If your looking for doors this is the place. Great prices friendly service and plenty of doors to choose from. I was going to only update the entry door but after comparing prices, I replaced all the doors in my house. Definitely a must see before you buy elsewhere. You wont regret it.

There quick to give me a quote and help me choose the doors for my customers.Also another thing I like is they have a large selection of doors in-stock. so you can see them in person instead of just a photo. if your not sure what you want.I would recommend urban if you want good customer service a quality door at a fair price.

Great value and AMAZING designs

I appreciate the good customer service I get at the Tustin location. I own a door installer company and buy a lot of doors there. They get back to me right away with estimates and work with me to find the right door for my customers.Also there is a large selection of beautiful doors in stock .I like that my customers can go down there to see the doors in person, not just a picture in a catalog. Iv been getting doors from urban for 5 years and havent had a call back on a door yet.I highly recommend urban if your looking for a quality wood door at a reasonable price.I

The absolute worst service ever!

This is the largest door warehouse in the United States and it is fantastic! The prices are very good because you have to schlep it yourself. The inventory is out of this world and the staff there is very pleasant and efficient. It was worth the drive.

Im a door installer and have been buying doors from urban for a wile . They have a good selection. I also like they have them instock so my customers can see them in person not just a photo. There prices are good also. Everything usually goes smoothly. Once there was a problem with a door and they fixed it and everything was cool. I would recommend urban door.

I purchased 7 doors from Urban Doors. The doors each had 4 glass panels and came with a plastic protector on each side of each panel. The plastic is meant to reduce masking time for finishing of the door. However unknown to me the glass panels had a A side and a B side with different finish appearance to each side. This difference was obscured by the plastic protector, and the door were hung without knowledge of the two different appearances. After hanging and finishing the protector was pulled off and the different finishes on the glass became visible. At no time did Urban doors label the A side B side on any of the doors, nor did they inform me that there even was a A side B side situation. I called to try and get 2 doors replaced that were side by side with the different finishes markedly apparent and Urban doors refused to make any accommodation and insisted that it was my fault for hanging the doors improperly. This is very bad business in my opinion as they have a obligation to identify that there is a different finish on the glass if the glass is covered and obscured from view until a time when it is to late reverse the finish. Just a another dagger delivered by these doors, I thought I could pull the glass moulding off and reverse the glass panels one by one only to find that they were not 4 individual panels but one continuous panel that the door was built around. When I brought this fact up to Urban doors they told me that they would have informed me of this if they had known I was going to take the door apart. Nice as though that is what my goal was.

Great service. Good looking doors at a good value

We had placed 2 orders with this company and have experienced the worst customer experience starting from after orders were placed. The experience I had with the second order was especially terrible. It was paid for and ordered on 11/13 and took almost 6 WEEKS to be completed when the estimated lead time was 3 weeks max. The photos here show the current living situation - we had to temporarily reinstall our old doors until the new doors were ready. Because of the gap, dirt and debris have been coming into the house for weeks, which was horribly uncomfortable to live in. Given the constant delay and living condition, one would expect a business to provide friendlier customer service whenever I contacted them for updates. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone or getting someone to return your voice mails, messages and emails was impossible. When I finally was able to contact a team member, they were either rude and impatient with me, or would give me incorrect information about pickup dates and seemed to have no clue what was going on. The production manager was especially rude and sounded rather annoyed with my follow ups. This was very time sensitive as my installer was leaving for vacation and would not be available until next year, and despite my desperate follow ups, my pickup dates still got delayed at least 3 times and now I wont be able to install until next year. I understand that sometimes there are delays and I did my best to be patient, but I am so disappointed in how they handle this. Customer service here is trash and I can not believe that this is how they treat their customers.

First off let me say the doors and the styles and quality are amazing. The customer service is substandard at best. The manager at the Tustin store, Barry, attended us. We purchased 4 Mahogany doors of 30” width for our house. Barry and his assistant did not bother to look at the size of the doors that he loaded on the top of my SUV. So trusting the professionalism and expertise of the manager of the store, we took the doors home. We unloaded them only to find that the doors they loaded were 32” which, if we could have used them, would have been a loss for their company. But they were useless to us. So, my daughter and I had to load the doors back onto the truck and have them driven back down to Tustin to have them switched out. The correct doors were loaded onto the truck with a forklift causing damage to one edge of the last door loaded. When I received the correct size doors back, one door was damaged in a way that made it unusable. We are not allowed to pick the doors out of the bays at the store, if customers were allowed to pick out the doors we would have inspected them thoroughly and picked the size we required. But, here, the staff and the manager do that, and they load them onto the trucks. This requires a certain amount of trust that these people know what they are doing. When I called Barry back, he stated that even though the mistakes were theirs both times, it was our responsibility as the customer to notice their lack of concern and expertise for them. They have no way for delivering a replacement door to customers and we would have to waste gas again driving from La Mirada to Tustin for the 3rd time. This is inexcusable and represents sheer disrespect and lack of responsibility on the part of Barry the manager and the staff at Urban Doors in general. What shame considering the quality of the doors. This was our first experience.

Tons of selection, some staff helpful, some not at all.

Really cool to be able to walk around a huge warehouse and select your door. Lots of styles to choose from, mostly on trend items.

We bought a door from Urban doors, tustin in November. The gentleman who installed the door said he will return for final touch. he did good job with door but never returned for final touches. Few months later we found out the door got this horizontal line like splitting. We called Urban door (Barry) several times and were told to be patient. We were out of town for 10 days. To this day, appointments are made and rescheduled but door is not fixed. Show room is good but they can not provide timely service if things go south.

Very poorly run company. Stay away. Their website was designed by a 5th-grader. You cannot even email the company. Click on the Email link and it takes you to a page to sign up for Microsoft. So no gmail or other emails will work. Complete idiocy. Furthermore, the website is the only one out of millions I tried that does not work with pinterest. Can you believe how clueless this company is? Lastly, when I did finally message the company, I received no reply. The owner should fire his staff for being this ignorant. Just a terrible company.
