We experienced a problem with our garage door. We called Tustin Garage Door Repair and the sales lady answered on the second ring- she was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Loved her!! The technician came out the very next day to install a new garage door, opener, and keypad. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer focused, courteous and so much more. All questions were answered during time of install. We are very pleased and will highly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU!!

I could not be more delighted with the work James at Tustin Garage Door Repair accomplished. He came out to repair one garage door that had been damaged in a break in. I had always wanted a single door rather than the two that I had but thought the opening was too big. After some suggestions from James I decided to go with one door. The next day I had exactly what I wanted. One big, new door. Thank you!

George not only knew his job but very professional behaviour. The repairs were done the same day he came and garage door back on plus he assured me to call him if there is a problem. There was slight unalighment of the door 2 days after which when I called they immediately scheduled an appointment for the technician and George came again. He fixed the little problem. I am glad I found the right person for my garage door problems and can fully rely on.

I had remote control replaced. Paid $120 for an used one. Works only within a foot range from garage door, often on and off. Very inconvenient. I don’t recommend this shop to others. Make sure all details beforehand

Our installer George was fantastic. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and did the work super fast. We are very happy with our new door. it is very quiet. Great experience and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!!

George came out and walked me through the repairs that were needed. He was very polite and thorough and made some suggestions for preventative maintenance for a future appointment. He explained to me the function of the part he replaced, and looked at the other two doors to help us determine if the same repair would need to be made to either of those doors anytime soon. George went above and beyond installing my garage door opener, he not only installed the new opener but checked and greased all the rollers and hinges.
