N-Out fan, but their lines are literally around the corner and through the Best Buy parking lot. Save yourself some time and park and go in if its that crowded.

Guys, if you havent tried this then please do! It is one of the best burger places in California and i think that most can agree. If you want something to eat, go with In-n-out

Those who live on the West Coast: DONT EVER TAKE IN-N-OUT FOR GRANTED! We made it through a 10+ car drive-thru in less that five minutes on a Friday with very friendly service. Came back two days later and ordered indoors...got through 30 orders inside in ten minutes. Not to mention the food my friends and I received was delicious! Id love to see one back in the Midwest!

Food is great. The line is not so minus 1 star. Takes at least 15 minutes no matter when you go. In n out is always busy but this one just seems worse. Whatever you do, dont go inside thinking the drive thru is too long. They prioritize the drive thru.

A true California classic and therefore an American classic. Walking into this place brings back thoughts of a simpler time of malt shakes and Leave it to Beaver. As an easy coaster you hear a lot about this place and its secret menu.The secret menu is on their website and its just specifying how you want your food prepared. When youre visiting the west coast, youre doing yourself a disservice not to step into this place and enjoy a great burger with crisp lettuce and tomatoes. 5 stars, no frills, fast food done the way it has been and the way it should be.

Terrible customer service, they let people cut 10+ cars in line all the way up to the front. Spoke to the manager and sent the cutter to another lane where I was assured he would not be able to order infront of the 10 cars he cut. The guy was able to keep his spot 3 cars infront with no repercussions

Need to recharge while running all your errands at The Market Place? Having had an ex extra lettuce, tomato, bun veggie sans sauce burger I order everywhere (vegetarian with food allergies), my order came with sauce accidently but they immediately remedied the mistake. The burger is one of the few items I can eat anytime of day so I was happy the cashier walked around to fix my order during Cinco de Mayo with a long lane of drive thru customers. I scarfed my fries with a quick turnaround period allowing me to hit he ground running.I appreciate the level of customer service in all the locations I frequent.

Closes at 11:45pmNot sure what happened, but the drive thru has been closed and blocked off with cones every time ive gone for the past two weeks at least by 11:45, sometimes earlier. Thought it was a prank at first but seems like this place no longer works for late night meals, even on Fridays. This was my usual after work spot because I get out late and this is one of the few spots open, but I guess thats over.

Food was cold and napkin was useless because it was placed on top of open hamburger. Served in a box which didnt help the temperature of the burger..all of this after waiting in line for 53min

Who doesnt love fresh In-N-Out burger and fries! They are so delicious! I like extra tomatoes and they always fix me up. Everyone that works there are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is always clean and fresh looking. Its a family friendly place with yummy shakes, too. I like the chocolate but all of the favors are good. :-) Dont get upset by the lines, they take care of everyone pretty quickly. All of the employees work as a team or a well oiled machine. Before you know it you are on your way fast or ready to dine in. Find a table before you order and save a table. Enjoy! You will love it!

Always great food an serve

Because of its iconic status, it is always busy with long lines... especially in the Drive-Thru. I always opt to skip the drive-thru line and order inside to go. It will save you a good 20+ minutes. If you like cheese and onions, I highly recommend trying animal style fries.

Like any In-N-Out, this place gets super busy during peak times however they dont have much off-road space for cars to line up for the drive thru. As a result, cars are backed up on the main road and it gets little dangerous (and confusing).
